Abstract
本发明涉及一种室内防火门的制备方法,其解决了现有防火门制备方法存在的阻燃效果不好、方法不便于自动化生产、不能达到标准耐火时间的技术问题,室内防火门设有门框、门扇,门扇横截面依次设有门扇骨架、防火膨胀密封件以及珍珠岩防火门芯板,门框和门扇之间设有缝隙,门框和门扇通过防火铰链进行连接;包括如下步骤:首先将多层木皮与玻镁板通过防火胶在冷压机上进行压合;将压合成的大板进行开料并锯成木方;将木方立起组装,码架组框;将木方内部放入珍珠岩防火板,缝隙中填充防火膨胀密封件,所述防火膨胀密封件起到防火作用。本发明可用于室内防火门的制备领域。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防火门技术领域,特别涉及一种室内防火门的制备方法。
背景技术
传统的防火门是采用实木方进行阻燃。其先将天然木材通过阻燃罐,罐内加入阻燃液,把木方装入罐内,并将木材抽真空,加压把阻燃液压入木方内,再把水分抽干,烘干制成木方,开料压合而成。这种防火门主要存在以下问题:首先,传统防火门在使用阻燃木的过程中,阻燃液时间过长会自然挥发掉,从而起不到真正的阻燃效果;其次,实木方烘干处理后在进行改料才能进行门扇的基础码架操作,这种工艺在原材料备料过程中浪费大量的时间、人力和财力,而且操作效率低,不便于现代化的门扇自动线的生产;第三,传统工艺在填充防火门芯板时,防火门芯板同门扇的框架之间都会存在一定的缝隙,就是这个缝隙会对防火门的耐火时间产生一定的影响,很容易产生穿火,最终导致不能达到标准耐火时间。
发明内容
本发明针对在现有防火门制备方法制备的防火门存在的阻燃效果不好、方法不便于自动化生产、不能达到标准耐火时间的技术问题,提供一种阻燃效果好、利于自动化生产、可以达到标准耐火时间的室内防火门的制备方法。
为此,本发明提供一种室内防火门的制备方法,所述室内防火门设有门框、门扇,所述门扇横截面依次设有门扇骨架、防火膨胀密封件以及珍珠岩防火门芯板,所述门框和所述门扇之间设有缝隙,所述门框和所述门扇通过防火铰链进行连接;在所述门框的一面内嵌有防火膨胀密封件,所述防火膨胀密封件呈π型;所述防火膨胀密封件设置在所述门扇中间位置,在与所述门框垂直的另一面上设有减震条;所述门框在与门扇的接触位置设有软磁吸;还设有门档线和门套,所述门档线位置设有防火密封条槽与静音吸胶条,所述门套背部位置同样设有防火密封条槽,所述防火密封条槽中设有防火膨胀密封条(防火膨胀密封条与防火膨胀密封件为相同部件);所述门扇的底部为门板底部,所述门板底部上设有凹槽,所述凹槽上安置防火膨胀密封件;所述制备方法包括如下步骤:步骤1:首先将多层木皮与玻镁板通过防火胶在冷压机上进行压合;步骤2:将所述步骤1压合成的大板进行开料并锯成木方;步骤3:将所述步骤2得到的木方立起组装,码架组框;所述码架采用错位码架方式进行组合排列;步骤4:将木方内部放入珍珠岩防火板,缝隙中填充防火膨胀密封件,所述防火膨胀密封件起到防火作用;将所述步骤4得到的产品,双面涂防火胶后双面各放上一张玻镁板然后放入压机,压合后取出,双面再次涂防火胶双面各放上密度板后再次放入冷压机,压合而成门边,并在门边四周用阻燃封边条封好;将压合好的阻燃板材,开料锯成门套的宽度,然后再次将门档线条压入到木板,并在门套上开设防火膨胀密封条的槽孔,并在槽孔中镶入防火膨胀密封条。
优选的,所述门扇内层为珍珠岩防火门芯板,所述珍珠岩防火门芯板两外侧设有高性能阻燃合成板,所述高性能阻燃合成板外侧设有密度板。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明门档线位置设有防火密封条槽与静音吸胶条,从而使防火门与门套结合后密封效果会更好的起到防火性能,门套背部位置同样设有3公分宽的防火密封条槽,并在防火密封条槽中嵌入防火膨胀密封条,从而提高防火门的防火强度;门框垂直的另一面上设有具有防火作用的减震条;
(2)所述码架采用错位码架方式进行组合排列,从而提高了门扇的强度。
(3)在所述门框的一面内嵌有防火膨胀密封件,所述防火膨胀密封件呈π型。门框上开同样的π型槽把防火膨胀密封件安装在槽内不易脱落。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
下列实施例中所使用的高性能阻燃合成板的生产厂家均为信阳美丽真好秸秆新材料科技有限公司;珍珠岩防火门芯板的生产厂家为中天环保(盐城)有限公司;玻镁防火板和密度板为常规型号。
本发明提供的室内防火门,设有门框1和门扇2,门扇2横截面依次设有门扇骨架8、防火膨胀密封件6以及珍珠岩防火门芯板10,门框1和门扇2之间设有缝隙,门框1和门扇2通过防火铰链4进行连接,门框1在与门扇2的接触位置设有软磁吸以及磁吸密封条5,磁吸密封条5呈45°角设置,保证门扇2同门套吸合无缝,起到防火隔音效果。防火铰链4可以将门扇2固定在门框1上,可以自由开启。
如图1-5所示,在门框1的一面内嵌有防火膨胀密封件6,防火膨胀密封件6呈π型,并且防火膨胀密封件6设置在门扇2中间位置,在与门框1垂直的另一面上设有减震条。门框1上开同样的π型槽把防火膨胀密封件6安装在槽内不易脱落。
如图1-5所示,门扇2内层为珍珠岩防火门芯板10,珍珠岩防火门芯板10两外侧设有高性能阻燃合成板9,高性能阻燃合成板9外侧设有密度板。
本发明提供的室内防火门的制备方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1:首先将多层木皮与玻镁板通过防火胶在冷压机上进行压合成8公分厚的大板;步骤2:压合成大板后然后进行开料并锯成木方;步骤3:将步骤2中的方木立起组装,码架组框,而木门在使用过程中,将木门竖起使用即可,采用码架组框从而防止木门变弯,又能起到阻燃的效果;步骤4:将码好的框架内部放入珍珠岩防火板,缝隙中填充防火膨胀密封件,所述防火膨胀密封件起到防火作用。
进一步的将双面涂防火胶后双面各放上一张玻镁板然后放入压机,在压力为10吨的冷压机里压合6小时后取出,双面再次涂防火胶双面各放上一张密度板后再次放入冷压机,在压力为10吨的冷压机里压合6小时后压合而成门边,并在门边四周用阻燃封边条封好。
将压合好的阻燃板材,开料锯成门套的宽度,用阻燃封边条封好门套板,然后再次将门档线条压入到木板,并在门套上开有2公分宽的防火膨胀密封条的槽孔,并在槽孔中镶入防火膨胀密封条。
门档线位置设有防火密封条槽与静音吸胶条,从而使防火门与门套结合后密封效果会更好的起到防火性能,门套背部位置同样设有3公分宽的防火密封条槽,并在防火密封条槽中嵌入防火膨胀密封条,从而提高防火门的防火强度。
所述防火膨胀密封条遇火会膨胀30倍以上。
所述码架采用错位码架方式进行组合排列,从而提高了门扇的强度。
如图6所示,所述门扇2的底部为门板底部11,所述门板底部11上设有凹槽12,所述凹槽12上安置防火膨胀密封件6,从而保证的门框1与门扇2之间的缝隙在遇到火时,能及时的全部封闭,从而达到更好的防火效果。
按照GB12955-2008《防火门》、NCFE-FJR2-05:2009《“国消”产品质量分级认证实施规则建筑耐火构件产品》,中国国家固定灭火系统和耐火构件质量监督检验中心对本发明产品(型号规格:MFM-1124-d5A1.50(甲级)-1-X-JO-带造型)的检验结论为:合格。其中,耐火完整性:大于1.5h,样品背面未出现火焰;棉垫未被点燃;未出现贯通至试验炉内的裂缝。耐火隔热性:大于1.5h,试件背面平均温升49℃,最高单点(除门框外)温升90℃,门框上最高单点温升354℃。
惟以上所述者,仅为本发明的具体实施例而已,当不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,故其等同组件的置换,或依本发明专利保护范围所作的等同变化与修改,皆应仍属本发明权利要求书涵盖之范畴。
Claims (2)
1.一种室内防火门的制备方法,其特征是,所述室内防火门设有门框、门扇,所述门扇横截面依次设有门扇骨架、防火膨胀密封件以及珍珠岩防火门芯板,所述门框和所述门扇之间设有缝隙,所述门框和所述门扇通过防火铰链进行连接;在所述门框的一面内嵌有防火膨胀密封件,所述防火膨胀密封件呈π型;所述防火膨胀密封件设置在所述门扇中间位置,在与所述门框垂直的另一面上设有减震条;所述门框在与门扇的接触位置设有软磁吸;还设有门档线和门套,所述门档线位置设有防火密封条槽与静音吸胶条,所述门套背部位置同样设有防火密封条槽,所述防火密封条槽中设有防火膨胀密封条;所述门扇的底部为门板底部,所述门板底部上设有凹槽,所述凹槽上安置防火膨胀密封件;所述制备方法包括如下步骤:步骤1:首先将多层木皮与玻镁板通过防火胶在冷压机上进行压合;步骤2:将所述步骤1压合成的大板进行开料并锯成木方;步骤3:将所述步骤2得到的木方立起组装,码架组框;所述码架采用错位码架方式进行组合排列;步骤4:将木方内部放入珍珠岩防火板,缝隙中填充防火膨胀密封件,所述防火膨胀密封件起到防火作用;将所述步骤4得到的产品,双面涂防火胶后双面各放上一张玻镁板然后放入压机,压合后取出,双面再次涂防火胶双面各放上密度板后再次放入冷压机,压合而成门边,并在门边四周用阻燃封边条封好;将压合好的阻燃板材,开料锯成门套的宽度,然后再次将门档线条压入到木板,并在门套上开设防火膨胀密封条的槽孔,并在槽孔中镶入防火膨胀密封条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的室内防火门的制备方法,其特征在于,所述门扇内层为珍珠岩防火门芯板,所述珍珠岩防火门芯板两外侧设有高性能阻燃合成板,所述高性能阻燃合成板外侧设有密度板。
