Abstract

本发明公开一种应用于农改房的装配式PC构件，该PC构件包括预制的楼梯板（1）、楼梯梁（2）、楼层板（3）、阳台（4）和屋面板（5），各PC构件采用整体预制，并在PC构件中预留电气管线点位、给排水管道及通风井孔洞。本发明专门针对农村改造房建设设计，安装方便，现场无需模板，省时节能。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑工业化PC构件，具体涉及一种应用于农改房的装配式PC构件。
背景技术
众所周知，建筑工业化已经在国内建筑行业成为主流，而现有的PC构件如叠合板首先需安装然后再布置管线最后二次浇注，导致目前的PC构件只能应用于大型建筑项目，因此对于农村自建或集体改善性建设住房项目基本上还是继续采用传统的建筑模式。随着新农村建设力度的加大，如何将先进的装配式理念应用于农村改善房建设上就是下一步需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是：设计一种应用于农改房的装配式PC构件，各PC构件采用一次预制成型，方便工厂生产，现场减少拼缝处模板，节约常规支模模板和支撑架，方便施工。
本发明的技术解决方案是：应用于农改房的装配式PC构件，该PC构件包括预制的楼梯板、楼梯梁、楼层板、阳台和屋面板，各PC构件根据设计要求采用整体预制，并在PC构件中根据设计要求预留电气管线点位、给排水管道及通风井孔洞。
其中，所述的装配式PC构件的使用方法是：首先，根据设计要求分别预制楼梯板、楼梯梁、楼层板、阳台和屋面板；其次，根据施工设计图纸现场混凝土浇筑梁及柱；然后，在梁及柱的适当位置安装相应的楼梯板、楼梯梁、楼层板、阳台和屋面板，并将梁柱钢筋与构件钢筋连接捆扎；接着，在连接缝处浇注混凝土，形成整体房屋；最后，将电气管线、给排水管及通风井安装在PC构件预留的电气管线点位、给排水管道及通风井孔洞中。
本发明的优点是：1、各PC构件采用一次预制成型，方便工厂生产；2、各PC构件的钢筋排布简单，其与梁柱实现塑性铰，保证塑性铰区变形能力较强；3、装配时节约常规支模模板和支撑架，现场减少拼缝处模板，施工快捷，质量可控；4、整体房屋包括基础梁柱的混凝土现浇结构体系及各PC构件的预制装配体系，PC构件在工厂加工制作，现场直接装配安装，缩短了施工周期，大幅度减少了湿法作业，绿色环保；5、集成整合应用装配式施工技术，实现无外脚手架、无外模板、无现场砌筑、无抹灰、无找平的绿色施工，最大限度的节约资源，施工量小，尤其适用于农改房之类的低层建筑。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的技术解决方案，附图只用来对本发明作进一步理解，示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明，并不构成对本发明的不当限定。
如图1-图6所示，应用于农改房的装配式PC构件，该PC构件包括预制的楼梯板1、楼梯梁2、楼层板3、阳台4和屋面板5，各PC构件根据设计要求采用整体预制，并在PC构件中根据设计要求预留电气管线点位、给排水管道及通风井孔洞。
如图7-图8所示，所述的装配式PC构件的使用方法是：首先，根据设计要求分别预制楼梯板1、楼梯梁2、楼层板3、阳台4和屋面板5；其次，根据施工设计图纸现场混凝土浇筑梁及柱；然后，在梁及柱的适当位置安装相应的楼梯1、楼梯梁2、楼层板3、阳台4和屋面板5，并将梁柱钢筋与构件钢筋连接捆扎；接着，在连接缝处浇注混凝土，形成整体房屋；最后，将电气管线、给排水管及通风井安装在PC构件预留的电气管线点位、给排水管道及通风井孔洞中。

1.应用于农改房的装配式PC构件，其特征是：该PC构件包括预制的楼梯板（1）、楼梯梁（2）、楼层板（3）、阳台（4）和屋面板（5），各PC构件根据设计要求采用整体预制，并在PC构件中根据设计要求预留电气管线点位、给排水管道及通风井孔洞。
2.根据权利要求1所述应用于农改房的装配式PC构件，其特征是所述的装配式PC构件的使用方法是：首先，根据设计要求分别预制楼梯板（1）、楼梯梁（2）、楼层板（3）、阳台（4）和屋面板（5）；其次，根据施工设计图纸现场混凝土浇筑梁及柱；然后，在梁及柱的适当位置安装相应的楼梯板（1）、楼梯梁（2）、楼层板（3）、阳台（4）和屋面板（5），并将梁柱钢筋与构件钢筋连接捆扎；接着，在连接缝处浇注混凝土，形成整体房屋；最后，将电气管线、给排水管及通风井安装在PC构件预留的电气管线点位、给排水管道及通风井孔洞中。
