Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing and cleaning, in particular to a thickening composition for washing effervescent tablets and a washing effervescent tablet.
Background
Traditional detergents, such as liquid detergents and laundry detergents, are all liquid and have high transportation cost. The effervescent tablet is solid, so the transportation cost is low, the effervescent tablet becomes the development trend of washing products, and the effervescent tablet is widely applied to the fields with large use amount, such as hotels, restaurants and the like.
The hand sanitizer effervescent tablets, bath effervescent tablets and floor cleaning effervescent tablets in the existing market have no viscosity or very low viscosity, and have a cleaning function, but the feeling in use is greatly different from that of the traditional products. Therefore, the development of a detergent effervescent tablet that dissolves quickly and has a higher viscosity after dissolution can lose the development of detergent effervescent tablets.
In the prior art, thickening agents are generally used to increase the viscosity of the effervescent tablet after dissolution. However, the problem of slow dissolution occurs with an increase in viscosity. Therefore, it is a current technical problem if the dissolution rate and viscosity of the effervescent tablet are increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the technical problem of the prior art that the dissolution speed is reduced due to the fact that the viscosity of the effervescent tablet is increased by washing, and provides a thickening composition for washing the effervescent tablet, wherein the thickening composition can be used for washing the effervescent tablet, the effervescent tablet can be quickly dissolved in normal-temperature water or even cold water when in use, and the viscosity of a system after dissolution is high.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the thickening composition for the washing effervescent tablets comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of biological polysaccharide gum thickening agent, 1-3 parts of cellulose thickening agent, 0.5-2 parts of polyacrylic acid thickening agent, 0.05-0.1 part of polyoxyethylene thickening agent and 2-5 parts of ester thickening agent.
The inventor tests the dissolving time, the viscosity after dissolving and the stability time of foam by using a mixed thickening agent in some thickening agents which are commonly used for washing effervescent tablets in the prior art, and finds that the single thickening agent or the compound thickening agent in the prior art cannot really achieve the use hand feeling of the same viscosity as that of a common liquid detergent after being quickly dissolved and dissolved. In the application, five thickening agents and proportions selected by the thickening composition can enable the effervescent tablet to be quickly dissolved in normal-temperature water or even cold water when in use, and the viscosity of the dissolved system is high.
In the application, the biological polysaccharide gum thickener and the cellulose thickener belong to gel-type thickeners, and the thickening principle is that a hydrophobic main chain is associated with surrounding water molecules through hydrogen bonds, so that the fluid volume of the polymer is increased, the free movement space of particles is reduced, and the viscosity of the system is increased. The increase in viscosity can also be achieved by entanglement of the molecular chains, as indicated by high viscosity at static and low shear, and low viscosity at high shear. This is because at static or low shear rates, the cellulose molecular chains are in a disordered state, which makes the system highly viscous; at high shear rate, the molecules are aligned in order parallel to the flow direction and tend to slide over each other, so the viscosity of the system decreases. The effervescent tablet has the characteristics that the effervescent tablet can form colloid in water and is not easy to disperse, so that the dissolving time of the effervescent tablet is prolonged. Thus, the single use of biopolysaccharide gum thickeners, cellulose thickeners, have not solved the problems of fast dissolution time and improved viscosity.
The thickening mechanism of the polyacrylic acid thickener is that the thickener is dissolved in water, and a molecular chain is spirally extended into a rod shape through the same-polarity electrostatic repulsion of carboxylate ions, so that the viscosity of a water phase is improved. In addition, the latex particle and the pigment form a network structure through bridging, so that the viscosity of the system is increased.
The thickening mechanism of the polyoxyethylene thickening agent is that hydrophilic groups and hydrophobic groups are introduced into the molecular structure of the thickening agent, so that the thickening agent presents certain properties of a surfactant. When the concentration of the aqueous solution exceeds a certain specific concentration, micelles are formed, and the micelles and polymer particles are associated to form a network structure, so that the viscosity of the system is increased. On the other hand, one molecule has a plurality of micelles, so that the mobility of water molecules is reduced, and the viscosity of the water phase is also improved. Such thickeners not only affect the rheology of the coating, but also interact with adjacent latex particles, which if too strong, tends to cause the latex to delaminate.
Ester thickening agent, which belongs to nonionic thickening agent and is characterized by difficult hydrolysis and stable viscosity in wide pH and temperature ranges.
Although the biopolysaccharide gum thickener, the cellulose thickener, the polyacrylic acid thickener, the polyoxyethylene thickener and the ester thickener have advantages and disadvantages in water solubility and viscosity, the biopolysaccharide gum thickener, the cellulose thickener, the polyacrylic acid thickener, the polyoxyethylene thickener and the ester thickener can be quickly dissolved and have high and stable viscosity after being mixed according to a specific proportion.
