The direct steam distillation method is more suitable for the production mode of the cinnamomum camphora than the distillation in water. Weilinsheng et al (patent CN 201776140U) provide a device for extracting crude cinnamomum camphora oil, wherein an upper pot body is coaxially and hermetically connected with a lower pot body, a charging barrel is coaxially arranged in the lower pot body, and the lower end of the side wall of the lower pot body is respectively connected with a steam pipe and a microwave waveguide pipe; the invention has simple structure and convenient operation. However, the high-power microwave is added in the device, the device cannot be used in a mountain area with power shortage, and meanwhile, steam is easy to leak from the side wall; the trouble of charging and discharging slag by using the inner sleeve affects the working efficiency. In the production, a steam distillation device which is suitable for mountain land extraction, is convenient for loading and unloading slag and does not discharge waste water is needed, so that the steam distillation device can better adapt to the requirement of concentrated and rapid extraction of the cinnamomum camphora in mountain lands.
