Abstract
The invention relates to a special water-based ink for sealing cigarette packets and a preparation method thereof, wherein the special water-based ink comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: inorganic pigment: 18-22 parts; organic pigment: 9-13 parts; water-based acrylic resin: 8-12 parts; sodium polycarboxylate: 0.6-1 part; sodium stearate: 0.2-0.6 part of defoaming agent: 0.5-0.9 part; solvent: 28-32 parts; compared with the prior art, the invention improves the dispersibility of the water-based acrylic resin, the organic pigment and the inorganic pigment in the solvent while reducing the using amount of the solvent through the synergistic effect of the sodium polycarboxylate and the sodium stearate, reduces the surface tension of the water-based ink, reduces the surface tension difference between the water-based ink and the plastic film, improves the adhesive force of the water-based ink on the surface of the plastic film, reduces the production cost, does not generate an organic solvent in the production process, and is green and environment-friendly; on the other hand, the water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, light resistance and drying rate of the ink are improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ink, in particular to special water-based ink for sealing cigarette packets, and further relates to a preparation method of the special water-based ink.
Background
The water-based ink is water-based printing ink prepared by mixing water-based high-molecular emulsion, organic pigment, resin, surfactant and related additives through a chemical process and a physical process, and because the toxic organic solvent accounting for 30-70% of the traditional ink is replaced by water, the ink does not contain volatile organic solvent any more, so that the water-based ink has no adverse effect on the health of workers in the printing process, has no pollution to the atmospheric environment, eliminates the hidden danger of flammability and explosiveness of workplaces, and improves the safety. The water-based ink has the characteristics of environmental protection, no toxicity and no harm, so that the water-based ink is widely applied to packaging and printing products with strict requirements on sanitary conditions, such as cigarettes, wine, foods, beverages, medicines, toys for children and the like.
However, the water-based ink for sealing cigarette packets still has the problem of poor adhesion on plastic films.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a new technical solution to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks.

2. According to the invention, the environment-friendly inorganic pigment and the organic pigment are compounded, so that the color saturation and the resolution of the water-based ink are improved, and the visual sense of the ink layer after film forming is better; and the production cost is further reduced, and the performance of the water-based ink is improved.
