本发明属于走线槽制备领域,特别涉及一种走线槽及其制备方法。
背景技术
PVC线槽,即聚氯乙烯线槽,一般通用叫法有行线槽,电气配线槽,走线槽等。PVC线槽是线槽的一种,线槽的种类多种多样,根据材质的不同,线槽按配线器材行业日成划分为多种,常用的有环保阻燃PVC线槽、无卤PPO线槽、无卤PC/ABS线槽、钢铝等金属线槽等等,现有PVC线槽功能单一,阻燃性和硬度不佳,且生产步骤较为复杂,同时现有PVC线槽不够美观实用,为此,我们提出一种走线槽及其制备方法。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种走线槽及其制备方法,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种走线槽及其制备方法,包括槽体,所述槽体上设有槽盖,所述槽体两端设有一号卡扣,所述槽盖两端设有二号卡扣,所述槽体与槽盖之间通过一号卡扣和二号卡扣相互卡合的方式连接,所述槽体和槽盖中间位置设有放置电线的槽道,所述一号卡扣的一侧设有一号装饰耳,所述二号卡扣的一侧设有二号装饰耳。
优选的,所述槽盖的横截面呈圆弧形或者波浪形,所述槽体和槽盖的材质为PVC塑料。
一种走线槽制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1,对原材料选择,原料包括PVC树脂99份、组合型热稳定剂3份、抗冲击剂4份、润滑剂2份和阻燃剂4份按配比称量后放入混料机构内进行混合;
S2,将步骤1中混合的原料放入加热设备进行加热,加热温度为110℃~120℃,然后冷却静置24H,待用;
S3,将步骤2中待用原料放入两台双螺杆挤出机进行挤出塑化,模塑成型,通过两台双螺杆挤出机进行挤出能增加走线槽的木质感和多类颜色走线槽,最后进行自动切割,得到走线槽成品。
优选的,所述双螺杆挤出机挤出温度为150℃~180℃。
优选的,所述步骤S1中阻燃剂为氢氧化镁无卤阻燃剂。
优选的,所述步骤S1中润滑剂由硬脂酸、氧化聚乙烯蜡和硬脂酸甘油酯按质量比1:1:2比例组成。
优选的,所述步骤S1中组合型热稳定剂由硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌和紫外线吸收剂按质量比1:1:3比例混合而成。
优选的,所述步骤S1中抗冲击剂由甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸酯按质量比1:1比例组成。

如图1-4所示,一种走线槽及其制备方法,包括槽体1,槽体1上设有槽盖2,槽体1两端设有一号卡扣3,槽盖2两端设有二号卡扣4,槽体1与槽盖2之间通过一号卡扣3和二号卡扣4相互卡合的方式连接,槽体1和槽盖2中间位置设有放置电线的槽道,一号卡扣3的一侧设有一号装饰耳6,二号卡扣4的一侧设有二号装饰耳5。
槽盖2的横截面呈圆弧形或者波浪形,槽体1和槽盖2的材质为PVC塑料。
一种走线槽制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,对原材料选择,原料包括PVC树脂99份、组合型热稳定剂3份、抗冲击剂4份、润滑剂2份和阻燃剂4份按配比称量后放入混料机构内进行混合;
S2,将步骤1中混合的原料放入加热设备进行加热,加热温度为110℃~120℃,然后冷却静置24H,待用;
S3,将步骤2中待用原料放入两台双螺杆挤出机进行挤出塑化,模塑成型,通过两台双螺杆挤出机进行挤出能增加走线槽的木质感和多类颜色走线槽,最后进行自动切割,得到走线槽成品。
