A box sleeving machine is characterized by comprising a machine base, a material conveying mechanism arranged on the machine base, a paper box feeding mechanism arranged on one side or two sides of the material conveying mechanism, and a box sleeving mechanism arranged at the tail end of the paper box feeding mechanism, wherein the box sleeving mechanism comprises a paper box pushing-out mechanism, a box sleeving guide mechanism and a material positioning mechanism, the paper box pushing-out mechanism comprises a push plate and a first transverse moving mechanism used for driving the push plate to transversely move, the box sleeving guide mechanism comprises a U-shaped guide cover with a downward opening, a first lifting mechanism used for driving the guide cover to move up and down, and a second transverse moving mechanism used for driving the first lifting mechanism to transversely move, the guide cover comprises a cover body and an elastic cover protruding outwards from one end of the cover body, the elastic cover comprises a plurality of elastic sheets inclining inwards in a natural state, and the base of each elastic sheet is respectively connected with the inner side wall of the cover body and flush with the inner side wall of the cover body, the port of the elastic cover is over against the paper box pushing mechanism.
2. The casing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material positioning mechanism comprises a positioning platen and a second elevating mechanism for driving the positioning platen to move up and down.
3. The cartoning machine of claim 1, wherein the cartoning guide mechanism further comprises a guide channel fixedly disposed between the carton ejecting mechanism and the guide housing.

The box sleeving machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material conveying mechanism comprises a first material conveying mechanism, a stacking and arranging mechanism and a second material conveying mechanism which are arranged in sequence from front to back, the stacking and arranging mechanism comprises a jacking frame, a limiting side plate, a supporting plate and a third lifting mechanism for driving the jacking frame to move up and down, and the upper surface of the jacking frame is an inclined surface inclined downwards in an inclined manner.
5. The boxing machine in accordance with claim 4, wherein a fourth elevating mechanism for driving the elevating movement of the pallet is provided below the pallet.
6. The box sleeving machine as recited in claim 4, wherein the first material conveying mechanism comprises a material conveying belt for conveying material moving from front to back, and a stop bar disposed above the material conveying belt.

The sleeve sleeving machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the second material conveying mechanism comprises a conveying channel, a U-shaped bracket with an upward opening and arranged in the conveying channel, a fifth lifting mechanism for driving the bracket to move up and down, and a longitudinal moving mechanism for driving the fifth lifting mechanism to move back and forth.
8. The casing machine as recited in claim 1, wherein the carton feeding mechanism comprises a carton magazine, a carton grasping mechanism, a carton conveyor belt, and a paper folding and sealing mechanism disposed outside the carton conveyor belt.

The box sleeving machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the carton conveying belt is arranged below the carton bin, the carton conveying belt is composed of chains arranged side by side, the two chains are provided with clamping teeth arranged at intervals and matched to form a carton bracket, the carton grabbing mechanism is arranged between the two chains and is positioned right below the carton bin, and the carton grabbing mechanism comprises a suction cup and a sixth lifting mechanism for driving the suction cup to move up and down.

A casing machine according to claim 1 wherein said carton feeding means and said casing means on each side of said material conveying means and on the respective side are mounted on said frame by means of a frame, and wherein at least one of said frames is movably mounted on said frame and is capable of being driven in a transverse direction by means of a third transverse moving means so as to be capable of adjusting the spacing between the two frames.
