Abstract
本发明公开了新能源汽车内饰用抗菌防污面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体的顶部涂设有特氟龙涂料层,所述面料本体包括丙纶面料层、抗菌层、芳纶面料层和玄武岩纤维防火面料层,所述丙纶面料层位于抗菌层的上部,所述抗菌层位于芳纶面料层的上部,所述芳纶面料层位于玄武岩纤维防火面料层的上部,所述抗菌层包括亚麻面料层、银离子面料层和麻赛尔面料层。本发明通过特氟龙涂料层、丙纶面料层、亚麻面料层、银离子面料层、麻赛尔面料层、芳纶面料层和玄武岩纤维防火面料层相互配合,解决了现在的新能源汽车内饰面料不具有防污功能,导致面料容易弄脏,且抗菌效果不好,在长时间使用过程中容易滋生细菌的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及新能源汽车内饰用品技术领域,具体为新能源汽车内饰用抗菌防污面料。
背景技术
随着社会对环保和节能的要求越来越高,新能源汽车越来越受到政府和汽车厂商的重视,汽车内饰面料属于汽车内饰其中的一部分,汽车内饰面料是装饰用布,也属于产业用纺织品,是一类专业性很强、要求又极高的专业纺织品,但现在的新能源汽车内饰面料不具有防污功能,导致面料容易弄脏,且抗菌效果不好,在长时间使用过程中容易滋生细菌,为此,我们提出新能源汽车内饰用抗菌防污面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供新能源汽车内饰用抗菌防污面料,具备防污功能,且抗菌效果好的优点,解决了现在的新能源汽车内饰面料不具有防污功能,导致面料容易弄脏,且抗菌效果不好,在长时间使用过程中容易滋生细菌的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:新能源汽车内饰用抗菌防污面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体的顶部涂设有特氟龙涂料层,所述面料本体包括丙纶面料层、抗菌层、芳纶面料层和玄武岩纤维防火面料层,所述丙纶面料层位于抗菌层的上部,所述抗菌层位于芳纶面料层的上部,所述芳纶面料层位于玄武岩纤维防火面料层的上部,所述抗菌层包括亚麻面料层、银离子面料层和麻赛尔面料层。
优选的,所述亚麻面料层位于银离子面料层的上部,所述银离子面料层位于麻赛尔面料层的上部。
优选的,所述麻赛尔面料层位于芳纶面料层的上部,所述亚麻面料层位于丙纶面料层的下部。
优选的,所述丙纶面料层、芳纶面料层和玄武岩纤维防火面料层的厚度相等,所述丙纶面料层的厚度是抗菌层厚度的二分之一。
优选的,所述亚麻面料层和麻赛尔面料层的厚度相等,所述亚麻面料层的厚度是银离子面料层厚度的四分之三。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过特氟龙涂料层,可以起到抗污的作用,使得面料本体具有良好的抗污效果,并且特氟龙涂料层还具有良好的抗静电效果,可以防止面料本体的表面因静电而吸附大量的灰尘,利用丙纶面料层,可以使得面料本体具有良好的强度,避免面料本体受外力影响而破损,可以提高面料本体的使用寿命,利用亚麻面料层、银离子面料层和麻赛尔面料层,采用多种不同材质的抗菌面料,可以有效的提高面料本体的抗菌效果,从而避免面料本体在长时间使用过程中滋生细菌,利用芳纶面料层,可以进一步提高面料本体的强度,利用玄武岩纤维防火面料层,可以起到防火阻燃的作用,解决了现在的新能源汽车内饰面料不具有防污功能,导致面料容易弄脏,且抗菌效果不好,在长时间使用过程中容易滋生细菌的问题。

本发明的面料本体1、特氟龙涂料层2、丙纶面料层3、抗菌层4、亚麻面料层401、银离子面料层402、麻赛尔面料层403、芳纶面料层5和玄武岩纤维防火面料层6部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理都为本技术人员均可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知。
请参阅图1-3,新能源汽车内饰用抗菌防污面料,包括面料本体1,面料本体1的顶部涂设有特氟龙涂料层2,面料本体1包括丙纶面料层3、抗菌层4、芳纶面料层5和玄武岩纤维防火面料层6,丙纶面料层3位于抗菌层4的上部,抗菌层4位于芳纶面料层5的上部,芳纶面料层5位于玄武岩纤维防火面料层6的上部,抗菌层4包括亚麻面料层401、银离子面料层402和麻赛尔面料层403,亚麻面料层401位于银离子面料层402的上部,银离子面料层402位于麻赛尔面料层403的上部,麻赛尔面料层403位于芳纶面料层5的上部,亚麻面料层401位于丙纶面料层3的下部,丙纶面料层3、芳纶面料层5和玄武岩纤维防火面料层6的厚度相等,丙纶面料层3的厚度是抗菌层4厚度的二分之一,亚麻面料层401和麻赛尔面料层403的厚度相等,亚麻面料层401的厚度是银离子面料层402厚度的四分之三,通过特氟龙涂料层2,可以起到抗污的作用,使得面料本体1具有良好的抗污效果,并且特氟龙涂料层2还具有良好的抗静电效果,可以防止面料本体1的表面因静电而吸附大量的灰尘,利用丙纶面料层3,可以使得面料本体1具有良好的强度,避免面料本体1受外力影响而破损,可以提高面料本体1的使用寿命,利用亚麻面料层401、银离子面料层402和麻赛尔面料层403,采用多种不同材质的抗菌面料,可以有效的提高面料本体1的抗菌效果,从而避免面料本体1在长时间使用过程中滋生细菌,利用芳纶面料层5,可以进一步提高面料本体1的强度,利用玄武岩纤维防火面料层6,可以起到防火阻燃的作用,解决了现在的新能源汽车内饰面料不具有防污功能,导致面料容易弄脏,且抗菌效果不好,在长时间使用过程中容易滋生细菌的问题。

1.新能源汽车内饰用抗菌防污面料,包括面料本体(1),其特征在于:所述面料本体(1)的顶部涂设有特氟龙涂料层(2),所述面料本体(1)包括丙纶面料层(3)、抗菌层(4)、芳纶面料层(5)和玄武岩纤维防火面料层(6),所述丙纶面料层(3)位于抗菌层(4)的上部,所述抗菌层(4)位于芳纶面料层(5)的上部,所述芳纶面料层(5)位于玄武岩纤维防火面料层(6)的上部,所述抗菌层(4)包括亚麻面料层(401)、银离子面料层(402)和麻赛尔面料层(403)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新能源汽车内饰用抗菌防污面料,其特征在于:所述亚麻面料层(401)位于银离子面料层(402)的上部,所述银离子面料层(402)位于麻赛尔面料层(403)的上部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新能源汽车内饰用抗菌防污面料,其特征在于:所述麻赛尔面料层(403)位于芳纶面料层(5)的上部,所述亚麻面料层(401)位于丙纶面料层(3)的下部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新能源汽车内饰用抗菌防污面料,其特征在于:所述丙纶面料层(3)、芳纶面料层(5)和玄武岩纤维防火面料层(6)的厚度相等,所述丙纶面料层(3)的厚度是抗菌层(4)厚度的二分之一。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新能源汽车内饰用抗菌防污面料,其特征在于:所述亚麻面料层(401)和麻赛尔面料层(403)的厚度相等,所述亚麻面料层(401)的厚度是银离子面料层(402)厚度的四分之三。
