Abstract
本发明提供一种新型蜂窝帘及其生产工艺,涉及蜂窝帘生产领域,本发明由上下两卷帘布所拼接而成,其中上帘布和下帘布均为波浪折叠形态,并且上帘布和下帘布处热熔贴合部分为交替贴合状,相较于传统多片蜂窝个体进行粘接组合连接,生产工艺更为简单,且整个生产过程中,可避免因裁料所导致的物料浪费问题,同时可摒弃因粘胶粘合中因胶料外溢所导致的蜂窝帘成型后美观度差问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及蜂窝帘生产领域,尤其涉及一种新型蜂窝帘及其生产工艺。
背景技术
蜂窝帘采用独特的蜂巢设计,使空气存储于中空层,令室内保持恒温,并且具有隔热和隔音功能,能有效保持室内恒温和空间清静,其防紫外线和隔热功能有效保护家居用品,防静电处理,洗涤容易。
目前蜂窝帘多采用单个蜂窝个体粘合方式,来完成蜂窝帘的组合拼接,但基于实际使用情况来看,逐个拼接的蜂窝帘,整体生产过程不仅步骤繁琐,而且生产过程中,因剪裁和粘接等操作工艺,极易出现大量因裁切所导致的帘布消耗大,胶料外溢所引发的产品美观度差问题。
遂基于上述所阐述的问题,摒弃传统生产思路,需求一种生产工艺简易、生产耗量小的蜂窝帘生产工艺来解决目前所面临的蜂窝帘使用局限问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型蜂窝帘及其生产工艺,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种新型蜂窝帘,其特征在于:由上下两卷帘布所拼接而成,其中上帘布和下帘布均为波浪折叠形态,并且上帘布和下帘布处热熔贴合部分为交替贴合状。
优选的,所述上帘布和下帘布处相邻三角布置有外伸贴合片,上帘布和下帘布处外伸贴合片呈贴合状。
优选的,所述上帘布和下帘布组合后呈剖面为六边形的蜂窝帘。
一种新型蜂窝帘的生产工艺,其特征在于:由如下生产步骤所成型:
1)自卷筒处抽出上帘布,待帘布稳定输出至平台后,基于折叠设备对上帘布进行波浪折叠处理;
2)上帘布波浪折叠处理后,基于顶升设备将相间隔的三角帘布进行顶升处理,处理后,将外凸的三角帘布,通过热熔器材,进行面与面的热熔贴合,贴合后,于室外环境下进行冷却处理;
3)自卷筒处抽出下帘布,待帘布稳定输出至平台后,基于折叠设备对下帘布进行波浪折叠处理;
4)下帘布波浪折叠处理后,基于顶升设备将相间隔的三角帘布进行顶升处理,处理后,将外凸的三角帘布,通过热熔器材,进行面与面的热熔贴合,贴合后,于室外环境下进行冷却处理;
5)通过热熔设备,将上帘布和下帘布处外伸贴合片进行面与面的贴合热熔,热熔后,于室温环境下进行冷却处理。
优选的,所述步骤1)和步骤3)中所采用的上帘布和下帘布为材质、规格相一致的帘布。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中两卷帘布均未涉及裁切和粘胶贴合等处理工艺,即,相较于传统多片蜂窝个体进行粘接组合连接,生产工艺更为简单,且整个生产过程中,可避免因裁料所导致的物料浪费问题,同时可摒弃因粘胶粘合中因胶料外溢所导致的蜂窝帘成型后美观度差问题。
2、本发明中两卷帘布间通过热熔贴合连接的方式,一方面成型后,整体一致性好,其次是该成型方式,可大幅度精简因裁切、粘胶以及胶料固化中所耗费材料以及时间,进而提高整体生产速率。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例和附图,进一步阐述本发明,但下述实施例仅仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非全部。基于实施方式中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得其它实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
下面结合附图描述本发明的具体实施例。
实施例1
如图1-3所示,一种新型蜂窝帘,由上下两卷帘布所拼接而成,其中上帘布和下帘布均为波浪折叠形态,并且上帘布和下帘布处热熔贴合部分为交替贴合状;其中上帘布和下帘布处相邻三角布置有外伸贴合片,上帘布和下帘布处外伸贴合片呈贴合状;上帘布和下帘布组合后呈剖面为六边形的蜂窝帘
一种新型蜂窝帘的生产工艺,由如下生产步骤所成型:
1)自卷筒处抽出上帘布,待帘布稳定输出至平台后,基于折叠设备对上帘布进行波浪折叠处理;
2)上帘布波浪折叠处理后,基于顶升设备将相间隔的三角帘布进行顶升处理,处理后,将外凸的三角帘布,通过热熔器材,进行面与面的热熔贴合,贴合后,于室外环境下进行冷却处理;
3)自卷筒处抽出下帘布,待帘布稳定输出至平台后,基于折叠设备对下帘布进行波浪折叠处理;
4)下帘布波浪折叠处理后,基于顶升设备将相间隔的三角帘布进行顶升处理,处理后,将外凸的三角帘布,通过热熔器材,进行面与面的热熔贴合,贴合后,于室外环境下进行冷却处理;
5)通过热熔设备,将上帘布和下帘布处外伸贴合片进行面与面的贴合热熔,热熔后,于室温环境下进行冷却处理。
本实施例中,两卷帘布均未涉及裁切和粘胶贴合等处理工艺,即,相较于传统多片蜂窝个体进行粘接组合连接,生产工艺更为简单,且整个生产过程中,可避免因裁料所导致的物料浪费问题,同时可摒弃因粘胶粘合中因胶料外溢所导致的蜂窝帘成型后美观度差问题。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (5)
1.一种新型蜂窝帘,其特征在于:由上下两卷帘布所拼接而成,其中上帘布和下帘布均为波浪折叠形态,并且上帘布和下帘布处热熔贴合部分为交替贴合状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型蜂窝帘,其特征在于:所述上帘布和下帘布处相邻三角布置有外伸贴合片,上帘布和下帘布处外伸贴合片呈贴合状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型蜂窝帘,其特征在于:所述上帘布和下帘布组合后呈剖面为六边形的蜂窝帘。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型蜂窝帘的生产工艺,其特征在于:由如下生产步骤所成型:
1)自卷筒处抽出上帘布,待帘布稳定输出至平台后,基于折叠设备对上帘布进行波浪折叠处理;
2)上帘布波浪折叠处理后,基于顶升设备将相间隔的三角帘布进行顶升处理,处理后,将外凸的三角帘布,通过热熔器材,进行面与面的热熔贴合,贴合后,于室外环境下进行冷却处理;
3)自卷筒处抽出下帘布,待帘布稳定输出至平台后,基于折叠设备对下帘布进行波浪折叠处理;
4)下帘布波浪折叠处理后,基于顶升设备将相间隔的三角帘布进行顶升处理,处理后,将外凸的三角帘布,通过热熔器材,进行面与面的热熔贴合,贴合后,于室外环境下进行冷却处理;
5)通过热熔设备,将上帘布和下帘布处外伸贴合片进行面与面的贴合热熔,热熔后,于室温环境下进行冷却处理。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型蜂窝帘的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤1)和步骤3)中所采用的上帘布和下帘布为材质、规格相一致的帘布。
