The second operating state, as shown in fig. 4: the double-swing-arm equidistant positioning device for welding the reinforcing ribs of the finned radiator is in a left-side inclined state, the top self-adaptive shifting sliding table is in an initial state, the bottom shifting sliding table travels along the direction of an arrow, the rigid supporting positioning swing arm and the following equidistant positioning separation unit thereof change into an integral swinging angle along with the moving position, and the bottom shifting sliding table can accurately position any point in the traveling process along the direction of the arrow so as to adapt to the accurate positioning of the inclined reinforcing ribs with the inclination towards the right side shown in the figure.
The third operating state, as shown in fig. 5: the double-swing-arm equidistant positioning device for welding the reinforcing ribs of the finned radiator is in a left-side inclined state, the bottom transfer sliding table is in an initial state, the top self-adaptive transfer sliding table travels along the direction of an arrow, the rigid support positioning swing arm and the following equidistant positioning separation unit thereof make an integral swing angle along with the change of the moving position, and any point can be accurately positioned in the process that the top self-adaptive transfer sliding table travels along the direction of the arrow so as to adapt to the accurate positioning of the inclined reinforcing ribs inclined to the left side shown in the figure.
