After entering the air inlet side 9-2 from the flue gas inlet, the flue gas is immediately mixed with deacidification agents from the humidifier 12 and each ash conveying device 13, the mixture of the flue gas and the deacidification agents passes through the air inlet side from top to bottom and then enters the air outlet side from the bottom, passes through the air outlet side from bottom to top and enters the special dedusting device for deacidification.
Deacidifying material particles with larger particle size (more than 10 mu m) fall into an ash hopper 11 of the deacidifying device under the action of gravity and are circulated through a deacidifying agent circulating device 13, deacidifying material particles with smaller particle size (less than 10 mu m) enter a dedusting device along with flue gas and are distributed to two sides, and gas-solid separation is realized.
In the embodiment, the material concentration is 200g/m by controlling the material quantity and the material circulating device3So that the deacidification material particles are always in a dense phase state in the device, and the full contact between the acid-containing flue gas and the deacidification agent is realized; can realize the control of SO2、SO3One or more of acid gases such as HCl, HF, HBr and the likeEffective removal of several.
The above embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope and application of the present invention. All changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are to be embraced within their scope.
