2)在盘里加入食用白醋浸泡3-5分钟，等药包充分吸收并有一点点药汁流出；
3)将装有药包的盘放入锅内隔水加热，水开5分钟即可；
4)将加热的盘拿出来，取出药包趁热敷于痛处，待药包冷了放下盘，再连盘一起加热再热敷；
5)每次热敷90分钟，每天两次，两天使用四次后，第三天煲水泡脚，15天为一疗程。
