Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition with a function of preventing and treating hand-foot syndrome and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Hand-foot syndrome is a skin toxic reaction which occurs mainly in the course of chemotherapy or molecular targeted therapy of tumor patients and is characterized by numbness, dysesthesia, paresthesia, tingling, no pain or pain, skin swelling or erythema, desquamation, chapping, induration-like blisters or severe pain, etc. In the prior art, a treatment method with a definite curative effect is not available, and Western medicine recommends that vitamin external vaseline ointment or skin care lotion is taken orally, so that the effect is poor, the repeated attack is caused, and the side effect is great. In addition, palmar-plantar erythrodysesthesia can only be alleviated or cured by reducing or disabling chemotherapy or molecularly targeted drugs.
The traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages for preventing and treating the hand-foot syndrome, and the existing Chinese patent medicines for treating the hand-foot syndrome, particularly the Chinese patent medicines for treating the hand-foot syndrome, have a large blank. The treatment medicines and the taking dosage are as follows: 55-72 years old, 2 times daily, 100ml for fumigation and washing; the product is aged 40-54 years old, and is administered by fumigating and washing 100ml 3 times per day; the product is aged 23-40 years old, and is administered by fumigating and washing 100ml each time 1 time per day.
After the medicine is taken for one week, 81% of patients have obvious effect, 88% of patients are completely cured after the medicine is taken for two weeks, no obvious adverse reaction occurs to the patients in the treatment process, and no adverse reaction of the test medicine exists.
Example 6:
a traditional Chinese medicine composition with an effect of preventing and treating hand-foot syndrome comprises the following components in parts by weight: 28 parts of raw astragalus, 22 parts of lithospermum, 16 parts of raw rhubarb, 33 parts of dandelion, 26 parts of paniculate swallowwort root, 19 parts of honey-fried licorice root, 27 parts of angelica, 16 parts of phellodendron, 20 parts of dittany bark, 29 parts of angelica dahurica, 17 parts of belvedere fruit and 24 parts of fried white paeony root.
A preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine composition with the effect of preventing and treating hand-foot syndrome comprises the following steps: weighing 28 parts of raw astragalus membranaceus, 22 parts of lithospermum, 16 parts of raw rhubarb, 33 parts of dandelion, 26 parts of paniculate swallowwort root, 19 parts of honey-fried licorice root, 27 parts of angelica, 16 parts of golden cypress, 20 parts of dittany bark, 29 parts of angelica dahurica, 17 parts of belvedere fruit and 24 parts of fried white paeony root according to parts by weight;
step two, uniformly mixing the raw materials by a stirrer to obtain a mixture;
step three, crushing the mixture by a crusher to obtain mixed powder;
putting the mixed powder into distilled water, heating to 100 ℃, decocting in boiling water for 40-60 min, and then cooling to obtain a cooling liquid;
step five, decocting the cooling liquid again, then decocting for two hours, then cooling to room temperature, and then filtering to obtain a filtrate;
and step six, sterilizing the filtrate, and then packaging to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine preparation.
All cases of the invention are selected from 100 cases of patients who meet the small hand-foot syndrome in the period from 1 month to 12 months in 1958, wherein 45 cases of men and 55 cases of women have the smallest onset age of 33 years and the largest cases have the largest onset age of 63 years, and the average age is 40 years. On average, 10 groups were divided into 10 groups according to age and disease condition, and 10 cases were given to each group.
The treatment medicines and the taking dosage are as follows: the product is aged 41-50 years old, and is administered by fumigating and washing 100ml 2 times daily; 50-63 years old, 3 times daily, 100ml for fumigation and washing; the product is aged 33-40 years old, and is administered by fumigating and washing 100ml each time 1 time per day.
After taking for one week, 80% of patients have obvious effect, and 90% of patients are completely cured after taking for two weeks, no obvious adverse reaction occurs to the patients in the treatment process, and no adverse reaction of the test medicine exists.
The pharmaceutical composition can effectively improve the hand-foot syndrome, can safely and effectively relieve or even cure the hand-foot syndrome diseases, has small side effect, has higher safety compared with western medicines, can fundamentally improve the characteristic of recurrent attacks of the hand-foot syndrome, and has simple preparation method and easy mass production.
It should be noted that the above list is only one specific embodiment of the present invention. It is clear that the invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, but that many variations are possible, all of which can be derived or suggested directly from the disclosure of the invention by a person skilled in the art, and are considered to be within the scope of the invention.
