Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition, a medicine for treating qi deficiency and blood stasis type coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety and depression, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the economic development and the improvement of living standard, the prevalence rate and the death rate of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD) in China are obviously improved compared with the prior art, and simultaneously, the problem of coronary heart disease complicated with mental disorder is increasingly highlighted. Anxiety and depression are the two most common psychological disorders at present and often occur together, and a large number of studies find that patients with coronary heart disease are often accompanied by anxiety and depressive disorders of different degrees and can affect the progression and prognosis thereof. Meta analysis of epidemiological investigations shows that the time point prevalence of depressive disorders in coronary heart disease populations is 14% -47%, much higher than 4% -7% of the general population, and higher in unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction patients. It is also found that anxiety is positively correlated with fatal cardiovascular events, and multiple prospective research results also show that the risk of cardiac death is remarkably increased for patients with coronary heart disease with anxiety.
In 2006, the Hudao professor in the cardiovascular disease specialty of the Chinese medical society of rehabilitation proposed a 'bixin medicine' model aiming at early recognition, early diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of cardiovascular disease-associated mental disorders from the viewpoint of disease integrity. At present, patients with coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety and depression are mainly treated by adding anti-depression anxiety such as a 5-hydroxytryptamine reuptake inhibitor, a hypnotic sedative and the like, but the medicines have certain toxic and side effects and some medicines conflict with secondary coronary heart disease prevention medicines. The traditional Chinese medicine has unique status and advantages in the aspects of preventing and treating coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression, and has little side effect and high acceptance of patients. The traditional Chinese medicine has a profound understanding on the 'double heart diseases', and thinks that the heart governs blood vessels, also governs mind and prefers mind, so the pathological manifestations of the heart are mainly the obstruction of blood vessel operation and the abnormality of emotional thinking activity. Although traditional Chinese medicines have certain advantages for treating the bixin diseases, a Chinese patent medicine with better curative effect for the bixin diseases is still lacking in clinic at present.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
