Abstract
本发明属于化妆品领域,公开了一种保湿抗氧化洁面乳及其制备方法。该保湿抗氧化洁面乳,包含以下按质量百分比计的组分:表面活性剂18%~45%、保湿剂0.001%~1%、抗氧化剂0.001%~0.5%、增稠剂0.1%~3%、珠光剂0.5%~3%。本发明提供的保湿抗氧化洁面乳泡沫丰富、去油脂和污垢的效果好,使皮肤干净舒爽,可以起到增强皮肤表皮屏障功能、达到抗衰老的效果,同时,具有保湿、增加皮肤弹性、提升皮肤紧致度,提高防止皮肤干燥紧绷起皮的效果,达到了一瓶多效的目的,在清洁皮肤的同时,改善皮肤质量,增强水合作用,提高皮肤微循环,保持皮脂平衡,增强表皮屏障,延缓皮肤衰老。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品领域,具体涉及一种保湿抗氧化洁面乳及其制备方法。
背景技术
毛孔指的毛囊口,它是毛囊和皮脂腺的共同开口,具有特定的生理功能,例如排泄皮脂腺的分泌物。当皮脂过度分泌又未能及时清理时,容易造成毛孔粗大,而毛孔粗大是皮肤粗糙的主要原因,并且护理不当非常容易引发粉刺、痘痘、黑头等其它皮肤问题,外观极不美观。毛孔粗大通常是由于体内激素分泌紊乱,压力过大和环境污染、清洁工作没做好等原因造成的。此外,随着年龄的增长,皮肤逐渐失去弹性,毛囊周围缺乏支持结构,也很容易使毛孔显得比较大;外油内干的皮肤环境,也会使毛孔变得粗大。
目前应对毛孔粗大的方法主要有内调、外用及化妆手段,内调是指服用具有调节油脂分泌、滋阴、促进血液循环、补足气血津液等功效的产品,从身体内部向皮肤供给营养物质,使毛孔缩小、皮肤细腻白洁并负有弹性。然而,内调起效较慢,需要较长时间的调理才能见效,容易使消费者丧失信心,并且内服配方根据个人肤质、体质及生理状况(例如经、孕、产、乳等不同生理过程),难以做到统一调配、广泛应用。还可以通过化妆手段紧急应对毛孔粗大,例如通过涂膜具有遮瑕作用的粉底液、粉饼等彩妆产品,然而,这种手段只能通过物理方式遮盖粗大的毛孔,从视觉上给人以皮肤细腻的感觉,不能从根本上解决毛孔粗大、皮肤粗糙的问题。另一方面,城市环境污染严重,对肌肤生理状态造成很大压力,因此,清洁和护理才是应对毛孔粗大、皮肤粗糙的重要手段。因此,研发一种保湿抗氧化洁面乳尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明第一个方面的目的,在于提供一种保湿抗氧化洁面乳。
本发明第二方面的目的,在于提供第一方面的保湿抗氧化洁面乳的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
本发明的第一个方面,提供一种保湿抗氧化洁面乳,包含以下按质量百分比计的组分:表面活性剂18%~45%、保湿剂0.001%~1%、抗氧化剂0.001%~0.5%、增稠剂0.1%~3%、珠光剂0.5%~3%。
优选地,所述保湿抗氧化洁面乳包含以下按质量百分比计的组分:表面活性剂19.6%~39.6%、保湿剂0.002%~0.3%、抗氧化剂0.001%~0.2%、增稠剂0.8%~2%、珠光剂0.5%~ 2%。
优选地,所述保湿抗氧化洁面乳还包含:pH调节剂、防腐剂和香精。
优选地,所述pH调节剂的含量按质量百分比计为0.1%~0.5%;进一步为0.17%~0.3%。
优选地,所述防腐剂、香精的含量为适量,符合国家、行业等相关规定。
优选地,所述防腐剂的含量按质量百分比计为0.1%~0.8%;进一步为0.13%~0.33%。
优选地,所述香精的含量按质量百分比计为0.05%~0.5%;进一步为0.1%~0.156%。
优选地,所述保湿抗氧化洁面乳还包含水;所述水的用量为余量。
优选地,所述表面活性剂为月桂基硫酸钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺DEA、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和癸基葡糖苷中的至少一种;进一步为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺DEA、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和癸基葡糖苷中的至少一种。
优选地,所述保湿剂为神经酰胺3、甘油、丙二醇、丁二醇、水解胶原和水解弹性蛋白中的至少一种;进一步为水解胶原和水解弹性蛋白中的至少一种。
优选地,所述抗氧化剂为维生素E、虾青素、角黄素、叶黄素和葡萄(VITISVINIFERA) 籽提取物中的至少一种;进一步为葡萄(VITIS VINIFERA)籽提取物。
优选地,所述增稠剂为黄原胶、卡波姆、纤维素和鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-60肉豆蔻基甘醇中的至少一种;进一步为鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-60肉豆蔻基甘醇。
优选地,所述珠光剂为乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、二乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、二乙二醇双硬脂酸酯和乙二醇二硬脂酸酯中的至少一种;进一步为乙二醇二硬脂酸酯。
优选地,所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、三乙醇胺、氨甲基丙醇和精氨酸和柠檬酸中的至少一种;进一步为柠檬酸。
优选地,所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇、辛酰羟肟酸、羟苯丙酯、羟苯丁酯和甲基氯异噻唑啉酮中的至少一种;更优选为苯氧乙醇。
优选地,所述香精为玫瑰香精、薰衣草香精、当归香精、茉莉香精、蜜桃香精和番石榴香精中的至少一种;进一步为玫瑰香精和蜜桃香精中的至少一种。
本发明的第二方面,提供第一方面的保湿抗氧化洁面乳的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将表面活性剂、防腐剂、珠光剂、增稠剂和水混合,得到混合液A;
(2)将pH调节剂和混合液A混合,得到混合液B;
(3)将混合液B、保湿剂、抗氧化剂和香精混合,得到保湿抗氧化洁面乳。
优选地,步骤(1)中所述混合液A的温度为70~90℃。
优选地,步骤(2)中所述混合液A的温度为40~60℃。
优选地,步骤(3)中所述混合液B的温度为30~50℃。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的保湿抗氧化洁面乳泡沫丰富、去油脂和污垢的效果好,使皮肤干净舒爽,可以起到增强皮肤表皮屏障功能、达到抗衰老的效果,同时,具有保湿、增加皮肤弹性、提升皮肤紧致度,提高防止皮肤干燥紧绷起皮的效果,达到了一瓶多效的目的,在清洁皮肤的同时,改善皮肤质量,增强水合作用,提高皮肤微循环,保持皮脂平衡,增强表皮屏障,延缓皮肤衰老。
本发明提供的保湿抗氧化洁面乳的生产工艺简单,可进行大规模生产,具有广阔的市场前景。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体的实施例对本发明的内容作进一步详细的说明。
本实施例中所采用的原料,除特殊说明外,均通过常规手段制备或者通过商业渠道购买。
实施例及对比例
实施例1~4及对比例1~3的保湿抗氧化洁面乳的配方如表1所示。
实施例1~4的保湿抗氧化洁面乳的制备方法如下:
取月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺DEA、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、癸基葡糖苷、羟苯丙酯、羟苯丁酯、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-60肉豆蔻基甘醇、水混合,加热至80℃,边搅拌边降温至50℃;加入柠檬酸,继续降温至40℃;加入水解胶原(购于中国台湾昱智HP)、水解弹性蛋白(购于亚什兰)、葡萄(VITIS VINIFERA)籽提取物(购于嘉和生物)、香精,搅拌均匀即可。
对比例1的保湿抗氧化洁面乳的制备方法与实施例1的保湿抗氧化洁面乳的制备方法一致,区别仅在于不添加水解胶原。
对比例2的保湿抗氧化洁面乳的制备方法与实施例1的保湿抗氧化洁面乳的制备方法一致,区别仅在于不添加水解弹性蛋白。
对比例3的保湿抗氧化洁面乳的制备方法与实施例1的保湿抗氧化洁面乳的制备方法一致,区别仅在于不添加葡萄(VITIS VINIFERA)籽提取物。

效果实施例
1)保湿效果测试
选择40名敏感肌肤志愿者,在耳后进行过敏试验,实施例1~4的保湿抗氧化洁面乳均无过敏现象。
选择70名敏感肌肤志愿者,将志愿者分成7组,分别取实施例1~4和对比例1~3的保湿抗氧化洁面乳挤于手中,加水揉搓起泡,然后清洁面部,按摩2min,用清水洗净残留的泡沫,分别使用4周。使用前和4周后,用水分测试仪对志愿者的面部皮肤测定皮肤水合度(取平均值),观察并进行访问,结果如表2所示:使用实施例1~4的保湿抗氧化洁面乳后感觉清爽滋润,无刺激性疼痛感,对面部皮肤进行观察,洗后不干燥,皮肤细嫩,皮肤水合度最高可达74;而使用对比例1~3的保湿抗氧化洁面乳后感觉皮肤略感紧绷,对面部皮肤进行观察,皮肤水润度较实施例差,仅为64~65。

2)抗氧化效果测试
选择70名敏感肌肤志愿者,分成7组,对实施例1~4和对比例1~3的洁面乳进行抗氧化活性(AOA)测试,以洁面乳为样品。1:25的卵黄悬浊液的配制:用卵黄和等体积的pH=7.45、浓度为0.1mol/L的磷酸缓冲液(PB)配成体积比1:1的悬浊液,磁力搅拌10min,再用PB稀释得到体积比1:25的卵黄悬浊液;取0.2mL 1:25的卵黄悬浊液,0.2mL的25.0mmol/LFeSO4溶液和0.2mL样品于一系列10mL离心管中,用PB补充至2.0mL,37℃培养24h,取出后加入0.5mL质量分数20%的三氯乙酸溶液(TCA)摇匀,10min后再加入1.0mL量分数0.8%的硫代巴比妥酸溶液(TBA),置于沸水浴15min,冷却后以2500r/min的转速离心10min,取上清液,在532nm波长下测定吸光度值A;对照管除不加样品液外,其它试剂同前,所测吸光值为A0,平行测定3次,取平均值。空白管以2.0mL PB代替,则样品溶液对卵黄脂蛋白脂质过氧化的抑制率为:(A0-A)/A0×100%;测试结果(取平均值)如表3所示:实施例1~ 4提供的洁面乳的抗氧化效果优于对比例1~3,能较大提升皮肤的抗氧化性。

注:抗氧活性(AOA):AOA表示滴定100g所分析的物质消耗的库仑量。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种洁面乳,包含以下按质量百分比计的组分:表面活性剂18%~45%、保湿剂0.001%~1%、抗氧化剂0.001%~0.5%、增稠剂0.1%~3%、珠光剂0.5%~3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洁面乳,其特征在于:所述洁面乳包含以下按质量百分比计的组分:表面活性剂19.6%~39.6%、保湿剂0.002%~0.3%、抗氧化剂0.001%~0.2%、增稠剂0.8%~2%、珠光剂0.5%~2%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洁面乳,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为月桂基硫酸钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺DEA、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和癸基葡糖苷中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的洁面乳,其特征在于:所述保湿剂为神经酰胺3、甘油、丙二醇、丁二醇、水解胶原和水解弹性蛋白中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的洁面乳,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为维生素E、虾青素、角黄素、叶黄素和葡萄籽提取物中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的洁面乳,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为黄原胶、卡波姆、纤维素和鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-60肉豆蔻基甘醇中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的洁面乳,其特征在于:所述珠光剂为乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、二乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、二乙二醇双硬脂酸酯和乙二醇二硬脂酸酯中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的洁面乳,其特征在于:所述洁面乳还包含:pH调节剂、防腐剂和香精。
9.根据权利要求8所述的洁面乳,其特征在于:
所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、三乙醇胺、氨甲基丙醇和精氨酸和柠檬酸中的至少一种;
所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇、辛酰羟肟酸、羟苯丙酯、羟苯丁酯和甲基氯异噻唑啉酮中的至少一种;
所述香精为玫瑰香精、薰衣草香精、当归香精、茉莉香精、蜜桃香精和番石榴香精中的至少一种。
10.权利要求8或9所述的洁面乳的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将表面活性剂、防腐剂、珠光剂、增稠剂和水混合,得到混合液A;
(2)将pH调节剂和混合液A混合,得到混合液B;
(3)将混合液B、保湿剂、抗氧化剂和香精混合,得到洁面乳。
