The water inlet side of the reversing pipeline 7 is communicated with external water supply and is provided with a plurality of water outlet sides, and each water outlet side is respectively communicated with a corresponding functional device to be used.
The deodorizing device is further described below.
Referring to fig. 2-7, in one embodiment, the filter mechanism 3 has a water passing assembly 31 and a filter element assembly 32, the water passing assembly 31 stores the live water and a portion of the live water can overflow to form a curtain of water in contact with the malodorous gas, and the filter element assembly 32 is at least partially submerged in the live water. Specifically, the water passing assembly 31 includes a water storage box 311 with an open top, wherein the water storage box 311 is contracted with a blocking wall 312 along the wall of the box body, so that an inner water storage tank and an outer drainage groove are formed in the box. The external water supply is supplied to the inner reservoir through the water inlet provided at one side of the inner reservoir, overflows into the peripheral drainage groove after the accumulated water is higher than the wall height of the blocking wall 312, and is introduced and recovered into the toilet tank 12 through the water outlet at one side of the peripheral drainage groove. Wherein a curtain of water formed after the running water in the inner reservoir overflows is formed outside the blocking wall 312. Thus, through the ponding of the inner reservoir and the periphery drainage groove in the water storage box 311, preliminary and large-area direct contact to the odor is realized, in addition, a continuous and updated water curtain is formed through an overflow mode, and the compatibility efficiency of the odor in water flow can be remarkably improved.
It should be mentioned that the running water is particularly water accumulation in a flowing water storage mode, and the running water can be selected to realize continuous formation of a water curtain so as to achieve a mode that the odor with sufficient contact area and better adsorption effect is dissolved in water. And the running water is continuously generated and is attributed to a water inlet arranged in the inner reservoir and a water outlet arranged in the peripheral drainage groove, so that continuous water supply and water discharge are achieved, and the water flow of the water outlet adsorbs and dissolves a plurality of odor and is guided to be discharged into the water tank for repeated use, so that the external water supply is fully utilized, and the integral water consumption of the toilet is facilitated.
In addition, the air suction duct is composed of a fan housing 4, the inlet side of the fan housing 4 is communicated with the toilet cavity 11, a centrifugal fan 41 is arranged on the outlet side of the fan housing 4, and the centrifugal fan 41 can suck off odor in the toilet cavity 11 and directly convey the odor to the filtering mechanism 3. The air suction duct is formed by the fan housing 4 independently, so that when the centrifugal fan 41 is used for sucking off odor, the odor can be effectively transmitted along the inside of the fan housing 4 and cannot leak, and the odor of the toilet cavity 11 can be sucked off and filtered intensively.
In particular, the blocking wall 312 is configured with a retaining wall 313 towards the side facing the centrifugal fan 41, the retaining wall 313 is spaced from the centrifugal fan 41, and the retaining wall 313 is disposed at the same side of the blocking wall 312 and is spaced from the bottom of the box body. The wall height of the blocking wall 312 on this side is lower than the wall heights of the other sides, and the wall height of the retaining wall 313 is always higher than the wall height of the blocking wall 312. Wherein the diffusion coefficient of ammonia in air is 1.98X10 -5 m 2 And/s, and the arrangement mode ensures that the water curtain is always formed on the wall body side positioned at a low height, so that the odor output by the centrifugal fan 41 can be opposite to the retaining wall 313, gradually spread along the periphery of the retaining wall 313 under the blocking of the retaining wall 313, and be in direct contact with the opposite water curtain sufficiently to effectively perform dissolution reaction.
In particular, the cartridge assembly 32 is removably snap-fitted into the cartridge 311 with its ends submerged in the internal reservoir. The air outlet end of the centrifugal fan 41 is in avoidance and butt joint with one side surface of the water storage box 311, so that the sucked odor can be contained in a closed space surrounded by the water storage box 311 and the filter element assembly 32. In one embodiment, the filter element assembly 32 is specifically a portion of an air purification device. The cartridge assembly 32 includes a box-shaped housing 321 and an inner cartridge 322, and the inner cartridge 322 is disposed in the housing 321 so as to be replaceable. In particular, the cartridge assembly 32 is removably disposable in a portable manner within the intelligent toilet, and the inner cartridge 322 of the cartridge assembly 32 is at least partially submerged in the water within the toilet (the inner reservoir of the water storage box 311) after being in place. Therefore, the air purification device is assembled on the water storage box 311 in a plugging manner through the shell 321, and the installation, the placement, the replacement and the maintenance of the air purification device on the intelligent closestool are more convenient in a portable operation mode.
In order to achieve that the inner filter element 322 can be in contact with the accumulated water after the end is immersed, the casing 321 can be constructed into a water permeable structure which allows the accumulated water of the toilet to enter along the bottom of the casing, so that the inner filter element 322 is in contact with the accumulated water of the inner reservoir, the inner filter element 322 is ensured not to leak outside, and a good protection effect is achieved. In addition, the top of the device is provided with a receivable handle 323 for operation by a user. Preferably, the inner filter element 322 is a water purifier filter element that facilitates replacement, the water purifier filter element comprising at least diatom purity and activated carbon. Also, it should be noted that the filter element assembly 32 is at least partially submerged in the running water so that the inner filter element 322 absorbs moisture to capture odors in the air, and the odors are filtered by the diatom ooze and activated carbon to become clean air to be discharged into the room outside the toilet, allowing for effective internal circulation of the air.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the present embodiment provides a method for purifying air, which is applied to the above intelligent toilet, and includes the following steps:
s10: the odor in the toilet chamber 11 is inputted into the filter mechanism 3 through the air suction duct, and the clean air is discharged outside the toilet after the odor is treated by the filter mechanism 3.
S20: an external water supply is provided to the water passing assembly 31 and a portion of the water passing therethrough forms a water curtain in overflow contact with the malodorous gas, at least partially submerging the filter element assembly 32 in the water passing so that the malodor can be filtered in a variety of ways.
S30: the overflowed running water is guided to be discharged into a water tank of the closestool for recycling.
Specifically, the odor inside the toilet chamber 11 is intensively and intensively transferred to the filtering mechanism 3 through the air suction channel system, and the water accumulation of the water passing component 31 and the direct contact mode forming the water curtain effectively absorb the water-soluble gas such as ammonia in the odor so as to achieve the deodorizing purpose. The filter element assembly 32 further effectively adsorbs and filters the odor in the air, so that the odor is treated in various modes, and the cleaned air is discharged out of the toilet, thereby achieving efficient air circulation. In addition, the running water is supplied to the inner reservoir via an external water supply and is deposited in the peripheral drainage groove after overflowing along the blocking wall 312, and is redirected to be recovered into the toilet tank 12 for reuse.
The foaming device is further described below.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in one embodiment, the foam generator 5 includes a liquid inlet mixing chamber 51, a foam storage tank 52, a liquid pump 53, an air pump 54, and a liquid discharge tube 55. Wherein, external water supply is provided to the liquid inlet mixing chamber 51, and the liquid inlet mixing chamber 51 is connected with the foam storage tank through the liquid drawing pump 53, a liquid discharge pipe 55 is externally connected to the liquid outlet side of the liquid inlet mixing chamber 51, and an air pump 54 is arranged at one side of the liquid discharge pipe 55 to draw the mixed liquid formed by mixing water flow and foam liquid in the liquid inlet mixing chamber 51 out of the liquid discharge pipe 55, and an outlet of the liquid discharge pipe 55 is opposite to the sewage drain 111. In the above embodiment, in order to avoid that the odor is continuously diffused in the toilet bowl chamber 11 through the sewage outlet 111, so that the mixed liquid with foam is supplied to liquid-seal the sewage outlet 111, on the one hand, effective isolation of the odor is achieved, on the other hand, splash during toilet use can be avoided, so that the toilet experience is affected, and the toilet environment is greatly improved.
The flushing device 6 is further described below.
Referring to fig. 11 to 14, in one embodiment, the flushing device 6 includes an automatic switching valve 61, a hip washing water path, and a gynecological washing water path. The hip washing water path and the gynecological washing water path share the same water inlet pipeline 62, and are switched to the water outlets of the respective water paths through the automatic switching valve 61 for users to use. The water inlet pipe 62 includes an instant heating unit 621 and a reversing valve 622, and the reversing valve 622 is connected to the external water supply and the automatic switching valve 61 by pipes. The flushing device 6 further comprises a medicated water circuit connected to a reversing valve 622. The medicine water path includes a mixing chamber 63, a medicine tank 64, and a medicine pump 65, and the mixing chamber 63 is disposed between the reversing valve 622 and the medicine tank 64, and is configured to pump the medicine to the mixing chamber 63 via the medicine pump 65. The liquid inlet side of the mixing chamber 63 is connected to the liquid medicine tank 64 and the reversing valve 622, respectively, and the liquid outlet side of the mixing chamber 63 is externally connected to a pipeline between the automatic switching valve 61 and the reversing valve 622.
In the above embodiment, in the hip washing waterway and the gynecological washing waterway, whether the medicinal washing operation is added during the gynecological washing cleaning is selected in an operable manner, so that the flexibility is higher, and the washing function is effectively improved. In particular, the clean water for local cleaning of the user is supplied from a unified external water supply and is respectively delivered to each cleaning waterway for the user to select. In the medicine washing waterway, the medicine liquid is pumped in and the water flow is input to the liquid inlet side of the mixing chamber 63, so that the medicine liquid is mixed into the required medicine liquid in proportion in the mixing chamber 63 and is sent to the woman washing waterway along the liquid outlet side of the mixing chamber 63.
Obviously, the waterways are mutually connected and matched, so that the condition that the waterways are polluted by liquid medicine is necessarily existed. In addition, the accumulated water (liquid medicine or cleaning liquid) remaining in the pipeline causes a very poor experience for the reuse of the user. To avoid the above-described problem, the waterway self-cleaning is realized by the mixing chamber 63 in the present embodiment. Specifically, after each washing and when the medicine is reused, the medicine is input into the mixing chamber 63 along the reversing valve 622 through external water supply, accumulated water is conveyed to the reversing valve 622 through the liquid outlet side of the mixing chamber 63 and discharged to the outside, so that the problems of medicine liquid residue, cold accumulated water and the like are solved, and the cross contamination of each waterway and the like are avoided.
Still further, the automatic switching valve 61, the reversing valve 622 are controlled by the control device 2, and the reversing valve 622 is operable to feed water along the water inlet line 62 or along the mixing chamber 63. And the external water supply is directed in a reversing line 7 controlled by the control device 2, which reversing line 7 can be connected at least to the inlet side of the water inlet line 62. In particular, the other water outlet side of the reversing line 7 is connected to the liquid inlet mixing chamber 51 of the foaming device and to the water storage box 311 of the deodorizing device. Wherein, the common connection of the water side to the liquid inlet mixing chamber 51 and the water storage box 311 is realized through a through pipe 8, and the through pipe 8 has different pipe diameters, so that the water flow rate of the water supplied to the water storage box 311 is always smaller than the water flow rate of the water supplied to the liquid inlet mixing chamber 51.
More specifically, at least one three-way valve 623 is provided near the outlet side of the water intake pipe 62, both ends of the three-way valve 623 are respectively provided in the water intake pipe 62, and the other end thereof is externally connected with a power pump 66. The power pump 66 is controlled by the control device 2 to realize different water outlet strengths of the hip washing waterway and the gynecological washing waterway, so that various local cleaning requirements of users are met. The buttocks washing water path and the women washing water path are respectively provided with independent water outlets. Wherein, each water outlet is arranged on the same spray rod 15. The water outlet of the hip washing waterway is 15A, and the water outlet of the gynecological washing waterway is 15B.
With reference to fig. 15, the embodiment also provides a waterway self-cleaning method of an intelligent toilet, which is applied to the intelligent toilet and includes the following steps:
s100: and receiving a cleaning instruction sent by a user.
S200: when the purge command is a medicine purge command, the control switching valve 622 is connected to the mixing chamber 63, and simultaneously the automatic switching valve 61 is switched to the purge port.
S300: after controlling water to flow into the mixing chamber 63 from the direction valve 622 and cleaning the mixing chamber 63, the water is discharged through the cleaning port of the automatic switching valve 61.
S400: after a predetermined time, the automatic switching valve 61 is switched to the medicine irrigation port.
S500: the flow of water from the reversing valve 622 into the mixing chamber 63 and the pumping of the chemical liquid from the chemical liquid inlet to the mixing chamber 63 by the chemical liquid pump 65 are controlled so that the water and the chemical liquid are mixed in the mixing chamber 63, and the mixed liquid obtained by the mixing is ejected through the chemical washing port of the automatic switching valve 61.
Wherein, in step S300, further comprises:
s301: judging whether an information instruction triggered by liquid medicine replacement is received.
S302: after the information command is acquired, the liquid medicine pump 65 is driven to operate for a preset time, and the raw liquid medicine left in the liquid medicine pipeline is discharged to the mixing chamber 63.
Specifically, the washing instructions further include a buttock washing instruction and a gynecological washing instruction; wherein,,
when the washing command is a hip washing command, the control switching valve 622 is connected to the pipe, and simultaneously the automatic switching valve 61 is switched to the hip washing port. Or, when the washing command is a gynecological washing command, the control switching valve 622 is connected to the pipe, and simultaneously the automatic switching valve 61 is switched to the gynecological washing port.
Wherein, the first valve port of the automatic switching valve 61 is connected with the buttocks washing port, the second valve port is connected with the gynecological washing port, and the third valve port is connected with the washing port. Wherein the medicine washing port and the women washing port are the same liquid outlet.
It should be further mentioned that the self-cleaning operation is performed by connecting the third valve opening of the reversing valve 622 to the cleaning opening (water outlet 15C), and the water outlet 15C is disposed toward the side away from the user (downward). The water outlet 15C is provided on the spray bar 15 and is located on a different side from the water outlet 15A/15B of the hip or gynecological rinse.
Thus, the self-cleaning is specifically implemented as follows: after the medicine washing operation, no matter the buttocks washing operation or the woman washing operation is carried out again, the control device 2 is required to drive the external water supply to enter the mixing chamber 63 from the reversing valve 622, and then the liquid in the mixing chamber 63 is emptied to the outside along the pipeline, so that the residual medicine liquid and the cold ponding phenomenon are greatly reduced, and convenience is provided for the next washing operation. And, judge that medicine liquid jar 64 has changed different medicine liquid (specifically can be through triggering when changing medicine liquid jar 64), before the liquid of evacuation mixing chamber 63, controlling means 2 drive medicine liquid pump 65 operation is in order to discharge former medicine liquid in the medicine liquid pipeline to mixing chamber 63, avoid the condition such as mix between the different medicine liquid, reach cleaner medicine washing effect. And ensure orderly and normal work among all waterways, and promote user experience.
With reference to fig. 16, this embodiment further provides a control method of an intelligent toilet, which is applied to the above multifunctional intelligent toilet, and includes the following steps:
s1: when the sensor of the seat ring detects that the user sits down, and after the sitting down time is judged to exceed the preset time, the foaming device is controlled to start, so that the foam generator 5 discharges mixed liquid and the sewage drain 111 is sealed in a liquid way.
S2: meanwhile, the deodorizing device is driven to transmit odor to the filtering mechanism 3, and after the foam generator 5 works for a period of time, the foaming device is controlled to be closed.
S3: after the toilet is finished, a cleaning instruction of a user is received, and then the flushing device 6 is controlled to select a waterway to perform buttocks or women, and whether to add medicine washing operation is selected according to the user requirement during the women washing.
S4: when the sensor detects that the user leaves, the water tank is controlled to perform flushing operation, and then the foaming device is controlled to start and the starting time is ensured to be smaller than the foaming time of the previous stage.
S5: the deodorizing device is controlled to delay closing.
Specifically, in order to avoid the phenomena such as false touch of the sensor, the following control is performed under the condition that the sitting time exceeds the preset time. Greatly improves the flexibility of the closestool and prevents the false opening. The liquid seal of the foam shield and the deodorization operation of the filtering mechanism 3 are performed at the same time, so that the leakage of odor can be effectively reduced, and the aim of high-efficiency deodorization is achieved. After the toilet is finished, the flushing device 6 alternatively performs hip washing or gynecological washing, and optionally adds a medicinal washing operation. After the sensor detects that the user leaves the seat ring, the flushing operation is performed to discharge dirt along the sewage outlet 111, and the foaming device is immediately controlled to perform foam shield supply, wherein the foam supply time (3-5 s) is smaller than the foam supply time (5-10 s) during toilet use, so that the thickness of the foam liquid sealed at the sewage outlet 111 is smaller after the toilet use, the foam is saved, and the required liquid sealing effect is achieved. After that, the deodorizing means is delayed to be turned off so as to sufficiently perform the subsequent air purification. Wherein the delay time is 10s-30s.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited to the above examples, and all technical solutions belonging to the concept of the present application belong to the protection scope of the present application.
