Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the water valve assembly comprises a water inlet waterway for providing water for the washing equipment and a water drainage waterway for recovering washing wastewater, and an external pipeline of the washing equipment is reasonably planned, so that the wastewater is recycled, the water resource is saved, the optional range of the arrangement position of the washing equipment is wide, and the arrangement is convenient. Especially for the washing machine with larger floor area, under the condition of limited space of the family toilet, the user can place the washing machine on a balcony or a kitchen according to own idea without considering the defect that water cannot be drained without water leakage equipment such as a floor drain and the like. The water valve component comprises a valve body, a water inlet path and a water discharging path are arranged inside the valve body, the water inlet path and the water discharging path are arranged inside the same valve body, two water paths are respectively arranged, and mixed flow of clean water and waste water cannot occur.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments are clearly and completely described below, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not used for limiting the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention discloses a water valve assembly 100 for a washing device, the washing device includes a water inlet pipe 200 and a water outlet pipe 300, the water valve assembly 100 includes at least two water paths, at least one water path is communicated with the water inlet pipe 200 as a water inlet path 1, at least one water path is communicated with the water outlet pipe 300 as a water outlet path 2.
In the invention, the water inlet waterway 1 mainly provides water for washing equipment or other equipment, the water discharge waterway 2 recovers/discharges washing water discharged by the washing equipment or other equipment, the water valve assembly 100 integrates the functions of providing water and recovering waste water, external pipelines of the washing equipment are reasonably planned, the recycling of waste water is realized, water resources are saved, the selectable range of the arrangement position of the washing equipment is large, and the arrangement is convenient. Especially for the washing machine with larger floor area, under the condition of limited space of the family toilet, the user can place the washing machine on a balcony or a kitchen according to own idea without considering the defect that water cannot be drained without water leakage equipment such as a floor drain and the like. The water valve assembly 100 may supply water and recycle wastewater to a washing apparatus, supply water and recycle wastewater to other water-using apparatuses, and supply water to one water-using apparatus and recycle wastewater from another water-using apparatus. In addition, the water valve assembly 100 may include two or more water inlet paths 1, which may provide clean water for two or more washing devices at the same time, or a part of the water inlet paths 1 may provide clean water for the washing devices, and a part of the water inlet paths 1 may provide external water for human life; the water valve assembly 100 may also include two or more drain water paths 2 for recycling waste water from two or more washing apparatuses.
Example one
In this embodiment, the waterway communicated with the drain pipe 300 is a drain waterway 2, the drain waterway 2 includes at least one water inlet and at least one water outlet, and the at least one water inlet is communicated with the drain unit of the washing apparatus. The drain unit includes a drain valve or a drain pump. For example, when the water valve assembly is used in a washing machine, the drain unit is a drain valve of the washing machine or a drain pump of an upper drain washing machine. The drain waterway 2 may include at least two water inlets capable of recovering waste water of a plurality of washing apparatuses. The drainage waterway 2 includes at least one outlet port, and the recovered waste water is used for various purposes. Preferably, the at least one water inlet is in communication with the drain unit of the washing apparatus through a washing apparatus drain pipe 300.
In a further embodiment, at least one water outlet is a recycled water outlet, and one embodiment of the present embodiment includes a water storage container, where the recycled water outlet is communicated with the water storage container to directly collect wastewater in the water storage container; at least one water outlet is communicated with the water treatment unit, and the water treatment unit is used for filtering, disinfecting and the like and then is used as clean water to be supplied to washing equipment or other water using equipment. Other water using equipment may include equipment such as toilets that do not require high cleanliness.
Example two
In this embodiment, the water inlet waterway 1 is communicated with the water inlet pipe 200, the water inlet waterway 1 comprises at least one water inlet and at least one water outlet, and the at least one water inlet is communicated with the water supply joint of the water source; the water inlet can be respectively communicated with different water source water supply joints, and the water source water supply joints can be water taps, water supply joints of water storage containers or water supply joints of other equipment or containers capable of providing washing water. The water source water supply joint in the invention is preferably a faucet. Preferably, at least one water outlet of the water inlet waterway 1 is communicated with a water inlet unit of the washing equipment through a water inlet pipe 200 of the washing equipment; part of the water outlets are communicated with other washing equipment. For example, when the water valve assembly is used in a washing machine, the water inlet unit is a water inlet valve of the washing machine. Specifically, at least one water inlet is provided with a connecting part 113, and the connecting part 113 is connected with a water source water supply connector in a quick plug-in connection or a threaded connection or a clamping connection, so that the connection is time-saving and labor-saving, and the installation can be carried out without professional persons; at least one water outlet is also provided with a connecting part, and is connected with the washing equipment water inlet pipe 200 through the connecting part in a quick plug way or in a threaded way.
Further, the water inlet waterway 1 comprises at least two water outlets; preferably, at least one water outlet is communicated with a water inlet unit of the washing equipment, and at least one water outlet is an external water outlet; part of the water outlets are communicated with the same/different washing equipment; and part of the water outlets are used for external water, such as water for washing vegetables, hands, mops and the like. More preferably, the water outlet of the drainage waterway 2 and the external water outlet are the same water outlet. Simple structure and easy molding. For example, the water outlet of the water drainage channel 2 is communicated to other equipment for reuse through a pipeline, and when no waste water is recovered in the washing equipment, the water can be used for external use to make up for the shortage of the water due to the shared water outlet. For example, when the water collected in the drain waterway 2 is used to wash the mop, there is no water available to wash the mop without washing the clothes, and at this time, the mop can be washed by the outflow water from the outside water outlet.
EXAMPLE III
On the basis of the above embodiment, the water inlet waterway 1 includes a main water inlet waterway 11, a first water inlet branch 12 and a second water inlet branch 13 communicated with the main water inlet waterway 11; the water flow can flow from the main water inlet channel 11 to the first water inlet branch 12 and the second water inlet branch 13, and the water flow can be divided to achieve two purposes of the water flow. Preferably, the water inlet of the main water inlet path 11 is communicated with a water source and water supply joint; the water outlet of the first water inlet branch 12 is communicated with a water inlet unit of the washing equipment; and the water outlet of the second water inlet branch 13 is used for discharging water by using external water. The water inlet waterway 1 can provide water for washing equipment and external water for users, and one waterway realizes multiple water use purposes.
The drainage waterway 2 includes a drainage inlet port 21, and a drainage outlet port 22 communicating with the drainage inlet port 21; preferably, the drain inlet port 21 is communicated with a drain unit of the washing device; the drainage outlet end 22 is a recovered water outlet, so that the drainage of the washing equipment is recovered. The requirement of normally using the washing equipment under the condition of no floor drain is met, and the placing position of the washing equipment is not limited. The recycling of the waste water after washing of the washing equipment is realized, the energy conservation and emission reduction are realized, and the waste of water resources is avoided. More preferably, the second water inlet branch 13 is communicated with the water outlet end 22, so that the structure is simple and the forming is convenient. For example, when the washing equipment has no waste water to be recycled, the second water inlet branch 13 is communicated with the drain outlet 22, so that the shortage of the water can be compensated by the external water, and the water demand of the customer can be met.
Example four
On the basis of the third embodiment, the water valve assembly 100 includes a valve body, a cavity and a partition plate are arranged inside the valve body, and the partition plate divides the cavity into a main water inlet passage 11 and a drain outlet end 22; the main water inlet passage 11 and the drain outlet port 22 are separated by a partition plate, and mixing of water inlet and drain does not occur. Preferably, the main water inlet path 11 is arranged coaxially with the water discharge outlet end 22; simple structure, the shaping is convenient, but integrated into one piece. Preferably, the first water inlet branch 12, the second water inlet branch 13 and the water outlet port 21 are integrally formed at the side of the valve body; the water inlet pipe is arranged at the side part and is conveniently communicated with a pipeline, so that water in the main water inlet pipeline 11 is conveniently led out, and waste water is conveniently led into the water outlet end 22. More preferably, the first water inlet branch 12 and the drain inlet end 21 are arranged perpendicular to the side of the valve body; the molding is more convenient, and the connecting pipeline is more convenient. It is also preferable that the first water inlet branch 12 is arranged in parallel with the drain inlet end 21. The two are required to be communicated with the washing equipment, the connecting direction is clear and clear when the two are arranged in parallel, and the phenomena of surrounding pipelines and the like can not occur.
In a further aspect, the second water inlet branch 13 includes a second water outlet portion 132 parallel to the water outlet 22, and further includes a second water inlet portion 131 communicated with the main water inlet path 11; the second water outlet portion 132 is parallel to the drainage outlet end 22, so that the water outlet directions of the two branches are uniform, and the discharged water is collected more easily. Preferably, the second water inlet part 131 is coaxially arranged with the first water inlet branch 12; that is, the second water inlet portion 131 and the first water inlet branch 12 are oppositely arranged at two ends of the main water inlet path 11, and water entering from the main water inlet path 11 enters the second water inlet portion 131 and the first water inlet branch 12 under the same water pressure, so that water can be discharged at the same time, and the situation that one water cannot be discharged while the other water cannot be discharged is prevented. Preferably, the second outlet portion 132 is communicated with the drain outlet port 22, for example, the drain outlet port 22 is communicated with other water consuming devices through a pipeline, and when no waste water in the washing device can be recycled, the shortage of the water can be compensated by the external water since the second outlet portion 132 is communicated with the drain outlet port 22. After the second water outlet portion 132 is communicated with the drainage outlet end 22, the structure is simpler, and the forming steps are saved.
And the second water inlet branch 13 is provided with a control part 133 for controlling the on-off of the second water inlet branch 13. Generally, a water source water supply joint communicated with washing equipment is in a normally open state, a water inlet unit of the washing equipment controls whether water is fed in and when water is fed in, a first water inlet branch 12 and a second water inlet branch 13 of the water supply joint are communicated with a main water inlet path 11 at the same time, namely, the water source water supply joint is in the normally open state, the first water inlet branch 12 is controlled by the water inlet unit to feed water or not to feed water, if a control part 133 is not arranged on the second water inlet branch 13, water flows out of the second water inlet branch 13 all the time, and the control part 133 is arranged on the second water inlet branch 13 of the water supply joint to control the on-off of the second water inlet branch 13 and prevent the water from flowing out all the time. Meanwhile, the on-off of each branch is controlled respectively, the on-off of the water inlet waterway 1 is realized without operating a water source water supply joint every time, and the phenomenon that the second water inlet branch 13 and the first water inlet branch 12 cannot be used simultaneously is avoided. When the user needs external water, the operation control part 133 realizes the communication of the second water inlet branch 13, water flows out of the second water inlet branch 13 through the water source water supply connector for the user to wash the mouth or wash vegetables or wash dishes or mop, and the like, and the waste water from washing the mouth or washing vegetables of the user and the washing waste water recovered by the drainage outlet end 22 can be discharged into the water storage container. When the user does not need external water, the operation control realizes the disconnection of the second water inlet branch 13, and the water is prevented from continuously flowing out. Preferably, the control unit 133 is disposed in the second water inlet unit 131 to control the connection and disconnection between the second water inlet unit 131 and the second water outlet unit 132.
In a preferred embodiment, the control unit 133 includes a control button, and when the control button is pressed, the second water inlet branch 13 is connected, and the control button is reset to disconnect the second water inlet branch 13. Control button includes cylinder, baffle and presses the cap, the baffle sets up respectively at the cylinder both ends with pressing the cap, cylinder and baffle stretch into the second and intake in the portion 131, and the baffle setting is intake the connection mouth department between portion 131 and the second play water portion 132 at the second and is sealed or break off this connector, when the user presses the cap, drives cylinder and baffle and removes, opens the connector, and the second is intake portion 131 and the intercommunication of second play water portion 132, when making cylinder and baffle reset through pressing the cap, seals the connector, and the disconnection of second portion 131 and the second play water portion 132 of intaking. More preferably, the control part 133 further includes a reset element for resetting the control button. The reset element is an elastic element and is abutted between the pressing cap and the connecting port. Preferably, the reset element is a reset spring, is sleeved on the cylinder and abuts against between the pressing cap and the connecting port. When the control button is pressed, the second water inlet branch 13 is communicated with water, the control button is released, the control button returns to the original position under the elastic action of the reset element, and the second water inlet branch 13 is disconnected. Alternatively, the control button is pressed to connect/disconnect the second water inlet branch 13. That is, pressing the control button once makes the second water inlet branch 13 in a connected state, pressing the control button once again changes the connected state of the second water inlet branch 13, makes the second water inlet branch 13 in a disconnected state, and so on.
EXAMPLE five
In addition to the above embodiments, the main water inlet passage 11 is provided with a pressurizing part 114 for enhancing the water pressure of the inlet water; the boosting part 114 enhances the water pressure of water inflow, ensures that water can be smoothly discharged through the first water inlet branch 12 and the second water inlet branch 13, prevents the water pressure reduction when the two water inlet branches work simultaneously, and ensures that water flow is discharged from only one water inlet branch and the other water inlet branch is discharged without water flow or with extremely small water flow influence. Preferably, a chamber between the pressure increasing part 114 and the partition plate is communicated with the first water inlet branch 12 and/or the second water inlet branch 13; pressurization is provided for the first water inlet branch 12 and/or the second water inlet branch 13, and the water outlet pressure is ensured. Preferably, the chamber between the pressure increasing part 114 and the partition plate is communicated with the first water inlet branch 12 and the second water inlet branch 13, so as to simultaneously increase the pressure of the first water inlet branch 12 and the second water inlet branch 13.
In a specific embodiment, the pressurizing unit 114 includes a pressurizing plate that is disposed inside the main water inlet passage 11 and reduces the flow area of the main water inlet passage 11; the flow area of the main water inlet channel 11 is reduced, and under the condition that the water inlet pressure and the water inlet flow of the main water inlet channel 11 are not changed, the water flow passing through the pressurizing plate increases the water flow pressure and the water flow speed for ensuring the flow inconveniently. The pressurizing plate is detachably arranged in the main water inlet path 11 or fixedly arranged in the main water inlet path 11; or the pressurizing plate is integrally formed in the main water inlet passage 11. The pressurizing plate is perpendicular to the side wall of the main water inlet path 11.
Preferably, the pressurizing plate is integrally formed on the inner wall of the main water inlet path 11 in a protruding manner, a pressurizing opening for water flow to pass through is formed on the pressurizing plate, and/or a pressurizing opening for water flow to pass through is formed between the pressurizing plate and the inner wall of the main water inlet path 11, and the pressurizing opening is smaller than the first water inlet. The molding is simple and convenient, and the installation steps are saved. Preferably, the pressurizing port is arranged close to the first water inlet branch 12. The impact of the water flow pressurized by the pressurizing opening on the second water inlet branch 13 is reduced, water leakage is prevented, and meanwhile the pressurized water flow is prevented from enhancing the pressing pressure of the control button, so that a user can press the immobile control button to cause water to be discharged when using external water.
Example six
On the basis of the above embodiment, the main water inlet path 11 includes a first water inlet end 111 and a first water outlet end 112. The pressure increasing plate is arranged between the first water inlet end 111 and the first water outlet end 112, and the outer side of the first water inlet end 111 is provided with a quick insertion part which is conveniently connected with a water supply joint of a water source such as a water tap. The first water inlet branch 12 comprises a first water inlet part 121 and a first water outlet part 122, the pressurizing port is arranged close to the first water inlet part 121, a second pressurizing part 114 for increasing the water outlet pressure of the first water inlet branch 12 is arranged between the first water inlet part 121 and the first water outlet part 122, and preferably, a reducing part for forming the second pressurizing part 114 is arranged between the first water inlet part 121 and the first water outlet part 122; the outer side of the first water outlet part 122 is provided with a thread or a snap ring which is conveniently connected with the water inlet pipe 200. The second water inlet branch 13 includes a second water inlet portion 131 and a second water outlet portion 132.
The valve body is the drum structure, inside cavity and the baffle of being equipped with of drum structure, two cavities of main water inlet way 11 and drainage exit end 22 are separated into with this cavity to the baffle, the one end of drum structure forms the first end 111 of intaking of main water inlet way 11, the other end of drum structure forms drainage exit end 22.
EXAMPLE seven
On the basis of the third embodiment, a water treatment unit is arranged at the drainage outlet end 22; the recovered waste water is treated to obtain cleaner water, so that the recovered waste water has wider application. Preferably, the water treatment unit is removably disposed at the drain outlet end 22; the water treatment unit is convenient to disassemble and clean. More preferably, the water treatment unit comprises a filter structure.
And a water treatment unit is arranged at the first water outlet part 122 of the first water inlet branch pipe 12 and/or the second water outlet part 132 of the second water inlet branch pipe 13. First water outlet portion 32 is equipped with the water treatment unit, can carry out effective filtration earlier before water gets into the washing equipment water inlet unit, prevents that the water inlet unit from blockking up for the water inlet unit need not to change. The second outlet portion 132 is provided with a water treatment unit, which can be applied to more external water applications, for example, the treated external water can be directly drunk. Preferably, the water treatment unit is detachably arranged at the first water outlet portion 122 and/or the second water outlet portion 132; the water treatment unit is convenient to disassemble and treat. More preferably, the water treatment unit comprises a filtration and/or dechlorination and/or softening structure.
Example eight
On the basis of the above embodiment, the embodiment provides a washing machine, including inlet tube 200 and drain pipe 300, still includes water valve assembly 100, water valve assembly 100 includes two at least water routes, and at least one water route communicates with inlet tube 200, for intaking water route 1, intaking water route 1 provides the water for washing machine, and at least one water route communicates with drain pipe 300, for drainage water route 2, the washing water is retrieved in the drainage water route. The problem of just can't place washing machine's puzzlement without the floor drain is solved for washing machine's the place position is unrestricted, and the user can place washing machine in balcony or kitchen according to actual conditions. The washing machine brings convenience to users to collect the waste water after washing, realizes energy conservation and emission reduction, and avoids waste of water resources.
