In one embodiment, it is obvious that the guiding input of the external air and the sufficient contact with the water storage liquid can be further realized by opening an avoiding space in the water storage box 311. Specifically, the water storage box 311 has a first side. The first side has a first opening 3111 connected to the inlet A/isolator 312. The gas output space is avoided through the first opening 3111, so that the external gas can enter the box body in a guiding mode.
In particular, the water reservoir also includes a wind deflector 315. The partition 312 has a second side opposite the first side. The second side surface is in clearance fit with the wind deflector 315, and a gas passing channel which is communicated with the gas inlet A and allows external gas to enter the water storage area is formed between the second side surface and the wind deflector 315. Still further, the second side has a second opening 3121 formed thereon which is not lower than the first opening 3111. So that the water curtain overflowing along the second opening 3121 is always higher than the first opening 3111. The second opening 3121 is not higher than each side of the partition 312, so that the wall height of the partition 312 where the second opening 3121 is located is always lower than other wall heights, and the height of the wind deflector 315 is always higher than the wall height of the partition 312. Further, the air inlet a is disposed between the second opening 3121 and the wind guard 315, and the liquid of the water storage area flows into the drain area along the top of the partition 312 in an overflowing manner. By the arrangement mode, when external air is not introduced, accumulated water in the water storage area is always formed on the wall side (the second opening 3121 side) at a low height in the form of a water curtain, the input air can be ensured to be right opposite to the wind shield 315 and be blocked by the wind shield 315, the input air is directly and fully contacted with the water curtain opposite to the wind shield 315, and the liquid seal air inlet A and the air passing channel are realized. Thus, the water curtain is formed only on the side of the second opening 3121 to uniformly and intensively perform the formation of the water film, the refresh rate thereof is faster and the reaction efficiency is significant. And when letting in external gas along air inlet A, ponding of cistern is blown to keeping away from air inlet A one side under the promotion of atmospheric pressure, at this moment, removes the liquid seal in second opening 3121 side for gas can follow the gas passage and get into in the water storage area. In a preferred embodiment, the partition 312 is configured as an annular partition wall to enclose the impoundment area in the water storage box 311, and such that a drain area is formed between an outer circumferential edge of the annular partition wall and an inner circumferential edge of the water storage box 311 in a gutter manner. Therefore, the arrangement mode can form effective water storage in the middle of the water storage box 311, and provide the water curtain to form the maximum area, and the water curtain is continuously formed around the outer wall of the annular partition wall. It should be noted that, the formation of the water curtain structure is realized under the action of high and low potential energy by accumulated water, that is, water flows down from top to bottom under the action of gravity to form a water film on the outer side surface of the isolation portion 312, and when the flowing air contacts with the water film of the wet curtain, the movable water flow can absorb water-soluble gas in the air and take away the water-soluble gas to flow down to the downstream to achieve the purpose of cleaning the air. In addition, the running water refers to accumulated water with a flowing water storage mode, and the running water can be selected to continuously form a water curtain so as to achieve a mode that the odor is dissolved in the water, the contact area is sufficient, and the adsorption effect is better. Furthermore, the flowing water is continuously generated due to the water inlet 314 arranged in the water storage area and the water outlet 313 arranged in the water discharge area, so that the continuous water supply and water discharge can be realized.
In addition, the water inlet 314 opens at the bottom of the impoundment area and the water outlet 313 opens at the bottom of the drainage area. So that the water storage area continuously enters water along the bottom until the accumulated water gradually submerges the height of the isolation part 312, and continuous water storage and supply are facilitated. In particular, the water inlet 314 is substantially larger than the water outlet 313.
In one embodiment, the height of the partition 312 is shorter than the height of the outer periphery of the water storage cartridge 311 as a whole. Referring to fig. 5-7, in one embodiment, the filter element assembly 32 has a filter element body 321, and a bottom water absorbing structure and a top filtering structure disposed on the filter element body 321. The filter element body is detachably arranged on the water storage device, and the water absorption structure is at least partially immersed in the water storage area after the filter element body is installed in place.
The water absorption structure is detachably sleeved outside the filter element body, and the body is a shell structure allowing external air to enter the top along the bottom of the body. Specifically, the water absorption structure is a water absorption cotton cloth 322 vertically arranged outside the body in a curtain manner. The filter structure is configured as a filter cassette 323 with a carrying handle 3231 that can be stowed. One end of the water absorption cotton cloth 322 is immersed in the water storage area and is constructed into an annular ring which is sleeved at the bottom of the body in a clearance way. In addition, the filter box 323 at least contains pure diatom and/or activated carbon, and the side of the filter box 323 is provided with an air outlet B for connecting to the outside. It should be noted that the external air enters the inside through the bottom of the filter element assembly 32 (the gap between the absorbent cotton cloth 322 and the filter element body 321), enters the filter box 323 through the air holes/grooves formed in the filter element body 321, and is discharged out of the air outlet B after the filtering process.
Moreover, the filter is assembled on the water storage box 1 by inserting through the bottom of the filter element body 321, and the installation, placement, replacement and maintenance of the filter on the water storage device are more convenient in a handheld operating manner. Further, it is noted that the absorbent cotton cloth 322 of the filter element assembly 32 is at least partially immersed in the running water so that it can absorb water, form a curtain to capture the odor in the air in a large area, and the odor is filtered again by diatom purification and activated carbon to become clean air to be discharged to the room outside the toilet, thereby allowing effective internal circulation of the air. Particularly, the filter element body 321 is in a T-shaped plate shape, the head part of the filter element body is provided with a hollow air hole/groove and a filter box 323 communicated with the air hole/groove, and the tail part of the filter element body is externally sleeved with a water absorption cotton cloth 322 so as to be easy to replace.
In addition, the deodorizing device further comprises an air suction duct communicated with the toilet chamber 11. The air suction duct is composed of a fan housing 4, the inlet side of the fan housing 4 is communicated with the toilet cavity 11, the outlet side of the fan housing 4 is provided with a centrifugal fan 41, and the centrifugal fan 41 can suck off odor in the toilet cavity 11 and directly convey the odor to the filtering mechanism 3 and is communicated with the air inlet A. The air suction duct is formed by the fan housing 4 independently, so that when the centrifugal fan 41 sucks off odor, the odor can be effectively transmitted along the inside of the fan housing 4 and cannot leak, and the odor in the toilet chamber 11 can be fully sucked off and filtered.
In particular, the wind deflector 315 is arranged opposite the centrifugal fan 81, with the wind deflector 315 arranged behind itThe partition 312 on one side is spaced from the bottom of the box. The wall of the partition 312 of the side is lowered in height by the form of the second opening 3121. With reference to fig. 10 and 11, the present embodiment provides a method for purifying air, which is applied to the intelligent toilet described above, and includes the following steps:
s10: the odor in the toilet chamber 11 is input into the filtering mechanism 3 through the air suction duct, and the odor is treated by the filtering mechanism 3 and then the clean air is discharged out of the toilet.
S20: the external water supply provides the running water to the water passing assembly 31, and part of the running water can form a water curtain contacted with the odor in an overflowing manner, and the filter element assembly 32 is at least partially immersed in the running water, so that the odor can be filtered in various manners.
S30: the overflowed running water is guided and discharged into a water tank of the closestool for recycling.
Specifically, the odor inside the toilet chamber 11 is uniformly and intensively delivered to the filtering mechanism 3 through the air intake duct, and the gas which is easily dissolved in water in the odor, such as ammonia gas, is effectively absorbed in the water by the accumulated water of the water passing assembly 31 and the direct contact manner of forming the water curtain, so as to achieve the purpose of deodorization. In addition, the filter element assembly 32 further effectively absorbs and filters the odor in the air, so that the odor is treated in various manners, and the cleaned air is discharged to the outside of the toilet, thereby achieving efficient air circulation. In addition, the running water is supplied to the inner reservoir via an external water supply, and is accumulated in the peripheral drainage groove after overflowing along the blocking wall 312, and is guided to be recovered into the toilet tank 12 for reuse.
The foaming device is further described below.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, in one embodiment, the foam generator 5 includes a liquid inlet mixing chamber 51, a foam storage tank 52, a liquid pump 53, an air pump 54, and a liquid outlet pipe 55. Wherein, the external water supply is provided to the liquid inlet mixing chamber 51, the liquid inlet mixing chamber 51 is connected with the foam storage tank through the liquid pump 53, the liquid outlet side of the mixing chamber is externally connected with a liquid outlet pipe 55, the air pump 54 is arranged at one side of the liquid outlet pipe 55 so as to pump the mixed liquid formed by mixing the water flow and the foam liquid in the mixing chamber out of the liquid outlet pipe 55, and the outlet of the liquid outlet pipe 55 is arranged opposite to the sewage outlet 111. In the above-mentioned embodiment, in order to avoid the foul smell to continue to spread in toilet cavity 11 via drain 111 to supply the mixed liquid that has the foam and seal drain 111 with the liquid, play the effective isolation to the foul smell on the one hand, on the other hand, can avoid like the lavatory when the splash of water and influence like the lavatory experience, greatly improved like the lavatory environment.
The flushing device 6 is described further below.
Referring to fig. 14 to 17, in one embodiment, the flushing device 6 includes a main cleaning water path and a medicine cleaning water path. Each water path is controlled by the control device 2, one water path is selected for hip washing or female washing, and the drug washing operation can be selectively added when the female washing is carried out. Wherein, the medicine washing device is connected with the medicine washing water path.
Specifically, the main washing water path includes a direction-changing valve 622 and an automatic switching valve 61 connected by a pipeline, a liquid inlet side of the direction-changing valve 622 is used for connecting to a water supply port of the main water path, and a liquid outlet side of the automatic switching valve 61 is configured to be connected to different liquid outlets, which at least contain a separately provided medicine washing port and a cleaning port. The drug washing water path includes a mixing chamber 63, a drug solution inlet (connected to an external drug solution tank 64), and a drug solution pump 65, wherein the mixing chamber 63 is disposed between the reversing valve 622 and the drug solution inlet, and the drug solution is pumped into the mixing chamber 63 by the drug solution pump 65. The liquid inlet side of the mixing chamber 63 is connected to the liquid inlet of the chemical solution and the switching valve 622, and the liquid outlet side of the mixing chamber 63 is externally connected to a pipe between the automatic switching valve 61 and the switching valve 622. In the above embodiment, the clean water path may be matched with the main cleaning water path and the chemical washing water path to mix the chemical solution and water in the mixing chamber and supply the mixture to the chemical washing chamber.
In the above embodiment, in the hip washing water path and the woman washing water path, whether the drug washing operation is added during the woman washing cleaning is selected in an operable mode, so that the flexibility is stronger, and the washing function is effectively improved. Particularly, the clean water for local cleaning of users is supplied from the unified external water supply and is respectively delivered to each cleaning waterway for the users to select and use. In the drug washing waterway, the drug solution is pumped in and water flow is input to the liquid inlet side of the mixing chamber 63, so that the drug solution is mixed in proportion in the mixing chamber 63 to obtain the required drug solution, and the drug solution is sent to the woman washing waterway along the liquid outlet side of the mixing chamber 63.
Obviously, the water paths are connected and matched with each other, so that the situation that the water paths are polluted by liquid medicine is inevitable. In addition, the accumulated water (liquid medicine or cleaning liquid) remaining in the pipeline causes a very poor experience for the reuse of the user. In order to avoid the above problem, the present embodiment implements the waterway self-cleaning by the mixing chamber 63. Specifically, after each time of drug washing and when the drug is used again, the drug is input into the mixing chamber 63 along the reversing valve 622 by external water supply, and accumulated water is conveyed to the reversing valve 622 through the liquid outlet side of the mixing chamber 63 and is discharged to the outside, so that the problems of residual drug liquid, cold accumulated water and the like are solved, and cross contamination and the like of all water paths are avoided.
Further, the automatic switching valve 61 and the direction changing valve 622 are controlled by the control device 2, and the direction changing valve 622 is operable to feed water along the water feed line 62 or along the mixing chamber 63. And the reversing guide way of the external water supply is a reversing pipeline 7 controlled by the control device 2, and the reversing pipeline 7 can be connected with at least the inlet side of the water inlet pipeline 62. In particular, the other water outlet side of the reversing pipeline 7 is connected to the mixing chamber of the foaming device and the water storage box 311 of the deodorizing device. Wherein, the common connection of the water outlet side to the inlet liquid mixing chamber 51 and the water storage box 311 is realized through a through pipe 8, and the through pipe 8 is in a mode of different pipe diameters, so that the water flow supplied to the water storage box 311 is always smaller than the water flow supplied to the inlet liquid mixing chamber 51.
More specifically, at least one three-way valve 623 is disposed near the outlet side of the water inlet line 62, and both ends of the three-way valve 623 are disposed in the water inlet line 62, respectively, and the other end thereof is externally connected to the power pump 66. Is controlled by the control device 2 through the power pump 66 to realize different water outlet strengths of the hip washing water path and the woman washing water path and meet various requirements of local cleaning of users. It should be noted that the hip washing water path and the woman washing water path are respectively provided with a separate water outlet. Wherein, each water outlet is arranged on the same spray rod 15. The water outlet of the hip washing waterway is 15A, and the water outlet of the woman washing waterway is 15B.
With reference to fig. 18, the present embodiment further provides a waterway self-cleaning method for an intelligent toilet, which is applied to the intelligent toilet and includes the following steps:
s100: and receiving a cleaning instruction sent by a user.
S200: when the washing command is a drug washing command, the control changeover valve 622 is connected to the mixing chamber 63 and simultaneously switches the automatic switching valve 61 to the cleaning port.
S300: the water is controlled to flow into the mixing chamber 63 from the direction switching valve 622 and to be discharged through the cleaning port of the automatic switching valve 61 after the mixing chamber 63 is cleaned.
S400: after a predetermined time, the automatic switching valve 61 is switched to the drug wash port.
S500: the control is performed such that water flows into the mixing chamber 63 from the selector valve 622 and the liquid chemical pump 65 pumps the liquid chemical at the liquid chemical inlet into the mixing chamber 63, so that the water and the liquid chemical are mixed in the mixing chamber 63, and the mixed liquid is ejected through the chemical flushing port of the automatic selector valve 61.
Wherein, step S300 further includes:
s301: and judging whether an information instruction triggered by replacing the liquid medicine is received.
S302: after the information instruction is obtained, the liquid medicine pump 65 is driven to operate for a preset time, and the original liquid medicine left in the liquid medicine pipeline is discharged into the mixing chamber 63.
Specifically, the washing instructions further comprise hip washing instructions and gynecological washing instructions; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
when the washing command is the hip-washing command, the control changeover valve 622 is connected to the line and simultaneously switches the automatic switching valve 61 to the hip-washing opening. Wherein, the first valve port of the automatic switching valve 61 is connected with the hip washing port, the second valve port thereof is connected with the woman washing port, and the third valve port thereof is connected with the washing port. Wherein, the medicine washing opening and the woman washing opening are the same liquid outlet.
It should be further noted that the self-cleaning operation is performed by connecting the third port of the direction valve 622 to the cleaning port (water outlet 15C), and the water outlet 15C is disposed toward the side away from the user (downward). The water outlet 15C is arranged on the spray rod 15 and is positioned at a different side from the water outlet 15A/15B of the hip washing opening or the woman washing opening.
Thus, the specific implementation of this self-cleaning is as follows: after the drug washing operation, no matter hip washing or woman washing operation is carried out during reuse, external water supply is driven to enter the mixing chamber 63 from the reversing valve 622 by the control device 2, and then liquid in the mixing chamber 63 is emptied to the outside along a pipeline, so that the phenomena of residual liquid medicine and cold water accumulation are greatly reduced, and convenience is brought to the next washing operation. And, judging that liquid medicine tank 64 has changed different liquid medicines (specifically can be through what triggers when changing liquid medicine tank 64), before the liquid of evacuation mixing chamber 63, controlling means 2 drive liquid medicine pump 65 operation in order to discharge the former liquid medicine in the liquid medicine pipeline to mixing chamber 63, avoid the circumstances such as use with mixing between the different liquid medicines, reach cleaner drug washing effect. And the ordered and normal work among all water paths is ensured, and the user experience is improved.
With reference to fig. 19, the present embodiment further provides a control method of an intelligent toilet, which is applied to the multifunctional intelligent toilet, and includes the following steps:
s1: when a sensor of the seat ring detects that a user sits down and judges that the sitting time exceeds the preset time, the foaming device is controlled to start so that the foam generator discharges mixed liquid and seals a sewage outlet;
s2: meanwhile, driving the deodorizing device to perform gas purification operation, judging whether the deodorizing device is used for the first time on the day, and if so, controlling the water inlet time of the deodorizing device to be t; if not, controlling the water inlet time T of the deodorization device, wherein T is less than T;
s3: after the foam generator works for a period of time, controlling to close the foaming device;
s4: after toilet use is finished, a cleaning instruction of a user is received, the flushing device is further controlled to select a water path for hip washing or woman washing, and whether a medicinal washing operation is added or not is selected according to the user requirement during woman washing;
s5: when the sensor detects that the user leaves, the water tank is controlled to carry out flushing operation, the foaming device is immediately controlled to start, and the starting time is ensured to be less than the foaming time of the previous stage;
s6: controlling the deodorization device to be closed in a delayed mode.
Specifically, in order to avoid the phenomena such as false touch to the sensor, the subsequent control may be performed on the condition that the sitting time exceeds the preset time. Greatly improves the flexibility of the closestool and prevents the false opening. And then, the liquid seal of the foam shield and the deodorization operation of the filtering mechanism 3 are simultaneously carried out, so that the leakage of odor can be effectively reduced, and the aim of high-efficiency deodorization is fulfilled. After the toilet is finished, the flushing device 6 selects one for hip washing or woman washing and selectively adds the drug washing operation. Until the sensor detects that the user leaves the seat ring, flushing operation is carried out to discharge dirt along the sewage outlet 111, and the foaming device is immediately controlled to supply foam shield, wherein the foam supply time (3-5 s) is shorter than the foam supply time (5-10 s) in the process of using the toilet, so that the foam thickness of the liquid seal on the sewage outlet 111 after the toilet is used is smaller, the foam is saved, and the required liquid seal effect is achieved. Thereafter, the deodorization device is turned off with a delay to sufficiently perform the subsequent air purification. Wherein the delay time is 10s-30 s.
In addition, in step S2, the control device 2 needs to further determine whether the current use is the first use of the intelligent toilet on the current day. When the toilet is used for the first time, the water storage box 311 of the deodorization device needs the water inlet 314 to provide longer water supply time t (30s-60s) to ensure that the water storage and water change can be carried out in the overflow area of the water storage box 311 for a longer time when the toilet is not used for a long time or is used for the first time, so that the deodorization efficiency is improved. And when the deodorization device is used next time, efficient deodorization can be realized only in the water supply time T (20s-30s) so as to greatly realize the operation efficiency of the device.

the deodorizing device also comprises a water storage box and a filter element component, wherein the filter element component is detachably clamped and configured in the water storage box; wherein the overflow area is formed in the water storage box.

The multifunctional intelligent closestool of claim 1, wherein the fixing seat is constructed into a cover body structure with an installation space inside, the control area is positioned in the installation space, and the corresponding side of the closestool main body is provided with a concave space which is matched with the cover body structure in a covering mode to form the water tank area.

The multifunctional intelligent closestool of claim 4, wherein the water storage box is provided with running water, accumulated water in the water storage box can be used for replacing liquid in an overflowing manner, and the output liquid is guided into a closestool water tank or a closestool cavity.

The multifunctional intelligent closestool of claim 4, wherein the insertion part is arranged in a box shape which is penetrated up and down, the water storage box is arranged at the bottom of the insertion part, and the filter element assembly enters along the top of the insertion part in a detachable mode so as to be inserted into the water storage box and combined to form a deodorization space communicated with the external air suction duct.

The multifunctional intelligent closestool of claim 1, wherein the foaming device is provided with a foam generator, the foam generator can mix water flow and foam liquid to form mixed liquid, and the mixed liquid is discharged into a sewage outlet of the closestool cavity for liquid sealing through the liquid outlet pipe.

The multifunctional intelligent closestool of claim 1, wherein the flushing device comprises a main cleaning waterway and a drug washing waterway; each water path is controlled by the control device, a water path is selected for hip washing or female washing, and medicinal washing operation can be selectively added during cleaning of the female washing; wherein, the medicine washing device is connected with the medicine washing water path.
9. The control method of the intelligent closestool is applied to the multifunctional intelligent closestool of any one of claims 1 to 8, and comprises the following steps:
s1: when a sensor of the seat ring detects that a user sits down and judges that the sitting time exceeds the preset time, the foaming device is controlled to start so that the foam generator discharges mixed liquid and seals a sewage outlet;
s2: meanwhile, driving the deodorizing device to perform gas purification operation, judging whether the deodorizing device is used for the first time on the day, and if so, controlling the water inlet time of the deodorizing device to be t; if not, controlling the water inlet time T of the deodorization device, wherein T is less than T;
s3: after the foam generator works for a period of time, controlling to close the foaming device;
