Claims (8)
1. An efficient scrap collecting apparatus with scraping edges, comprising:
the device comprises a frame (1) and supports (2), wherein the two parts of the frame (1) are provided with the three supports (2);
the upper cover (3) is arranged on both sides of the upper part of the frame (1);
the collecting box (4) is arranged on both sides of the bottom in the frame (1);
the fixing mechanism (5) is connected between the two upper covers (3) and the frame (1);
the cutting mechanism (6) is arranged on the fixing mechanism (5);
the collecting mechanism (7) is arranged on the collecting box (4).
2. The apparatus for collecting scraps of high efficiency according to claim 1, wherein said holding means (5) comprises:
the main supporting frame (51) is connected between the two upper covers (3) and the frame (1);
the middle part of the main support frame (51) is connected with a connecting shaft (52), and the connecting shaft (52) is connected with the two upper covers (3);
the connecting frame (53) is rotationally and symmetrically arranged on the connecting shaft (52);
the fixing plates (54) are rotationally and symmetrically arranged on the two connecting frames (53);
the upper side and the lower side between the two connecting frames (53) are both connected with the reset spring (55).
3. An efficient scraping edge waste collection apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that the cutting mechanism (6) comprises:
the connecting square columns (61) are arranged on the two connecting frames (53);
the two connecting square columns (61) are symmetrically provided with scrapers (62);
the friction plate (63) is arranged at the upper part between the scraper (62) and the connecting square column (61) at the same side;
the connecting thin rods (65), and the lower part of the scraper (62) is provided with two connecting thin rods (65);
the baffle (64) is connected between the two connecting thin rods (65), and the baffle (64) is connected with the scraper (62) on the same side.
4. An efficient scraping edge waste collection apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that the collection mechanism (7) comprises:
a suction port (71), wherein the upper part of the collecting box (4) is provided with the suction port (71);
the connecting rods (75), the suction port (71) is provided with four connecting rods (75) in a sliding way;
the movable plates (72) are connected among the four connecting rods (75), and the movable plates (72) are connected with the suction ports (71) in a sliding manner;
the four extension springs (74) are connected between the movable plate (72) and the suction port (71), and the number of the extension springs (74) is four, and the extension springs (74) are wound on the connecting rod (75);
the upright post (73) is arranged at the upper part of the movable plate (72), and the upright post (73) is matched with the baffle plate (64).
5. The high-efficiency scraping edge waste collecting device of claim 4, further comprising a rotating mechanism (8), wherein the rotating mechanism (8) comprises:
the motor (81) is arranged on the connecting frame (53);
a fixed shaft (82), and the connecting frame (53) is rotatably provided with the fixed shaft (82);
the friction wheel (83), the fixed shaft (82) is provided with the friction wheel (83);
a belt pulley assembly (84), and the belt pulley assembly (84) is wound between the output shaft of the motor (81) and the fixed shaft (82).
6. The efficient scraping edge waste collection device of claim 5, further comprising a limiting mechanism (9), wherein the limiting mechanism (9) comprises:
two positioning rods (92) are arranged at the bottom in the frame (1);
the sliding rails (91) are connected between the tops of the two positioning rods (92) and the inner bottom of the frame (1);
the positioning fork (93) is arranged on the connecting shaft (52);
a fixed limiting frame (94), and a fixed limiting frame (94) is arranged on the positioning fork (93);
the rotating arc-shaped plate (95) is rotatably arranged on the lower side of the fixed limiting frame (94), and the rotating arc-shaped plate (95) is matched with the fixed limiting frame (94);
torsion springs (96) are connected between the two sides of the rotating arc-shaped plate (95) and the fixed limiting frame (94), and the torsion springs (96) are wound on the fixed limiting frame (94).
7. The high-efficiency scraping edge waste collecting device of claim 6, further comprising a reset mechanism (10), wherein the reset mechanism (10) comprises:
a positioning angle plate (104), wherein the positioning angle plate (104) is arranged at the upper part of the positioning fork (93);
the lower inserting plate (103) is arranged on the positioning angle plate (104) in a sliding mode, and the lower inserting plate (103) is matched with the two connecting frames (53);
the positioning fork (93) is rotatably provided with a rotating plate (101), and the rotating plate (101) is rotatably connected with the lower inserting plate (103);
the pushing rod frame (102) is arranged on the rotating plate (101) in a rotating mode, the pushing rod frame (102) is arranged on the rotating plate in a rotating mode, and the pushing rod frame (102) is matched with the rotating arc-shaped plate (95).
8. The high-efficiency scrap collecting apparatus for scraping according to claim 7, further comprising a spraying mechanism (11), wherein the spraying mechanism (11) comprises:
the liquid receiving box (1101) is arranged on two sides of the bottom in the frame (1);
the fixing rod frames (1102), two parts in the frame (1) are symmetrically provided with the fixing rod frames (1102);
a liquid guide pipe (1103) is connected between the liquid bearing box (1101) and the fixing rod frame (1102) on the same side, and the liquid guide pipe (1103) is connected with the connecting frame (53) on the same side;
the nozzle (1104) is arranged on the liquid guide pipe (1103).
