the cutting mechanism (6) is arranged on the fixing mechanism (5);
the collecting mechanism (7) is arranged on the collecting box (4);
the fixing mechanism (5) includes:
the main supporting frame (51) is connected between the two upper covers (3) and the frame (1);
the middle part of the main support frame (51) is connected with a connecting shaft (52), and the connecting shaft (52) is connected with the two upper covers (3);
the connecting frames (53) are rotationally and symmetrically arranged on the connecting shaft (52);
the fixing plates (54) are rotationally and symmetrically arranged on the two connecting frames (53);
the upper side and the lower side between the two connecting frames (53) are both connected with the return spring (55);
the cutting mechanism (6) comprises:
the connecting square columns (61) are arranged on the two connecting frames (53);
the two connecting square columns (61) are symmetrically provided with scrapers (62);
the friction plate (63) is arranged at the upper part between the scraper (62) and the connecting square column (61) at the same side;

the movable plates (72) are connected among the four connecting rods (75), and the movable plates (72) are connected with the suction ports (71) in a sliding manner;
the four extension springs (74) are connected between the movable plate (72) and the suction port (71), and the number of the extension springs (74) is four, and the extension springs (74) are wound on the connecting rod (75);
the upright post (73) is arranged at the upper part of the movable plate (72), and the upright post (73) is matched with the baffle plate (64).
2. An efficient scraping edge waste-collecting device according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising a rotating mechanism (8), wherein the rotating mechanism (8) comprises:
the motor (81) is arranged on the connecting frame (53);
a fixed shaft (82), and the connecting frame (53) is rotatably provided with the fixed shaft (82);
the friction wheel (83), the fixed shaft (82) is provided with the friction wheel (83);
the belt pulley assembly (84) is wound between the output shaft of the motor (81) and the fixed shaft (82).

the positioning fork (93) is arranged on the connecting shaft (52);
a fixed limiting frame (94), and a fixed limiting frame (94) is arranged on the positioning fork (93);

the pushing rod frame (102) is arranged on the rotating plate (101) in a rotating mode, the pushing rod frame (102) is arranged on the rotating plate in a rotating mode, and the pushing rod frame (102) is matched with the rotating arc-shaped plate (95).
