Abstract
The sliding type cosmetic case for improving sealability of the present invention comprises: a box cover part with front and lower surfaces opened in regular hexahedron shape, and two inner surfaces with guide grooves for sliding opening and closing; a box body formed of a box body frame in which a guide rail part, which is clamped into the guide rail at the guide groove, is attached to both side surfaces and inserted into the box cover part; and a rubber member of a rubber material or an elastomer material disposed below an upper surface of the case main body frame and having a space filled with cosmetics, the guide groove being formed with a predetermined downward slope from a rear end of the case cover portion toward a front, the guide rail being formed with the same slope as the guide groove and including an anti-slip unit located behind the guide rail portion to prevent the case main body from slipping off the case cover portion. The guide groove and the guide rail form a slope of a prescribed angle, the upper surface of the rubber member is tightly attached to the box cover portion when the box cover portion is closed, the sealing performance is high, the weight can be reduced, the cost and time required for production can be saved, the durability is high, and the cosmetic box can be used for a long time.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a slide type cosmetic case for minimizing the exposure of cosmetics contained in the case, and more particularly, to a slide type cosmetic case for improving sealability, comprising: a box cover part with front and lower surfaces opened in regular hexahedron shape, and two inner surfaces with guide grooves for sliding opening and closing; a box body formed of a box body frame in which a guide rail part, which is clamped into the guide rail at the guide groove, is attached to both side surfaces and inserted into the box cover part; and a rubber member of a rubber material or an elastomer material disposed below an upper surface of the case main body frame, having a space filled with cosmetics, the guide groove being formed with a prescribed downward slope from a rear end of the case cover portion toward the front, the guide rail being formed with the same slope as the guide groove, and including an anti-slip unit located behind the guide rail portion to prevent the case main body from slipping off the case cover portion.
Background
Since cosmetics are very diverse in kind, most cosmetic users are not aware of the purchase date or shelf life of their cosmetics, that is, the time period until they can use them. As for cosmetics having a shelf life, escherichia coli is propagated, and there are increasing cases where dermatitis or skin allergy is caused by clogging of pores or accumulation of body wastes by chemical components and oil components of cosmetics.
The shelf life of cosmetics varies depending on the composition of the cosmetics, and generally, the reason why cosmetics have shelf lives is that they are contaminated by microorganisms when exposed to air (cosmetics mainly containing trehalose, glycine trimethylamine inner salt, lecithin, cellulose, and the like), and raw material decomposition (cosmetics mainly including an anti-wrinkle function, a whitening function, and a sunscreen cream) occurs when exposed to direct light or heat.
Meanwhile, a cosmetic case is an article which is aimed at easy finishing such as cleaning and beauty and which has improved stability and durability, and technical development is actively conducted. As a general cosmetic case, a case having a structure in which a lid and a body are screwed to open and close, a case having a hinge structure to open and close, and a case having a slide structure to open and close are used. Recently, a screw structure box is inconvenient to use and less used, and a box which is easy to open and close a button is manufactured for a hinge structure and a slide type structure.
As one method of extending the shelf life of cosmetics, there has been a need to develop a cosmetic case having high sealing performance, and a case having a slide type structure has a higher effect in terms of sealing performance than a case having a hinge structure, but a case having a simple slide type structure is easy to slide, and when a structure for preventing cosmetics from being exposed or easily sliding is added, a complicated structure is added, thereby causing a problem of increasing the production cost of the case.
Korean patent laid-open No. 10-0683529 (2007.02.15.) as a prior art of cosmetic cases formed of a slide type structure provides a cosmetic case including: a rear shell formed by the front surface of the cosmetic box being depressed to form a storage space; and a front case disposed to face the front surface of the rear case, the front case being slidably coupled to the rear case to open and close a storage space, and korean patent No. 10-1081480 (2011.11.08) provides a cosmetic case of a slide opening and closing type, including: a first storage rack 10a and a second storage rack 10b which are formed to be separated from each other at both sides with a center separation rack 11 as a center; a first cover 20a and a second cover 20b which are opened and closed by sliding and rotating back and forth in order to cover the upper portions of the first and second storage racks; a mirror 21 is formed by coupling bottom surfaces of the first cover 20a and the second cover 20b, guide grooves 12 and 12 'formed in front and rear directions on both sides of the first housing rack 10a and the second housing rack 10b are inserted into guide protrusions 22 and 22' formed on both sides of the first cover 20a and the second cover 20b to guide the front and rear sliding, a rotation part 30 for rotating the guide protrusions 22 and 22 'is formed at a distal end portion of the guide grooves 12 and 12', and the first cover 20a and the second cover 20b slide in front and rear directions and rotate to open and close the first housing rack 10a and the second housing rack 10b, respectively.
The prior art still has problems in that the cosmetic case of the conventional sliding type structure is easily opened and has a complicated structure, and thus has disadvantages in that it is inconvenient to use and durability and production costs are increased.
On the other hand, in order to solve the above problems, the prior invention application (No. 10-2019 0126074) of the present applicant is composed of a case main body, a container for containing cosmetics or filling cosmetics, a case cover portion for wrapping the upper surface, left and right side surfaces and the back surface of the case main body, the case main body and the case cover portion being opened and closed by sliding at an angle having a predetermined inclination, the cosmetics or the contained cosmetics being easily exposed when opened, and the upper surface of the case main body being in close contact with the upper surface of the case cover portion when closed, thereby preventing the cosmetics from being exposed and preventing the oxidation and contamination of the cosmetics.

Disclosure of the invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems of the conventional and conventional cases of the sliding type structure in which the sealing property is high, such as the problem of easy opening and the problem of the complicated structure that causes the durability to be lowered and the production cost to be high, and provides a sliding type cosmetic case for improving the sealing property, which is manufactured by adding a guide rail portion and an anti-slip means to the applicant's prior invention to simplify the structure and by forming the material of the entire structure from a non-metallic material to reduce the production cost.
In order to solve the above problems and achieve the object, a slide type cosmetic case for improving sealability according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a case main body 200 for containing cosmetics and a case cover 100 for covering the case main body 200 from above, the case main body 200 and the case cover 100 are slid at an angle having a predetermined inclination to be opened, and when closed, an upper surface of the case main body 200 is closely attached to the case cover 100 to prevent the cosmetics from being exposed to the outside, thereby preventing oxidation and contamination of the cosmetics.
The cosmetic case includes: a box cover part 100 having a regular hexahedron shape with open front and lower surfaces, and having guide grooves 110 in the inner surfaces of both side surfaces, and being opened and closed by sliding; a box body 200 formed of a box body frame 210 in which a rail portion 220, which is clamped into a rail 222 in the guide groove 110, is attached to both side surfaces and inserted into the box cover portion 100; and a rubber 300 of a rubber material or an elastomer material disposed under an upper surface of the case main body frame 210, having a space filled with cosmetics, the guide groove 110 being formed with a predetermined downward slope from a rear end of the case cover part 100 toward a front, the guide rail 222 being formed with the same slope as the guide groove 110, and including an anti-slip unit 230 located behind the guide rail part 220 to prevent the case main body 200 from slipping off the case cover part 100, the case main body 200, the rubber 300, the guide rail part 220, and the anti-slip unit 230 being formed of a non-metallic material.
The box cover part 100 has an end guide groove 110 opened at the front thereof formed with a guide groove protrusion 120 which is caught to an anti-slip guide 232 of an anti-slip unit 230 when the box cover part 100 is opened, preventing the box body 200 from slipping off the box cover part 100, and has a hemispherical groove, i.e., an adhesive groove 130, to which the adhesive part 224 of the guide part 220 is adhered when the box body 200 is closed.
The cartridge body frame 210 has guide rail part installation grooves 212 formed with a predetermined width so that the guide rail parts 220 are installed on both side surfaces thereof, and a plurality of guide rail part bonding grooves 216 are formed on upper and lower portions of the guide rail part installation grooves 212, so that the bonding protrusions 226 of the guide rail parts 220 are engaged with each other by being inserted into the guide rail part installation grooves 212, and the anti-slip means installation grooves 214 are formed at end regions of both side surfaces of the cartridge body frame 210 with a predetermined depth, and the anti-slip means 230 is installed.
The guide part 220 has a plurality of guide part grooves 228 on a surface contacting the cassette cover part 100, the ends of the guide part grooves 228 located at the other end of the open surface of the cassette cover part 100 are formed in an open shape, and the anti-slip protrusions 234 formed in a right-angled triangle shape are inserted into the ends of the anti-slip units 230 to couple the guide part 220 and the anti-slip units 230.
The cartridge body 200 can be divided into an upper cartridge 240 and a lower cartridge 250, the lower cartridge 250 forms an outer surface, and the upper cartridge 240 can be attached to and detached from the upper surface of the lower cartridge 250.
The upper cartridge 240 has upper cartridge guide rails 242 formed with a slope of a prescribed angle at both sides and a hemispherical upper cartridge adhesive groove 244 at the end region.
The present invention provides a slide type cosmetic case for improving sealability, wherein the upper case 240 has a clipping space 246 at the other end where an upper case adhesive groove 244 is formed, for clipping and combining an anti-slip unit 230.
As described above, the slide type cosmetic case for improving sealability of the present invention has the following effects.
(1) In the present invention, the guide groove and the guide rail form a slope of a predetermined angle, and when the case cover portion is closed, the upper surface of the rubber member for containing the cosmetic is in close contact with the case cover portion, so that the sealing property is high.
(2) The invention uses non-metal material to make each structure by injection molding, and is made by simple assembly, thereby reducing the weight and the cost and time required by production.
(3) The invention is composed of simple structure, has high durability, can be attached and detached with a rubber piece and a lower box, and can be used for a long time.

The title of the present invention is "slide type cosmetic case for improving sealability", and specific contents are described so as to be easily understood by those of ordinary skill, and additional description that can be fully analogized is omitted. The embodiments and the drawings are described as necessary. Terms defined in the present specification and claims are not to be interpreted restrictively, and should be interpreted in a meaning and concept conforming to the technical idea of the present invention, depending on the intention of the user, the convention, and the like.

The present invention comprises a box body 200 for containing cosmetics and a box cover 100 for covering the box body 200 from above, wherein the box body 200 and the box cover 100 are opened by sliding at a predetermined inclination angle, and when closed, the upper surface of the box body 200 is closely contacted with the box cover 100 to prevent the cosmetics from being exposed, thereby preventing the cosmetics from being oxidized and polluted.
The cosmetic case includes:
a box cover part 100 having a regular hexahedron shape with open front and lower surfaces, and having guide grooves 110 in the inner surfaces of both side surfaces, and being opened and closed by sliding;
a box body 200 formed of a box body frame 210 in which a rail portion 220, which is clamped into a rail 222 in the guide groove 110, is attached to both side surfaces and inserted into the box cover portion 100; and
a rubber member 300 of a rubber material or an elastomer material, disposed below an upper surface of the cartridge body frame 210, having a space filled with cosmetics,
the guide groove 110 is formed with a predetermined downward slope from the rear end of the cartridge cover part 100 toward the front, the guide rail 222 is formed with the same slope as the guide groove 110, and includes an anti-slip unit 230 located at the rear of the guide rail part 220, preventing the cartridge body 200 from slipping off the cartridge cover part 100,
the cassette cover part 100, the cassette main body 200, the rubber member 300, the guide rail part 220, and the slip prevention unit 230 are formed of a non-metallic material.
The present invention can be broadly divided into a case main body 200 in which a guide part 220 and an anti-slip unit 230 are coupled to both side surfaces and a rubber member 300 for containing cosmetics is placed on the upper surface, and a case cover part 100 for covering the upper part of the case main body 200, and the opening and closing is performed by slidably moving the case cover part 100. The guide 222 of the guide portion 220 and the guide groove 110 of the cartridge cover portion 100 form an inclination of the same angle, and according to the inclination, the cartridge cover portion 100 is in close contact with the cartridge body 200 when closed, and the cartridge cover portion 100 is moved upward and opened when opened.
On the other hand, the anti-slip rail 232 connecting the anti-slip unit 230 disposed behind the rail portion 220 has the same slope in a shape in contact with the rail 222 of the rail portion 220. Further, referring to the plan view of the box main body of fig. 4, it can be confirmed that the slip-off prevention rail 232 is attached to the box main body 200 in a shape protruding more toward the predetermined width side than the rail, and is locked to the guide groove protrusion 120 of the box cover portion 100 by the protruding shape, thereby preventing the box cover portion 100 from being completely separated from the box main body 200.
The case cover 100, the case body 200, the guide rail 220, and the slip prevention unit 230 of the present invention are formed of a synthetic resin of a non-metallic material, and are mass-produced by injection molding during production, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced during the manufacturing of the cosmetic case.
When the rubber member 300 is placed on the upper surface of the box main body frame 210, the upper end of the rubber member 300 is in a predetermined shape protruding from the upper surface of the box main body frame 210, and when the box cover portion 100 and the box main body 200 are closed, the upper end of the rubber member 300 is in close contact with the bottom surface of the upper surface of the box cover portion 100, thereby providing sealing performance.
The box cover part 100 has a guide groove protrusion 120 formed in the end guide groove 100 opened in the front, and is caught to the slip-off preventing guide 232 of the slip-off preventing unit 230 when the box cover part 100 is opened, to prevent the box body 200 from slipping off from the box cover part 100, and has a hemispherical groove, i.e., an adhesive groove 130, and the adhesive member 224 of the guide part 220 is adhered when the box body 200 is closed.
The adhesive groove 130 is formed in a hemispherical shape above the guide groove 110 of the open area of the box cover part 100, and the adhesive part 224 of the rail part 220 is formed in a hemispherical protrusion in such a manner as to be seated on the adhesive groove 130, so that the box cover part 100 is not easily opened when the box cover part 100 and the box main body 200 are closed.
Rail portion mounting grooves 212 having a predetermined width are formed on both side surfaces of the cartridge body frame 210 so as to mount the rail portions 220, a plurality of rail portion bonding grooves 216 are formed on upper and lower portions of the rail portion mounting grooves 212, bonding protrusions 226 of the rail portions 220 are inserted and bonded, and anti-slip means mounting grooves 214 are formed at end regions of both side surfaces of the cartridge body frame 210 at a predetermined depth with respect to the rail portion mounting grooves 212 so as to mount anti-slip means 230.
The guide part 220 has a plurality of guide part grooves 228 on a surface contacting the cassette cover part 100, the ends of the guide part grooves 228 located at the other end of the open surface of the cassette cover part 100 are formed in an open shape, and the anti-slip protrusions 234 formed in a right-angled triangle shape are inserted into the ends of the anti-slip units 230 to couple the guide part 220 and the anti-slip units 230.
In other words, the anti-slip means 230 is provided in close contact with the anti-slip means installation groove 214 of the cartridge main body frame 210, the anti-slip projection 234 on the opposite side to the close contact is in close contact with the rail portion groove 228 of the rail portion 220, the end of the anti-slip projection 234 is formed in a right triangle shape, and the rail portion groove 228 has an additional projection shape, not shown in the drawings, which is locked to the right triangle shape, thereby firmly connecting the anti-slip means 230 and the rail portion 220.
Fig. 6 is an exploded view of a cosmetic case formed of an upper case and a lower case according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, fig. 7 is an exemplary view of the cosmetic case formed of the upper case and the lower case according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 8 is a plan view, a side perspective view, and a partial view of the lower case according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the cosmetic case to which the upper case and the lower case are applied will be described below with reference to fig. 6 to 8.
The cartridge body 200 may be divided into an upper cartridge 240 and a lower cartridge 250, the lower cartridge 250 forming an outer face, and the upper cartridge 240 may be attached to and detached from an upper face of the lower cartridge 250.
The case body 200 may be formed in a structure separated by the upper case 240 and the lower case 250, and at this time, when the cosmetic is used up, it is only necessary to simply replace the upper case 240, thereby continuously using the cosmetic case.
The upper cartridge 240 has upper cartridge guide rails 242 formed with a slope of a prescribed angle at both sides and a hemispherical upper cartridge adhesive groove 244 at the end region.
The upper case 240 has a sandwiching space 246 at the other end where the upper case adhesion groove 244 is formed, and sandwiches the non-slip means 230 for coupling, which is a general matter, and thus a description thereof will be omitted.
Either the rail part 220 or the non-use rail part 220 is applied to both side surfaces of the upper case 240, and when not applied, the upper case rail 242, the adhesive member 224, and the rail part groove 228 are formed on both side surfaces of the adhesive protrusion 226, and a sandwiching space 246 forming a space where the slip-off preventing means 230 can be attached is provided, and the sandwiching space 246 has an additional protrusion shape (not shown) for locking the slip-off preventing protrusion 234.
The upper cassette guide 242 of the upper cassette 240 is formed with a slope, and whether or not the guide part 220 is applied may be selected without dividing the upper cassette 240 and the lower cassette 250.
With respect to an additional aspect of the present invention,
the slip prevention unit 230 fixes a plurality of diagonal frames (not shown) on a surface of the cartridge body frame 210 contacting the slip prevention unit installation groove 214, and the slip prevention unit 230 presses the cartridge cover part 100 by a predetermined elastic force of the frames, so that the cartridge cover part 100 may not be easily opened. The frame is fixed in a straight line shape along a diagonal direction or formed in an integrated type, and may be replaced with a plurality of springs.
As described above, in the sliding type cosmetic case for improving sealability according to the present invention, the guide groove and the guide rail form a slope of a predetermined angle, and when the case cover portion is closed, the upper surface of the rubber member for containing cosmetics is in close contact with the case cover portion, thereby providing high sealability.
As described above, although the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments and the drawings, the present invention is not limited thereto, and various modifications and variations can be made to the technology to which the present invention pertains within the scope of the technical idea of the invention and the claims.
Claims (7)
1. A slide type cosmetic case for improving sealing performance, which is a cosmetic case opened and closed by sliding, characterized in that,
the cosmetic case includes:
a case main body containing cosmetics;
a box cover portion wrapping the box main body from above,
the box body and the box cover part slide at a predetermined inclination angle to open, and when the box body and the box cover part are closed, the upper surface of the box body is tightly attached to the box cover part to prevent the cosmetics from being exposed, thereby preventing the cosmetics from being oxidized and polluted.
2. The sliding type cosmetic case for improving sealability as claimed in claim 1,
the cosmetic case includes:
a box cover part with front and lower surfaces opened in regular hexahedron shape, and two inner surfaces with guide grooves for sliding opening and closing;
a box body formed of a box body frame in which a guide rail part, which is clamped into the guide rail at the guide groove, is attached to both side surfaces and inserted into the box cover part; and
a rubber member of a rubber material or an elastomer material disposed below an upper surface of the case main body frame, having a space filled with cosmetics,
the guide groove is formed with a prescribed downward slope from the rear end of the box cover portion toward the front, the guide rail is formed with the same slope as the guide groove, and includes an anti-slip unit which is located at the rear of the guide rail portion and prevents the box main body from slipping off the box cover portion,
the box cover part, the box main body, the rubber part, the guide rail part and the anti-slip unit are made of nonmetal materials.
3. The sliding type cosmetic case for improving sealability as claimed in claim 2,
the box cover portion has a guide groove protrusion formed in a terminal guide groove opened in a front surface, and is locked to an anti-slip guide rail of the anti-slip unit when the box cover portion is opened, preventing the box body from slipping off from the box cover portion, and has a hemispherical groove, i.e., an adhesive groove, in which an adhesive member of the guide rail portion is adhered when the box body is closed.
4. The sliding type cosmetic case for improving sealability as claimed in claim 2,
the cassette body frame is provided with a plurality of guide rail part mounting grooves with a predetermined width, wherein the guide rail part mounting grooves are formed at the upper part and the lower part of the guide rail part mounting grooves, so that the bonding protrusions of the guide rail parts are clamped and combined, and the anti-slip unit mounting grooves are arranged at the end areas of the two side surfaces of the cassette body frame with a predetermined depth relative to the guide rail part mounting grooves, so as to mount the anti-slip units.

The slide-type cosmetic case for improving sealability as claimed in claim 2, wherein the rail part has a plurality of rail part grooves on a surface thereof contacting the case cover part, ends of the rail part grooves at the other end of the open surface of the case cover part are formed in an open form, and slip-preventing protrusions formed in a right-angled triangle shape are inserted into ends of the slip-preventing unit to couple the rail part and the slip-preventing unit.
6. The sliding type cosmetic case for improving sealability as claimed in claim 2, wherein the case body can be divided into an upper case and a lower case, the lower case forming an outer face, the upper case being attachable to and detachable from an upper face of the lower case.
7. The slide-type cosmetic case for improving sealability of claim 6, wherein the upper case has upper case guide rails formed with a slope of a predetermined angle at both side surfaces, an upper case adhesive groove having a hemispherical shape at an end region, and a sandwiching space for sandwiching and coupling the slip prevention unit at the other end where the upper case adhesive groove is formed.
