Abstract
The present invention provides a cosmetic case which minimizes the time for exposing cosmetics to the outside while preventing contamination of cosmetics and is opened and closed by a slide type, and more particularly, to a slide type cosmetic case for improving sealability, comprising: a case main body containing cosmetics or a container for filling with cosmetics; and a box cover part for covering the upper, left and right sides and the back of the box main body, wherein the box main body and the box cover part slide at a predetermined inclined angle to open and close, when the box main body is opened, the cosmetics or a container for containing the cosmetics are exposed, and when the box main body is closed, the upper surface of the box main body is tightly attached to the upper surface of the box cover part, thereby preventing the cosmetics from being exposed, and preventing the cosmetics from being oxidized and polluted. The guide rail and the guide groove which form the inclination of the cosmetic box of the invention are opened and closed in a sliding way, thereby improving the sealing performance, preventing the cosmetic box from being opened easily through the anti-slip device, and having simple and convenient structure, thereby saving the time and the cost for manufacturing.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cosmetic case which minimizes the time for exposing cosmetics to the outside while preventing contamination of cosmetics and is opened and closed by a sliding type, and more particularly, to a sliding type cosmetic case for improving sealability, comprising: a case main body containing cosmetics or a container for filling with cosmetics; and a box cover part for covering the upper, left and right sides and the back of the box main body, wherein the box main body and the box cover part slide at a predetermined inclined angle to open and close, when the box main body is opened, the cosmetics or a container for containing the cosmetics are exposed, and when the box main body is closed, the upper surface of the box main body is tightly attached to the upper surface of the box cover part, thereby preventing the cosmetics from being exposed, and preventing the cosmetics from being oxidized and polluted.
Background
Recently, research has shown that the amount of korean cosmetics used is increasing due to the increase in cosmetic demand, the active introduction of new products, the purchase of cosmetics by foreign tourists, and the increase in overseas export, and particularly, the demand for functional cosmetics is rapidly increasing by about 4 times over 10 years. The general cosmetics and functional cosmetics as described above are sold to most people at high prices, but it is true that users do not actually pay attention to the shelf life of the cosmetics used.
The shelf life of cosmetics is variously determined according to the composition of the cosmetics. Generally, the reason why a cosmetic has a shelf life is that when exposed to the air, it is contaminated with microorganisms (cosmetics mainly containing trehalose, glycine trimethylamine salt, lecithin, cellulose, and the like), and when exposed to direct light or heat, it is completely decomposed (cosmetics mainly including wrinkle functionality, whitening functionality, sunscreen cream, and the like).
Therefore, the exposure of cosmetics in the air and the exposure of cosmetics in direct light or heat are minimized to prevent the contamination of cosmetics, and the specific gravity of research and development of a cosmetic case for extending the life of use is increased together. As a prior art of a cosmetic case adapted to slide with high sealability, korean registered patent No. 10-0913551 (2009.08.24.) includes: a lower case having a storage section for storing cosmetics; an upper case disposed above the lower case and configured to open and close the housing; and a slide driving part slidably connecting the upper casing to the lower casing, wherein the upper casing has an outer casing part and an inner casing part, the slide driving part provides a slide type cosmetic case disposed in a space between the outer casing part and the inner casing part, korean laid-open patent No. 10-2010-0006684 (2010.01.21) provides a slide opening and closing type cosmetic case, a cover having a mirror coupled to a bottom surface thereof is coupled to an upper part of a body for accommodating cosmetics, guide protrusions at both sides of the cover are inserted into guide grooves formed at both sides of the body before and after insertion so as to be slidably guided forward and backward, a rotation part for rotatably operating the guide protrusions is formed at a distal end part of the guide groove, and the opening and closing operation is performed by rotating the cover forward and backward.
In the case of the related art, although the sealing performance is improved by the sliding type, the production time and cost are increased due to the complicated structure, which is a conventional problem, and the cosmetic is easily opened by the sliding without intention of the user, thereby causing the problem that the cosmetic is exposed to the air and the direct light.

Technical problem to be solved by the invention
The present invention has been made in an effort to provide a slide-type cosmetic case for improving sealing performance, which minimizes the problems occurring in the conventional and prior art cosmetic cases as described above, has a high sealing performance, is opened and closed by sliding, is less exposed to direct light and air, is prevented from being easily slid, has a simplified structure, saves manufacturing time and cost, and has a higher sealing performance.
Means for solving the problems
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the object, a slide type cosmetic case with improved sealability according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a case main body 20 for containing cosmetics or a container for filling with cosmetics; and a case cover part 10 covering the upper, left and right sides and the back of the case body 20, wherein the case body 20 and the case cover part 10 slide at a predetermined inclined angle to open and close, a container for cosmetics or cosmetics is exposed when the case body 20 is opened, and the upper surface of the case body 20 is closely attached to the upper surface of the case cover part 10 when the case body is closed, thereby preventing the cosmetics from being exposed to the outside and preventing the cosmetics from being oxidized and contaminated.
The box cover portion 10 includes: a cover frame 14, which is opened at the front and is formed on a planeA shape having guide grooves 16 with a predetermined angle of inclination on opposite inner surfaces; an upper cover 12 fixedly attached to an upper end surface of the cover frame 14 or integrally connected thereto, wherein the cassette main body 20 includes: a box main body frame 21 having a rectangular parallelepiped shape and including a rubber fitting portion 23 to which a rubber 25 filled with a cosmetic is fitted below an upper surface thereof; and guide rails 27 inserted into the guide grooves 16 at both side surfaces of the cassette main body frame 21 to slide the cassette main body frame 21 along the guide grooves 16, wherein slip-off preventing grooves 29 are formed at both side surfaces of the cassette main body frame 21 in a back direction, and the slide rails comprise: the anti-slip part 30 is inserted into and coupled to the anti-slip groove 29, is composed of a spring shaft 36, a spring 34 and an anti-slip device 32, is inserted into the guide groove 16 to slide, and the spring 34 applies a predetermined pressure to the anti-slip device 32 in the direction of the guide groove 16.
The guide groove 16 is inclined at a predetermined angle so as to be higher from the front side of opening, the guide rail 27 and the slip prevention device 32 are also formed in the same inclined direction as the guide groove 16, the upper portion of the box body frame 21 is closely contacted with the lower surface of the upper cover 12 to have sealing property when the box cover portion 10 and the box body 20 are closed, and a predetermined space is formed between the upper portion of the box body frame 21 and the lower surface of the upper cover 12 when the box cover portion 10 and the box body 20 are opened.
The guide groove 16 has a guide groove protrusion 18 having a predetermined protrusion shape formed upward or downward at the opened end region of the cover frame 14, the slip-off preventing means 32 of the slip-off preventing means 30 is formed in a shape to be caught by the guide groove protrusion 18, and the slip-off preventing means 32 is caught by the guide groove protrusion 18 when the cosmetic case is opened, thereby preventing the case main body 20 from being separated from the case cover portion 10.

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
As described above, the slide type cosmetic case of the present invention having improved sealability has the following effects.
(1) The present invention has the following effects that the guide groove which performs the inclined sliding forms the inclination with the guide rail, when the box is closed, the upper surface of the rubber part which is filled with the rubber material of the cosmetic is tightly attached with the lower surface of the upper cover, thereby improving the sealing performance.
(2) The invention has the following effects that the anti-slip device applies a specified pressure to the guide groove through the spring, thereby preventing the situation that the cosmetic box is easy to open, and the anti-slip device is hung with the protrusion part of the guide groove to prevent slipping.
(3) The invention has the following effect that the structure of the cosmetic box is simple, thereby saving the time and the cost for manufacturing.

As described above, in the sliding type cosmetic case for improving sealability according to the present invention, the guide groove for inducing sliding is formed to have an inclination with the guide rail, and when the case is closed, the upper surface of the rubber member filled with a rubber material of cosmetics is closely attached to the lower surface of the upper cover to improve sealability, and the anti-slip means is applied with a predetermined pressure to the guide groove by the spring, thereby preventing the cosmetic case from being easily opened and from being caught by the protrusion of the guide groove to prevent slipping, and the structure of the cosmetic case is simple and convenient, thereby saving time and cost for manufacturing.
As described above, although the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments and the drawings, the present invention is not limited thereto, and various modifications and variations can be made to the technology to which the present invention pertains within the scope of the technical idea of the invention and the claims.
Claims (6)
1. A sliding type cosmetic case for improving sealing performance relates to a cosmetic case which is opened and closed by sliding,
the cosmetic case includes:
a case main body containing cosmetics or a container for filling with cosmetics;
a box cover part which wraps the upper surface, the left side surface, the right side surface and the back surface of the box main body,
the box body and the box cover part slide at a specified inclined angle to open and close, when the box body and the box cover part are opened, cosmetics or a container for containing the cosmetics are exposed, and when the box body and the box cover part are closed, the upper surface of the box body is tightly attached to the upper surface of the box cover part, so that the cosmetics are prevented from being exposed, and therefore, the cosmetics are prevented from being oxidized and polluted.
2. The sliding type cosmetic case for improving sealability as claimed in claim 1,
the box cover portion includes: cover frame, forming front opening on planeA shape having guide grooves with a predetermined inclination on opposite inner surfaces; an upper cover fixedly attached to an upper end surface of the cover frame or integrally connected,
the box main body includes: a box main body frame which is cuboid and is provided with a rubber piece mounting part for mounting a rubber piece filled with cosmetics below the upper surface; guide rails inserted into the guide grooves at both side surfaces of the box main body frame to slide the box main body frame along the guide grooves,
constitute the antiskid in box main body frame back direction both sides face and take off the recess to, include: and an anti-slip part inserted into the anti-slip groove, comprising a spring shaft, a spring and an anti-slip device, inserted into the guide groove to slide, and the spring applies a predetermined pressure to the anti-slip device toward the guide groove.

the guide groove has an inclination of a predetermined angle so as to be higher than that of the guide groove in the front of opening, the guide rail and the slip prevention device are formed in the same inclination direction as the guide groove, the upper portion of the box body frame is in close contact with the lower portion of the upper cover to provide sealing when the box cover portion and the box body are closed, and a predetermined space is formed between the upper portion of the box body frame and the lower portion of the upper cover when the box cover portion and the box body are opened.
4. The sliding type cosmetic case for improving sealability as claimed in claim 2,
the guide groove has a guide groove protrusion portion having a predetermined protrusion shape formed upward or downward at an opened end region of the cover frame, and the anti-slip device of the anti-slip portion is formed in a shape to be caught by the guide groove protrusion portion, and is caught by the guide groove protrusion portion when the cosmetic case is opened, thereby preventing the case main body from being separated from the case cover portion.
5. The sliding type cosmetic case for improving sealability as claimed in claim 2,
the rubber member is used for filling cosmetics or placing a container for containing cosmetics, and has a shape protruding from the upper surface of the box main body frame, and when the cosmetic box is closed, the cosmetics are sealed.
6. The sliding type cosmetic case for improving sealability as claimed in claim 2,
the box cover part is provided with a box cover body, the box cover body is provided with a box cover, the box cover body is provided with a positioning bead, and the box cover body is provided with a positioning bead fixing groove.
