7) Pour out light purple pigment, the sanitization spray gun, dark purple pigment, the adjustment shower nozzle, shower nozzle spun colour is the linear type, the spraying position: spraying irregular lines on the upper part of the chest to form a red blood vessel shape;

The frosted sand is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of diluent, 10 parts of Xiangyu hand feeling oil and 0.7 part of frosting powder;
carrying out secondary baking at the temperature of 80 ℃ for 5 minutes;
after secondary baking, spraying a layer of surface handfeel oil on the surface of the silica gel underwear, wherein the surface handfeel oil is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of dimethylbenzene and 10 parts of solid and extended handfeel oil;
baking for three times at 80 deg.C for 5 min to bake the surface layer feeling oil to the surface layer of the silica gel underwear.
Example 4
The preparation method of the integrated silica gel underwear skin simulation mechanism with legs and without arms and the texture thereof comprises the following steps:
(1) Cleaning and drying foreign matters on the surface of the silica gel underwear;
(2) Preparing pigments with various colors, wherein the formula of each pigment is as follows:
the light purple pigment is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65 parts of diluent, 20 parts of hand feeling oil, 0.1 part of red cream and 0.01 part of blue cream;
the dark purple pigment consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65 parts of diluent, 20 parts of handfeel oil, 0.1 part of red cream and 0.05 part of blue cream;
the dark brown pigment is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of diluent, 5 parts of handfeel oil, 0.02 part of brown cream and 0.02 part of red cream;
the light brown pigment consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of diluent, 5 parts of hand feeling oil, 0.01 part of brown paste and 0.01 part of red paste;
the blue pigment consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65 parts of diluent, 20 parts of handfeel oil, 0.1 part of green cream and 0.1 part of blue cream.
The surface texture is manufactured by spraying the modulated colors to the parts of the surface layer of the silica gel underwear to be sprayed in sequence by using a spray gun, and the surface texture is used for simulating spots, blood vessels and other textures on the surface layer of a human body; the parts needing color spraying and the spraying steps are as follows:

4) Pour out the light brown pigment, the sanitization spray gun, pour in the dark brown pigment, the spraying position: nipple, areola, false vagina and anus. Spraying for 4-5 times to make the nipple and areola show severe dark brown;

8) Pouring out the dark purple pigment, pouring in the blue pigment, and spraying the part: the upper part of the chest, the surface of the thigh and the leg bend are sprayed into irregular lines which are in a blue blood vessel shape and simulate the vein of a human body;
(3) Baking the silica gel underwear prefabricated in the step (2) for the first time, putting the silica gel underwear into an oven at 80 ℃, baking for 5 minutes, and baking the surface texture to the surface layer of the silica gel underwear;

Example 5
The preparation method of the skin-imitated mechanism and the surface texture of the epidermis of the robot skin comprises the following steps:
(1) Cleaning and drying foreign matters on the surface of the silica gel underwear, mixing red plush with liquid silica gel, and forming the liquid silica gel in a mold to be uniformly distributed in a skin surface structure to form subcutaneous capillaries, thereby improving the authenticity of skin impression;
(2) Preparing pigments with various colors, namely light purple pigment, dark brown pigment, light brown pigment and blue pigment according to the same formula as in example 1;
the black pigment comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of diluent, 10 parts of hand feeling oil, 0.04 part of brown paste, 0.04 part of red paste and 0.1 part of black paste.
The light green pigment is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75 parts of diluent, 25 parts of handfeel oil and 0.1 part of green cream.
The method for manufacturing the surface texture of the robot is characterized in that a spray gun is used for spraying modulated colors to parts of the surface layer of the skin of the robot, which need to be sprayed, in order to simulate the textures of spots, blood vessels and the like on the surface layer of a human body; the parts needing to be sprayed with colors and the spraying steps are as follows:
1) Adjusting a spray gun nozzle, pouring the dark purple pigment, and adjusting the nozzle to enable the sprayed color to be in large color spots; spraying parts: the robot skin comprises a chest part, a clavicle part, a neck part, two rib parts, a shank part, a thigh part, a knee, a back, an arm, an armpit, a hip part, an instep, an ankle and a heel; beating spots on the sprayed part by hands in the spraying process to allow the color to permeate into the skin of the robot, wherein a deep purple point is arranged above the chest; light purple spots are arranged on both sides of the chest; the clavicle is dark purple spot; the neck is light purple spot; dark purple spots are formed at the two ribs; dark purple spots are formed on the lower legs; dark purple spots are formed on the thighs; dark purple spots in the knee; the back is dark purple spots; the deep purple spots are formed on the arms, and the armpits are sprayed twice to form heavy deep purple spots; dark purple spots of buttocks; the instep is a light purple spot; spraying twice at ankle to form dark purple spots; spraying the heel twice to form dark purple spots;
2) Pouring out the dark purple pigment, cleaning a spray gun, pouring the dark brown pigment, and adjusting a spray head to enable the sprayed color to be large color spots; spraying parts: the robot skin comprises a chest part, a clavicle part, a neck part, two rib parts, a shank part, a thigh part, a knee, a back, an arm, an armpit, a hip part, an instep, an ankle and a heel; and beating spots on the sprayed part by hands in the spraying process to allow the color to permeate into the skin of the robot. Wherein dark brown spots are above the chest; the two sides of the chest are light brown spots; the clavicle is dark brown spot; the neck is light brown spot; dark brown spots are arranged at the two ribs; the position of the shank is a dark brown spot; dark brown spots are formed on the thigh; the knee is a dark brown spot; the back is dark brown spot; the deep brown spots are formed on the arms, and the armpits are sprayed twice to form heavy and deep brown spots; dark brown spots in the buttocks; the instep is a light brown spot; spraying twice at ankle to obtain dark brown spots; spraying the heel twice to form dark brown spots;
3) Pouring out the dark brown pigment, cleaning the spray gun, pouring in the light brown pigment, and adjusting the spray gun head to enable the sprayed color to be small color spots; the spraying position is the whole body of the robot skin;
4) Pouring out the light brown pigment, cleaning a spray gun, pouring the light purple pigment, and spraying the part: sweeping the elbows (elbows), knees, wrists and ankles by using a spray gun to make the elbows, knees, wrists, finger joints, palms and ankles be purple red;
5) Pouring out the light purple pigment, cleaning a spray gun, pouring the light green pigment, and spraying the part: cleaning the finger gap by using a spray gun to make the finger gap appear light green;
6) Pouring out the light purple pigment, cleaning a spray gun, pouring the dark brown pigment, and spraying the position: nipple, areola. Spraying for 4-5 times to make the nipple and areola appear heavy dark brown;
7) Pouring out the dark brown pigment, cleaning a spray gun, pouring the dark purple pigment, and spraying the part: nipple, navel. Spraying for 4-5 times to make the nipple appear dark purple;
8) The adjustment shower nozzle, shower nozzle spun colour is the linear type, and the spraying position: spraying irregular lines on the upper part of the chest, wherein the lines are in a red blood vessel shape;
9) Pouring out the dark purple pigment, pouring in the blue pigment, and spraying the part: chest top, abdomen, thigh, back of hand, instep, leg curl, arm curl. Spraying into irregular lines, forming blue blood vessels, and simulating human vein blood vessels;
10 Using an iron wire with the diameter of 1mm to dip black pigment, and spotting black nevi on the chest, abdomen and back of the skin of the robot;
11 Using an iron wire with the diameter of 0.5mm to dip deep purple pigment, and spotting nevi on the chest, abdomen and back of the skin of the robot;
(3) After finishing manufacturing the surface texture of the robot skin, primarily baking the robot skin, putting the robot skin into an oven at 80 ℃, baking for 5 minutes, and baking the surface texture to the surface of the robot skin;
after the baking, the surface layer of the skin of the robot is sprayed with the frosting, the sprayed frosting is used for simulating the granular feeling of the skin surface of a human body, and meanwhile, the light reflection effect of the skin surface of the robot can be reduced. The frosted sand consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of diluent, 10 parts of Xiangyu hand feeling oil and 0.7 part of frosting powder;
carrying out secondary baking at the temperature of 80 ℃ for 5 minutes;

baking for three times at 80 deg.C for 5 min to bake the surface hand feeling oil to the surface of the robot skin.
Example 6
This example is substantially the same as example 5 except that: the black pigment comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of diluent, 5 parts of handle oil, 0.01 part of brown paste, 0.01 part of red paste and 0.05 part of black paste.
The light green pigment is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65 parts of diluent, 20 parts of handfeel oil and 0.05 part of green cream.
Example 7
This example is substantially the same as example 5 except that: the black pigment comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 parts of diluent, 8 parts of handle oil, 0.02 part of brown paste, 0.02 part of red paste and 0.08 part of black paste.
The light green pigment is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of diluent, 23 parts of hand feeling oil and 0.07 part of green cream.

Claims (8)
1. A silica gel simulation skin mechanism and a manufacturing method of texture thereof are characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) Cleaning the silica gel underwear;
(2) Preparing pigments with various colors, and sequentially spraying the pigments on the appointed positions of the silica gel underwear to simulate spots and blood vessels on the surface layer of a human body so as to complete the prefabrication of the surface layer textures;
(3) Sequentially carrying out primary baking, spraying frosting, secondary baking, spraying surface handfeel oil and tertiary baking on the silica gel underwear prefabricated in the step (2);
in the step (2), the specific spraying method of the pigments with various colors is as follows:
1) Spraying the deep purple pigment at a specified position, wherein the diameter of a sprayed color spot is 2.5 mm-3 mm, beating the color spot on the sprayed part in the spraying process, and allowing the color to permeate into the silica gel underwear to present the required deep purple spot or light purple spot;
2) Spraying the dark brown pigment at a specified position, wherein the diameter of a sprayed color spot is 2.5 mm-3 mm, beating the color spot on the sprayed part in the spraying process, and allowing the color to permeate into the silica gel underwear to present the required dark brown spot or light brown spot;
3) Spraying the light brown pigment on the whole body of the silica gel underwear, wherein the diameter of the sprayed color spot is 0.5-1 mm;
4) Spraying the dark brown pigment on one or more positions of a nipple, a mammary areola, an anus and a false vagina for 4 to 5 times to make the sprayed part appear heavy dark brown;
5) Spraying the dark purple pigment on a nipple and a navel for 4 to 5 times to ensure that the sprayed part is dark purple;
6) The dark purple pigment is sprayed out in a linear type, is sprayed on the upper part of the chest and is sprayed into an irregular line which is in a red blood vessel shape;
7) The blue pigment is sprayed on a designated position and is sprayed into an irregular line which is in a blue blood vessel shape and simulates a human body vein;
in the step 1), the spraying part of the deep purple pigment comprises: one or more of the chest, clavicle, neck, two rib parts, calf, thigh, knee, back, arm, underarm, hip, instep, ankle and heel of the silica gel underwear are sprayed twice to form dark purple spots, and the rest parts are dark purple spots;
in the step 2), the dark brown pigment spraying part comprises: one or more of the chest, clavicle, neck, two rib parts, calf, thigh, knee, back, arm, underarm, hip, instep, ankle and heel of the silica gel underwear are sprayed on the two sides of the chest, the neck and the instep to form light brown spots, the knee, the underarm, the ankle and the heel to form heavy dark brown spots, and the rest parts to form dark brown spots;
in step 7), the blue pigment spraying part comprises: one or more of the upper part of the chest, the abdomen, the thighs, the back of the hand, the instep, the leg bends and the arm bends.

The method for making the silica gel simulation skin mechanism and the texture thereof according to claim 1, characterized in that: and 3) spraying the light purple pigment on one or more parts of elbows, knees, wrists, finger joints, palms and ankles for 3 to 4 times after the step 3), so that the parts are purple red.

the dark purple pigment consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-75 parts of diluent, 20-25 parts of handfeel oil, 0.1-0.3 part of red paste and 0.05-0.1 part of blue paste;
the dark brown pigment consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 30 parts of diluent, 5 to 10 parts of handfeel oil, 0.02 to 0.04 part of brown paste and 0.02 to 0.04 part of red paste;
the light brown pigment consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 30 parts of diluent, 5 to 10 parts of handfeel oil, 0.01 to 0.02 part of brown paste and 0.01 to 0.02 part of red paste;
the blue pigment consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-75 parts of diluent, 20-25 parts of handfeel oil, 0.1-0.2 part of green paste and 0.1-0.3 part of blue paste.

The method for making the silica gel simulation skin mechanism and the texture thereof according to claim 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the black pigment comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 30 parts of diluent, 5 to 10 parts of handfeel oil, 0.01 to 0.04 part of brown paste, 0.01 to 0.04 part of red paste and 0.05 to 0.1 part of black paste; the light green pigment is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-75 parts of diluent, 20-25 parts of handfeel oil and 0.05-0.1 part of green paste.
7. The method for making the silica gel simulation skin mechanism and the texture thereof according to claim 1, characterized in that: and (2) mixing red plush with the silica gel in the step (1), wherein the red plush forms subcutaneous capillaries.
8. An application method of the silica gel simulation skin prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 7, which is characterized in that: the silica gel simulation skin is applied to silica gel underwear or a simulation robot.
