Claims (1)
- 焦炉煤气露点冷却工艺废水零排放的控制方法,是根据入炉煤水份和炼焦过程中产生的化合水份所对应的煤气露点温度,通过采用间接冷却法对焦炉煤气的冷却温度进行调节控制,从而不使工艺废水产生;具体做法是控制焦炉煤气的冷却温度使其高于煤气实际的露点温度2℃左右,从而使入炉煤水份和化合水份与使用终点的煤气中的饱和水蒸汽含量达到平衡,不产生多余含酚、氰污染物质的氨水,实现工艺废水零排放;实际操作时,根据循环氨水槽的液位变化自动或手动控制送入煤气冷却器的冷却水量,当循环氨水槽水位升高时,关小冷却水的控制阀门,当循环氨水槽水位降低时,开大冷却水的控制阀门,从而有效控制焦炉煤气露点温度,实现工艺废水零排放。
