Abstract
本发明公开了一种粗煤气净化方法及装置,涉及煤气化技术领域,能够分级冷却粗煤气,得到高品质油品及高品质净化煤气;净化工艺简单,设备投资较少。本发明公开的粗煤气净化方法包括步骤:1)利用重焦油作为急冷油直接喷淋冷却粗煤气,以洗涤所述粗煤气中的粉尘;2)利用轻质油喷淋所述粗煤气,以回收所述粗煤气中的重焦油和部分轻质油;3)采用水洗工艺再冷却所述粗煤气,以脱除残余的轻质油并去除所述粗煤气中的杂质气体,得到净化后的煤气。本发明公开的粗煤气净化方法及装置适用于煤气化后处理过程中。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及煤气化技术领域,尤其涉及一种粗煤气净化方法及装置。
背景技术
[0002] 原料煤经气化或者热解而获得清洁燃料或者其它初级化工产品在我国具有广阔 的应用前景。原料煤在气化或热解过程中产生的粗煤气中含有大量粉尘、水蒸汽以及焦油 等,同时还有H 2S和NH3等杂质气体产生。为了生产适于出售或满足下游工序的洁净煤气, 同时考虑回收粗煤气中焦油副产品,必须对粗煤气进行净化处理。
[0003] 目前,传统的净化工艺包括冷却、除尘、洗涤等主要工序内容。以传统焦炉煤气为 例,煤气净化除尘回收焦油的工艺是向高温粗煤气中直接喷洒循环氨水,将其直接冷却,然 后使煤气进入初冷器中,间接冷却至25°C左右。然后将冷凝下来的氨水和焦油送入机械化 氨水澄清槽,分离出氨水、焦油及焦油渣。除尘冷却后的粗煤气进一步冷却,以初步脱除萘, 并用氨水脱除硫。脱硫后的煤气中含有大量的氨,主要是因为在脱硫过程中用到了氨水,所 以下一步就要使用饱和器法去除氨,然后通过再次冷却以最终去除萘。终冷洗苯是煤气净 化出场的最后一道工序,主要是洗掉煤气中含有的苯,主要的工艺设备是终冷塔,通过冷凝 水冷凝,洗出苯,最终得到洁净煤气。简而言之,上述净化工艺流程为:粗煤气一初冷一捕焦 油一预冷一初脱萘一脱硫一饱和器法脱氨一终冷洗萘一脱苯一净煤气。
[0004] 该传统净化工艺直接喷淋循环氨水进行冷却,会产生大量含酚废水,造成二次污 染;另外,此净化流程复杂,设备投资大。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明的主要目的在于,提供一种粗煤气净化方法及装置,能够分级冷却粗煤气, 得到高品质油品及高品质净化煤气,同时减少废水产量;净化工艺简单,设备投资较少。
[0006] 为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
[0007] -方面,本发明提供了一种粗煤气净化方法,包括步骤:
[0008] 1)利用重焦油作为急冷油直接喷淋冷却粗煤气,以洗涤所述粗煤气中的粉尘;
[0009] 2)利用轻质油喷淋所述粗煤气,以回收所述粗煤气中的重焦油和部分轻质油; [0010] 3)采用水洗工艺再冷却所述粗煤气,以脱除残余的轻质油并去除所述粗煤气中的 杂质气体,得到净化后的煤气。
[0011] 进一步地,步骤2)还包括:收集所述重焦油和所述粉尘的混合物,将所述粉尘从 所述重焦油中脱除后,通过换热,回收所述重焦油中携带的热量,冷却后的重焦油返回至步 骤1)中作为急冷油。
[0012] 另外,步骤3)还包括:收集所述水洗工艺中的轻质油,并将所述轻质油返回至步 骤2)中喷淋所述粗煤气;和/或
[0013] 收集所述水洗工艺中的水液,并将所述水液循环至步骤3)中重新参与水洗工艺。

[0041] 本发明实施例提供的粗煤气净化方法及装置,先使用重焦油作为急冷油直接喷淋 冷却粗煤气,高粘度的重焦油与粗煤气混合,能够有效地洗涤粗煤气中的粉尘;然后使用 轻质油喷淋粗煤气,基于相似相容原理,能够有效回收粗煤气中的重焦油和部分轻质油,这 样,粉尘主要与高粘度的重焦油混合在一起,而轻质油中基本上不含有粉尘,从而能够得到 高品质的重焦油和轻质油;然后再采用水洗工艺再冷却粗煤气,使粗煤气中含有的少量残 余轻质油以及部分水蒸气被冷凝下来,形成油水混合物,同时吸收粗煤气中的H 2S和NH3等 杂质气体,且由于H2S和NH3分别呈碱性和酸性,二者将同时溶于水中并相互反应,从而得到 了净化后的煤气;本发明实施例中,通过分级冷却粗煤气,依次回收了粗煤气中的重焦油、 轻质油,并除去了 H2S和NH3等杂质气体,相比于现有技术直接用氨水喷淋冷却时得到的重 焦油、轻质油和粉尘的混合物,本发明在一定程度上提高了重焦油、轻质油、以及净化煤气 的品质,减少了废水产量,并且,相比于现有技术的净化方法,本发明实施例提供的净化方 法工艺简单、所需设备投资较少。

[0074] 具体地,上述步骤S01具体可以为:利用煤气在煤气化装置的出口对粗煤气进行 激冷,以降低粗煤气的温度,中止副反应,提高粗煤气中的焦油产量和品质;其中,所使用的 煤气可以为使用本发明的方法净化冷却后的煤气。

[0076] 具体地,除尘装置可以包括旋风分离器和高温过滤器。比如,可以初步通过旋风 分离器除去粒径大于10 U m的大颗粒粉尘,通常,该大颗粒粉尘占粗煤气粉尘质量分数的 80%以上;再通过高温过滤器除去剩余的极少量的大颗粒粉尘和大部分细小颗粒粉尘。高 温过滤器除尘效果较好,最终得到的粗煤气中含尘量极少,通常< 20mg/Nm3,提高了煤气品 质。旋风分离器制造简单,效果不及高温过滤器,设置在高温过滤器之前,能大大降低高温 过滤器的过滤负荷,二者组合使用,达到了最优的除尘效果。需要说明的是,该除尘系统中 可以设置n级旋风分离器,其中n > 1,一般建议二级旋风分离器是最优的设置。
[0077] 经过除尘的粗煤气温度稍有降低,但仍然具有较高的温度。为了降低后处理中重 焦油和冷却水的使用量,同时回收热量,可以通过废热回收装置进行热量回收,即可以进行 上述步骤S03。

[0079] 需要说明的是,本发明实施例中,上述步骤S02和S03的先后顺序是可以互换的, 即除尘装置和废热回收装置的先后顺序可以互换。一般来说,含粉尘量较大的粗煤气可以 先除尘再进行废热回收,这样有利于废热回收;而含粉尘量小的粗煤气可以先进行废热回 收再除尘,这样能够降低除尘系统的设计温度,同时有利于减少热量损失。

[0082] 本发明实施例提供的粗煤气净化方法,对粗煤气特别是煤化工行业的高温含油含 灰粗煤气进行分级冷却,即整个净化方法过程中,粗煤气的分级冷却可以为三级:第一级为 步骤S03中通过废热回收装置降低粗煤气温度并回收粗煤气中的高品位热量,第二级为步 骤S1和S2中通过重焦油急冷和利用轻质油喷淋以降低粗煤气的温度,第三级为步骤S3中 采用水洗工艺再冷却粗煤气,这样,实现了含灰和含油的高温热解粗煤气的冷却、净化,依 次得到了高品质的重焦油、轻质油以及高品质净化煤气,并且,各级冷却过程中回收了相应 的热量,能够副产大量蒸汽,尤其是步骤S03以及步骤S1和S2过程中,回收的热量能够产 生较高品位的蒸汽;并且在净化过程中脱除了粗煤气中的硫和氨,减轻了设备腐蚀。

[0109] 如图2所述,原料煤和原料气在气化炉70内发生煤气化反应,产生高温含油含灰 的粗煤气;粗煤气在气化炉70出口被净化冷却后的煤气激冷,温度降低,中止了副反应,提 高了粗煤气中焦油的产量和品质。由于气化炉70出口的粗煤气中夹带了大量固体颗粒,粉 尘含量较高,为了避免粉尘对激冷后后处理系统的影响,首先需要把粉尘除去。初步通过旋 风分离器51除去粒径大于10 y m的大颗粒粉尘,该大颗粒粉尘通常占粗煤气中粉尘的质 量分数>80%,再通过高温过滤器52除去剩余的极少量的大颗粒粉尘和大部分细小颗粒粉 尘。高温过滤器52除尘效果较好,最终得到的粗煤气中含尘量极少,通常彡20mg/Nm 3,提高 了煤气品质。旋风分离器51制造简单,效果不及高温过滤器52,设置在高温过滤器52之前, 能够大大降低高温过滤器52的过滤负荷,二者组合在一起,达到了最优的效果。具体地,可 以设置n级旋风分离器52 (n > 1),一般建议如图2所示二级旋风分离器52是最优的设置。
[0110] 经过除尘的粗煤气温度稍有降低,但仍然具有较高的温度。为了降低后处理冷却 水的使用量,同时回收热量。可通过废热回收装置60进行热量回收。如图2所示,废热回 收装置60可以包括废热锅炉,通过副产蒸汽回收粗煤气中的高品位热量。或者,废热回收 装置60也可以包括高温换热器(未示出),以降低粗煤气的温度,回收粗煤气中的高品位 热量。具体地,高温换热器的冷却介质可以使用气化炉的原料气,回收的热量用于加热原料 气,从而节省了煤气化系统的整体能耗。或者,高温换热器的冷却介质还可以使用空气,空 气被加热后送至原料煤系统,用于干燥原料煤,同样能够节约煤气化系统的整体能耗。
[0111] 其中,除尘装置50和废热回收装置60的先后顺序可以互换。一般来说,含粉尘量 较大的粗煤气先除尘再废热回收,有利于废热的回收;而含粉尘量较小的粗煤气可以先进 行废热回收再除尘,能够降低除尘装置的设计温度,同时有利于减少热量损失。
[0112] 经过除尘装置50和废热回收装置60后,粗煤气中含有微量的粉尘,温度也有近 400°C。为了进一步回收粗煤气的热量并洗涤除尘,粗煤气进入油急冷装置10。油急冷装置 10设置为文丘里油急冷器,并利用后系统回收的重焦油作为急冷油。在文丘里急冷器内,粗 煤气和急冷油直接接触快速混合,形成气液混合物,并进入油洗装置20。其中,在文丘里急 冷器内,粗煤气的温度急速降低至240°C左右。由于粗煤气中含有大量焦油,温度降低后,一 部分高沸点重焦油冷凝下来,和被洗涤下来的粉尘一起进入油洗装置20。
[0113] 需要说明的是,当原始粗煤气的温度不太高,比如低于650°C,且粉尘含量不是太 大比如< 5g/Nm3,优选< lg/Nm3时,可以直接将粗煤气通入油急冷装置10,而省略前面的煤 气激冷装置40、除尘装置50、废热回收装置60等。相对应的,经过油急冷装置10后粗煤气 温度可降低至350°C以下,根据粗煤气组成及压力,通过调节急冷油的用量,可控制经过油 急冷装置10后粗煤气的温度,优选在200〜300°C。
[0114] 油急冷装置10的气液混合物从油洗装置20中部进入油洗装置20。将后系统冷 凝的轻质油作为回流液,从油洗装置20的顶部喷淋,和从气液混合物中脱离并上升的粗煤 气相接触,高效的回收了粗煤气中的焦油。脱除了重焦油和部分轻质油的粗煤气从油洗装 置20的顶部排出,粗煤气温度可降至80〜130°C,通过调节油洗装置20的压力和顶部回流 液量可控制温度范围,优选在90〜110°C。油洗装置20顶部中部侧线会产出部分轻质油, 该轻质油中富含苯、萘等物质。重组分在油洗装置20的塔釜富集,为重焦油和粉尘混合物。 用旋液分离器21脱除重焦油中的粉尘后,重焦油继续经换热器22冷却回收热量。冷却后 的重焦油一部分作为急冷油返回至油急冷装置10 ;另一部分作为产品油利用。
[0115] 经过油洗装置20后,粗煤气中的粉尘已经洗涤干净,焦油含量也大大降低,重焦 油全部脱除殆尽,但还含有少量轻质油品蒸汽(以苯、萘为主)、水蒸汽、以及NH 3和H2S等 杂质气体,在再冷却分离装置30中进一步除去。再冷却分离装置30为填料塔,填料塔塔顶 循环喷淋油水分离罐31中的废水,将粗煤气继续冷却至常温,轻质油品和水蒸汽被冷凝下 来,形成油水混合物,同时吸收NH 3和H2S等杂质气体。由于NH3呈碱性,H2S呈酸性,两种物 质在填料塔中同时吸收,相互促进,一举两得;净化后的洁净煤气从填料塔顶部排出。
[0116] 油水混合物从填料塔塔釜排出,经过静置分层后,上层清液为轻质油品,一部分轻 质油品返回至油洗装置20,另一部分作为产品油利用;下层的水液作为废水排放,大部分 水液经换热器32冷却后返回至填料塔顶部,循环利用,降低废水排放量。

[0118] 采用与实施例1相同的工艺条件对相同的煤颗粒进行相同的煤气化反应,产生高 温含油含灰的粗煤气;采用本说明书背景技术中提到的传统净化工艺对该粗煤气进行净化 处理,具体为:向高温粗煤气中直接喷洒循环氨水,将其直接冷却,然后使煤气进入初冷器 中,间接冷却至25 °C左右。然后将冷凝下来的氨水和焦油送入机械化氨水澄清槽,分离出氨 水、焦油及焦油渣。除尘冷却后的粗煤气进一步冷却,以初步脱除萘,并用氨水脱除硫。脱 硫后的煤气中含有大量的氨,再使用饱和器法去除氨,然后通过再次冷却以最终去除萘,然 后在终冷塔中通过终冷洗苯洗掉煤气中含有的苯,最终得到洁净煤气。
[0119] 实验结果
[0120] 本发明实施例的最大优势在于对粗煤气中的热量进行了回收、且净化过程中产生 的废水量较少:本发明实施例热量回收过程中,能副产10〜12MPa高压蒸汽和3〜4MPa中 压蒸汽,回收了 60%的高品位热量,而现有技术的对比例中却没有回收任何热量;同时,对 比例采用氨水直接喷洒冷却粗煤气,冷却用的低压循环氨水量为7〜8吨/吨干基煤,废水 量为3. 5〜4吨/吨干基煤,而本发明实施例中,填料塔的冷却水量为1. 5〜2吨/吨干基 煤,废水量1. 1〜1. 5吨/吨干基煤,由此可见,本发明实施例有效地减少了废水产量。
[0121] 对比例中,回收的重焦油产率为3. 5%〜4% (干煤),轻质油产率为1.0〜1. 1 % (干煤);而本发明实施例中,重焦油产率为2.5%〜3% (干煤),轻质油产率为2%〜 2.5% (干煤),其中,轻质油可近似为粗苯,可见,本发明实施例中轻质油的产量提高将近 一倍。
[0122] 这主要是由于对比例中采用氨水直接喷洒冷却粗煤气,使粗煤气中的重焦油及轻 质油同时冷凝下来,大量轻质油溶于重焦油,使得重焦油产率较大但其纯度较低,需要将该 重焦油通过后续再处理才能分别得到品质较好的重焦油和轻质油;而本发明实施例中,依 次对粗煤气进行油急冷、轻质油洗以及再冷却分离,且各过程中温度依次降低,利用各油品 沸点的不同,依次收集到了品质相对较高的重焦油和轻质油。

[0126] 由表1可知,利用本发明实施例对粗煤气净化后,煤气中的重焦油,轻质油品比如 萘、苯,以及氨和硫化氢等杂质气体含量均低于对比例。可见,采用本发明实施例提供的煤 气净化方法对粗煤气进行分级冷却净化,能够有效地减少粗煤气中苯、萘等有机蒸汽的残 余,并且,采用水洗工艺对粗煤气进行再冷却,会同时吸收H 2S和NH3等杂质气体,还能进一 步脱除粗煤气中残余的苯和萘等轻质油品,使得净化后的煤气质量较好。

Claims (10)
1. 一种粗煤气净化方法,其特征在于,包括步骤: 1) 利用重焦油作为急冷油直接喷淋冷却粗煤气,以洗涤所述粗煤气中的粉尘; 2) 利用轻质油喷淋所述粗煤气,以回收所述粗煤气中的重焦油和部分轻质油; 3) 采用水洗工艺再冷却所述粗煤气,以脱除残余的轻质油并去除所述粗煤气中的杂质 气体,得到净化后的煤气。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的粗煤气净化方法,其特征在于,步骤2)还包括:收集所述重 焦油和所述粉尘的混合物,将所述粉尘从所述重焦油中脱除后,通过换热,回收所述重焦油 中携带的热量,冷却后的重焦油返回至步骤1)中作为急冷油。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的粗煤气净化方法,其特征在于,步骤3)还包括:收集所述水 洗工艺中的轻质油,并将所述轻质油返回至步骤2)中喷淋所述粗煤气;和/或 收集所述水洗工艺中的水液,并将所述水液循环至步骤3)中重新参与水洗工艺。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的粗煤气净化方法,其特征在于,步骤1)之前,所述方法还包括 步骤: 利用煤气激冷来自煤气化装置的粗煤气,以降低所述粗煤气的温度; 经除尘装置除去所述粗煤气中的部分粉尘颗粒; 经废热回收装置回收所述粗煤气中的高品位热量; 或者,所述方法还包括步骤: 利用煤气激冷来自煤气化装置的粗煤气,以降低所述粗煤气的温度; 经废热回收装置回收所述粗煤气中的高品位热量; 经除尘装置除去所述粗煤气中的部分粉尘颗粒。
5. 根据权利要求1〜4任一项所述的粗煤气净化方法,其特征在于,步骤1)中,经所述 急冷油冷却后的粗煤气温度为200〜350°C ;和/或 步骤2)中,经所述轻质油喷淋后的粗煤气温度为80〜130°C。
6. -种粗煤气净化装置,其特征在于,包括: 油急冷装置,用于利用重焦油作为急冷油直接喷淋冷却粗煤气,以洗涤所述粗煤气中 的粉尘; 与所述油急冷装置相连的油洗装置,用于利用轻质油喷淋所述粗煤气,以回收所述粗 煤气中的重焦油和部分轻质油; 与所述油洗装置相连的再冷却分离装置,用于采用水洗工艺再冷却所述粗煤气,以脱 除残余的轻质油并去除所述粗煤气中的杂质气体,得到净化后的煤气。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的粗煤气净化装置,其特征在于,所述油洗装置还与分离器相 连,用于将粉尘从重焦油和粉尘的混合物中脱除; 所述分离器还与换热器相连,用于回收所述重焦油中携带的热量; 所述换热器还与所述油急冷装置相连,冷却后的重焦油返回至所述油急冷装置作为急 冷油。
8. 根据权利要求6所述的粗煤气净化装置,其特征在于,所述再冷却分离装置还与油 水分离器相连,用于收集所述再冷却分离装置中的轻质油,并将所述轻质油返回至所述油 洗装置中喷淋所述粗煤气;和/或 所述油水分离器还通过第二通道与所述再冷却分离装置相连,用于收集所述再冷却分 离装置中的水液,并将所述水液再循环至所述再冷却分离装置中重新参与水洗工艺。
9. 根据权利要求6所述的粗煤气净化装置,其特征在于,所述粗煤气净化装置还包括: 煤气激冷装置,用于利用煤气激冷来自煤气化装置的粗煤气,以降低所述粗煤气的温 度; 除尘装置,用于除去所述粗煤气中的部分粉尘颗粒; 废热回收装置,用于回收所述粗煤气中的高品位热量; 其中,所述煤气激冷装置依次与所述除尘装置、所述废热回收装置、所述油急冷装置 相连,或者所述煤气激冷装置依次与所述废热回收装置、所述除尘装置、所述油急冷装置相 连。
10. 根据权利要求6〜9任一项所述的粗煤气净化装置,其特征在于,所述油急冷装置 包括文丘里急冷器;和/或 所述油洗装置包括填料塔或板式塔中的至少一种;和/或 所述再冷却分离装置包括填料塔或板式塔中的至少一种。
