Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of water permeable brick preparation, and particularly relates to an ecological sponge bearing brick and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of urbanization construction in China, most of cities are covered by waterproof materials such as buildings, concrete and the like, so that the contact of natural rainfall and underground soil is hindered, the phenomena of urban underground water level reduction, urban waterlogging, urban heat islands and the like are aggravated, and the urban natural ecology is deteriorated. In order to improve the respiratory function of urban environment in China and improve the environmental quality of cities, the nation proposes a plan for building green ecological sponge cities.
The water permeable brick can effectively solve the problem of water permeability of hardened roads, and is an important material for improving the breathing function of urban environment. At present, the baking-free water permeable brick mainly used in the market is prepared by taking cement or resin as a binding agent, taking ore or waste ceramic particles as aggregate and adding additives such as a water reducing agent and an early strength agent, so that the baking-free water permeable brick has the defects of low strength, easiness in pulverization, low breaking and tensile strength and softening coefficient, short service life and the like, meanwhile, the water permeability coefficient is low and can only reach about 0.5, various problems of cracking, delamination and the like are easy to occur during the use period or in a severe environment, and more funds and manpower are required to be invested for subsequent maintenance.

The surface layer and the bottom layer adopt the above formula, compared with the existing permeable brick raw materials, the surface layer formula adopts white sand and black sand as aggregates, the bottom layer formula adopts 5mm meter stone and 3mm meter stone, and fibers are used as reinforcing materials, so that the mechanical property of the permeable brick can be greatly improved, the permeable brick has good properties of softening resistance, folding resistance, tensile resistance and the like, and meanwhile, the permeability coefficient can reach more than 2.0 under the condition of a fine surface layer.
The admixture of the surface layer and the admixture of the bottom layer are both prepared according to the proportion of 1: 1: 1: 1:1 high-efficiency water reducing agent, cement brightener, 808 rubber powder, dispersible latex powder and defoaming agent.
The fibers of the surface layer and the bottom layer are made of HPMC hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.
A preparation method of an ecological sponge load-bearing brick comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a surface layer blank: (a) firstly, putting white sand into a stirring device, adding water, and carrying out pre-humidification treatment to ensure that the total water-cement ratio is not exceeded; (b) adding water into the additive, and dissolving and stirring to obtain an aqueous solvent; (c) mixing and stirring a water solvent and fibers with pre-wetted white sand, and keeping the water-cement ratio to be less than 0.25; (d) adding cement and stirring for 2-3 min; (f) finally, adding black sand, mixing and stirring for 30-40s to prepare a surface layer blank; 2) preparing a bottom layer blank: (a) adding part of water into the admixture, dissolving in water in advance to obtain a hydrosolvent, adding fibers, and stirring for later use; (b) putting 3mm of rice stones into a stirring device, adding the solution obtained in the step (a), stirring and pre-wetting, adding 20-40% of cement, and stirring for 45-55 s; (c) adding 5mm of rice stone, mixing and stirring for 30-50s, adding the rest water, and stirring for 50-60 s; (d) adding the rest cement and stirring for 115-125 s; 3) and (3) forming and demolding: (a) respectively adding the surface layer blank and the bottom layer blank into a surface material distributor and a bottom material distributor; (b) the backing material distributor lays backing material into the mould at a vibration frequency of 50-60Hz and at a differential speed of 1:1.5-2 for the No. 1 cloth tooth and the No. 2 cloth tooth; (c) the fabric distributing device spreads the fabric on the backing material in the mould at the vibration frequency of 50-60Hz and the vibration time of 1-0.3 s; (d) and adjusting the final vibration forming frequency of the vibration forming machine to be 55-60 Hz.
The permeable brick is prepared by the process, so that the aggregate can fully wrap the cement, the full adhesion of the aggregate and the stability of the strength are promoted, and the permeability of the permeable brick is improved.
The stirring device in the step 1) and the step 2) adopts a vertical shaft planetary stirrer.
The vibration mode of the vibration forming machine adopts a high-speed variable-frequency amplitude modulation bottom table vertical orientation composite vibration mode, compared with the problems of uneven vibration force, long vibration time and uneven compression ratio of a traditional eccentric vibration motor, and uneven strength caused by insufficient density of finished products, the invention has the advantages that the blank can be uniformly vibrated to reach the optimal compression ratio instantly under the assistance of frequency conversion in the high-speed variable-frequency amplitude modulation bottom table vertical orientation composite vibration mode, so that the strength of the finished products is ensured.

The preparation method of the ecological sponge load-bearing brick is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) preparing a surface layer blank: (a) firstly, putting white sand into a stirring device, adding water, and carrying out pre-humidification treatment to ensure that the total water-cement ratio is not exceeded; (b) adding water into the additive, and dissolving and stirring to obtain an aqueous solvent; (c) mixing and stirring a water solvent and fibers with pre-wetted white sand, and keeping the water-cement ratio to be less than 0.25; (d) adding cement and stirring for 2-3 min; (f) finally, adding black sand, mixing and stirring for 30-40s to prepare a surface layer blank; 2) preparing a bottom layer blank: (a) adding part of water into the admixture, dissolving in water in advance to obtain a hydrosolvent, adding fibers, and stirring for later use; (b) putting 3mm of rice stones into a stirring device, adding the solution obtained in the step (a), stirring and pre-wetting, adding 20-40% of cement, and stirring for 45-55 s; (c) adding 5mm of rice stone, mixing and stirring for 30-50s, adding the rest water, and stirring for 50-60 s; (d) adding the rest cement and stirring for 115-125 s; 3) and (3) forming and demolding: (a) respectively adding the surface layer blank and the bottom layer blank into a surface material distributor and a bottom material distributor; (b) the backing material distributor lays backing material into the mould at a vibration frequency of 50-60Hz and at a differential speed of 1:1.5-2 for the No.
5. The method for preparing the ecological sponge load-bearing brick as claimed in claim 4, wherein the stirring device in the steps 1) and 2) is a vertical shaft planetary stirrer.
6. The method for preparing ecological sponge load-bearing brick as claimed in claim 4, wherein the vibration mode of the vibration forming machine is a compound vibration mode with extremely high speed and variable frequency amplitude modulation and vertical orientation of the base.
