Abstract
The invention relates to a movable beam type pitch conveyor and a working method thereof. The movable beam type pitch conveyor has the advantages that the supporting plate cannot be damaged, the pitch conveyor cannot be damaged, the operation is simple and convenient, a large amount of cleaning and maintaining time is saved, the production efficiency is improved, and the safety and the reliability are realized.

The invention particularly relates to an active beam type pitch conveyor and a working method thereof.
Background
In a building block forming production line, a pitch conveyor is usually used, the pitch conveyor finishes pitch conveying by pushing a supporting plate (a supporting plate may be provided with bricks) through a shifting block, the supporting plate can rub against a supporting plate in a conveying process, the supporting plate can be worn after long-term use, the supporting plate of the pitch conveyor can be worn, and the shifting block for pushing the supporting plate can be damaged easily.

(4) the transverse moving motor drives the synchronous belt pulley to rotate forwards through a second speed reducing motor;
(5) the synchronous belt wheel drives the movable frame to move forwards through the synchronous belt, and the movable frame drives the supporting plate to move forwards;
(6) the lifting motor rotates reversely, the movable frame descends, and the supporting plate is separated from the movable frame and placed on the rack;
(7) and the transverse moving motor rotates reversely to enable the movable frame to move backwards and return to the original position, so that one pitch transportation is completed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the movable beam type pitch conveyor controls the ascending and the transverse movement of the movable frame through the lifting device and the transverse movement device, then the supporting plate is conveyed at the supported pitch through the movable frame, the supporting plate cannot be damaged and the pitch conveyor cannot be damaged by the conveying mode, the operation is simple and convenient, a large amount of cleaning and maintaining time is saved, the production efficiency is improved, and the movable beam type pitch conveyor is safe and reliable.

(2) the support frame 4 is pulled by the movable wheel track 14, the swing arm 10 rotates along with the movable wheel track, and at the moment, the support frame 4 is lifted upwards for a certain distance under the action of the swing arm 10;
(3) the support frame 4 lifts the movable frame 2 upwards, and the movable frame 2 lifts the supporting plate 3 upwards;
(4) the traversing motor 15 drives the synchronous belt pulley 17 to rotate forwards through a second speed reducing motor 18;
(5) the synchronous belt pulley 17 drives the movable frame 2 to move forward through the synchronous belt 16, and the movable frame 2 drives the supporting plate 3 to move forward;
(6) the lifting motor 5 rotates reversely to enable the movable frame 2 to descend, and the supporting plate 3 is separated from the movable frame 2 and placed on the rack 1;
(7) and the traversing motor 15 rotates reversely to enable the movable frame 2 to move backwards and return to the original position, so that one pitch transportation is completed.

(2) the movable wheel rail pulls the support frame, the swing arm rotates along with the movable wheel rail, and the support frame is lifted upwards for a certain distance under the action of the swing arm;
(3) the supporting frame lifts the movable frame upwards, and the movable frame lifts the supporting plate upwards;
(4) the transverse moving motor drives the synchronous belt pulley to rotate forwards through a second speed reducing motor;
(5) the synchronous belt wheel drives the movable frame to move forwards through the synchronous belt, and the movable frame drives the supporting plate to move forwards;
(6) the lifting motor rotates reversely, the movable frame descends, and the supporting plate is separated from the movable frame and placed on the rack;
