Wherein, the michelia figo in the remote mountains adopted in the preparation of A and B are picked within 4-15 days of blooming.
The preparation method of the four products comprises the following steps: firstly, respectively taking 20-300 g of fresh flowers corresponding to the four products for later use; secondly, airing the fresh flowers corresponding to the product A in the shade, and airing the fresh flowers corresponding to the products B and D in the sun; step three, respectively placing the four flowers into a container, soaking the four flowers for 72 hours by using alcohol with certain concentration, then removing solid substances, and purifying the rest soaking solution to obtain an extract for later use; fourthly, sterilizing the respective extracts; and step five, mixing the obtained extracts with 45% alcohol according to the mass ratio of 2:99 to obtain products A-D for later use.
Searching 54 test volunteers with acne on the face, and dividing the test volunteers into four groups, wherein the A group comprises 30, the B group comprises 8, the C group comprises 8 and the D group comprises 8; the prepared extract products A, B, C, D are respectively corresponding to A, B, C, D four groups, and are observed and recorded during the use process. The use and observation period was 2 months.
Recording observations included:
(1) recording and observing a visual evaluation of the four michelia figo extracts after use, namely: three modes of basic ineffectiveness, basic effectiveness and good effect are adopted, the statistical conditions are shown in table 1 and figure 1, and as can be seen from table 1 and figure 1, the product A has the best effect, the michelia in the mountains is second to the best effect after drying, and the michelia in the Lechang and the michelia in the Yunnan are almost ineffective on acne.
Wherein, the above-mentioned basic ineffectiveness means: through objective comparison before and after use, the evolution speed, color change, evolution process and number of newly-generated acnes are not changed or almost not changed; substantially effective means: the evolution speed, the color change, the evolution process and the number of newly-generated acnes are changed before and after use, but the problems are not fundamentally solved and the requirements of testers are not met; the effect is good, namely the evolution speed, the color change, the evolution process and the number of newly generated acnes are greatly changed before and after use, the problems are basically solved, and the requirements of users are met.
In table 1, "michelia profunda (30)" corresponds to group a, "michelia profunda (8)" corresponds to group B, "michelia chapensis (8)" corresponds to group C, "michelia profunda (8)" corresponds to group D.
(2) After the application, if the treatment effect is better, the situation of abscess caused by acne is greatly changed: under the natural condition without medicine, the acne is firstly red spots, then the red spots are enlarged, then the red spots are whitened to be abscesses, then the scabs are formed, and finally the pruritus is cured.
After use, statistics on the abscess effect are shown in fig. 2 and table 1, and the number of people in A, B, C, D group who no longer had abscesses was 29, 1, and 2, respectively, and the percentages were: 96.7%, 12.5% and 25%. The statistical results show that product A has the best effect on abscess treatment.
(3) Without any other medicine, the time from occurrence to recovery of acne takes 7 to 15 days at the shortest. The time period during which acne healed in A, B, C, D groups was strictly recorded. According to the observation and test process, the group A can complete the whole healing process within almost 2 days, if the healing time is reduced by 6 days, the healing time of the group A is shortened by at least two thirds, and the statistical results can be seen in table 1 and fig. 3. It should be noted that the particularly important changes after using the product A are that the individual area of acne is obviously reduced and the red and swollen degree is greatly reduced.
(4) Table 1 and fig. 4 show the efficacy of products A, B, C and D immediately after treatment for acne found early. If the product has good curative effect, the acne is discovered as soon as possible and treated immediately, the natural development process of the acne can be stopped, and most of acne grains can not be festered any more, and the red spots naturally disappear. According to the statistical data of the testers, the product A has the best curative effect after the immediate treatment of the acne which is discovered early.
(5) When products A, B, C and D are used for a long time, the incidence rate of acne and acne grains is greatly reduced and even basically does not occur any more if the treatment effect is good. Table 1 and fig. 5 show the effect after prolonged use, with the best therapeutic effect of product a after prolonged use.
(6) After the acne is cured by using the medicine, if the treatment effect is excellent, the color of scars is greatly reduced, or the scars are basically free of scars after the acne is cured. But under the condition of generally no medicine or poor medicine effect, the acne is generally a dark scar. According to the effectiveness, A, B, C and D statistics shown in Table 1 and FIG. 6, product A gave the best treatment results, with approximately 63.3% of the patients having substantially no marks on their faces after use.
(7) Table 1 and fig. 7 show the new acne counted over 2 months on trial. If the treatment effect is good, the newly added data of the acne is greatly reduced compared with the data before the product is used, for the reason, four calibers are statistically adopted, namely more than 4, more than 3, less than 2 and less than 1 (1 and 0) are newly added every day, and the treatment effect of the product A is best according to the statistical data of testers.
