The embodiment has the advantages of wide raw material source, low cost, long storage period, good health-care effect and particularly good weight-losing function. A plant enzyme beverage containing garden vitex negundo is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 13-17 parts of horticultural negundo chastetree roots, 6-9 parts of horticultural negundo chastetree tender stems, 2-5 parts of negundo chastetree leaves, 2-5 parts of upright die leaf buds, 1-3 parts of mulberry leaves, 5-10 parts of konjak, 3-6 parts of peanuts, 4-7 parts of purple potatoes, 3-8 parts of citrus fibers, 6-11 parts of white kidney beans, 1-3 parts of chickpeas, 1-4 parts of flaxseeds, 0.5-2.5 parts of quinoa, 1-4 parts of oats and 0.5-2 parts of buckwheat.

The plant ferment beverage containing the garden vitex negundo, according to claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following raw materials by weight: 14-16 parts of horticultural negundo chastetree roots, 7-8 parts of horticultural negundo chastetree tender stems, 3-4 parts of negundo chastetree leaves, 3-4 parts of upright die leaf of garden maigre, 1.5-2.5 parts of mulberry leaves, 6-9 parts of konjak, 4-5 parts of peanuts, 5-6 parts of purple potatoes, 4-7 parts of citrus fibers, 7-10 parts of white kidney beans, 1.5-2.5 parts of chickpeas, 2-3 parts of flaxseed, 1-2 parts of quinoa, 2-3 parts of oat and 0.8-1.5 parts of buckwheat.

The plant ferment beverage containing the garden vitex negundo, according to claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following raw materials by weight: 15 parts of garden vitex negundo roots, 7.5 parts of garden vitex negundo tender stems, 3.5 parts of vitex negundo leaves, 3.5 parts of upright die-sinking bay leaves, 2 parts of mulberry leaves, 7 parts of konjak, 4.5 parts of peanuts, 5.5 parts of purple potatoes, 5 parts of citrus fibers, 8 parts of white kidney beans, 2 parts of chickpeas, 2.5 parts of flaxseeds, 1.5 parts of quinoa, 2.5 parts of oats and 1 part of buckwheat.
4. The plant ferment beverage containing garden vitex negundo according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the preparation method of the plant ferment beverage comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing the raw materials according to the parts by weight, cleaning, drying, grinding, and sieving with a 40-50 mesh sieve to obtain a primary mixture;
s2, adding 6-8 times of distilled water into the primary mixture, and decocting for 1-2h to obtain a secondary mixture;
s3, cooling the secondary mixture, shearing and crushing the secondary mixture, and homogenizing the secondary mixture after passing through a 300-400-mesh sieve to obtain a final mixture;
and S4, transferring the final mixture to a centrifuge for centrifugation, separating an upper-layer extracting solution, transferring the extracting solution to a rotary evaporator for reduced pressure distillation to form a thick paste, adding 4-12 times of water and a proper amount of probiotic groups, fermenting, filtering the obtained enzyme solution, sterilizing and filling.

The plant ferment beverage comprising garden vitex negundo according to claim 4, wherein in S3, the homogenization comprises a primary homogenization and a secondary homogenization, wherein the temperature of the primary homogenization is 60-75 ℃, and the temperature of the secondary homogenization is 70-75 ℃.
6. The plant ferment beverage containing the gardening negundo chastetree according to claim 4, wherein in S4, the rotation speed is 3100-.
7. The plant ferment beverage containing garden vitex negundo according to claim 4, wherein the fermentation temperature in S4 is 42-46 ℃ for 14-19 days.
