本发明涉及面料领域,具体为一种竹纤维纺织面料。
背景技术
在纺织中,面料的耐用、款式和气味是衡量布匹的重要的指标,现有的面料更多的是重视布匹的款式和耐用,不能满足日益多元化的市场需求,面料的气味较重,不能吸湿和除臭。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种竹纤维纺织面料,解决传统面料的气味较重、不能吸湿和除臭的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种竹纤维纺织面料,包括经纱、纬纱和竹纤维层,所述经纱为四根一组,其中左侧两根经纱右旋,右侧两根经纱左旋,所述纬纱为两根一组且与所述经纱交叉编织而成,所述经纱均穿过竹纤维层,所述竹纤维层内编织有两根弹力丝,左侧两根所述经纱与右侧两根所述经纱之间编织有金银丝,所述金银丝穿过竹纤维层并与纬纱交叉编织,两组所述纬纱之间缝制有锦纶丝,所述锦纶丝与经纱交叉编织。
进一步地,纬纱弯曲编织。
进一步地,两层竹纤维层之间编织有两组纬纱。
进一步地,经纱、纬纱均为棉纱线。
进一步地,竹纤维层的厚度为0.1-0.2毫米。
本发明的有益效果是:该一种竹纤维纺织面料,通过设置竹纤维层,实现吸湿和除臭;设置多根相互弯曲交叉的经纱和纬纱,增强面料的强度;设置弹力丝,增强面料的弹力;设置金银丝,增加面料的光度;设置锦纶丝,增加面料的色彩。

纬纱2弯曲编织,增强面料的强度。
两层竹纤维层3之间编织有两组纬纱2,增强面料的强度。
经纱1、纬纱2均为棉纱线,增加面料保暖性。
竹纤维层3的厚度为0.1-0.2毫米,满足不同的面料等级要求,增强适应性。
本实施例的一种竹纤维纺织面料,通过设置竹纤维层,实现吸湿和除臭;设置多根相互弯曲交叉的经纱和纬纱,增强面料的强度;设置弹力丝,增强面料的弹力;设置金银丝,增加面料的光度;设置锦纶丝,增加面料的色彩。

1.一种竹纤维纺织面料,其特征在于:包括经纱(1)、纬纱(2)和竹纤维层(3),所述经纱(1)为四根一组,其中左侧两根经纱(1)右旋,右侧两根经纱(1)左旋,所述纬纱(2)为两根一组且与所述经纱(1)交叉编织而成,所述经纱(1)均穿过竹纤维层(3),所述竹纤维层(3)内编织有两根弹力丝(4),左侧两根所述经纱(1)与右侧两根所述经纱(1)之间编织有金银丝(5),所述金银丝(5)穿过竹纤维层(3)并与纬纱(2)交叉编织,两组所述纬纱(2)之间缝制有锦纶丝(6),所述锦纶丝(6)与经纱(1)交叉编织。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹纤维纺织面料,其特征在于:所述纬纱(2)弯曲编织。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹纤维纺织面料,其特征在于:两层所述竹纤维层(3)之间编织有两组纬纱(2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹纤维纺织面料,其特征在于:所述经纱(1)、纬纱(2)均为棉纱线。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹纤维纺织面料,其特征在于:所述竹纤维层(3)的厚度为0.1-0.2毫米。
