4. In the process of refining the animal oil, the animal oil can be stirred by the stirring device, the refining efficiency of the animal oil in the refining process is ensured, the animal oil can be heated under the action of a heating oil layer, the basic refining requirement of the animal oil is ensured on one hand, the animal oil is prevented from being condensed into blocks in the refining process on the other hand, the smoke generated in the refining process by the animal oil can be timely sucked away by the smoke sucking device arranged above the refining tank, and the personal health of workers and the cleanness of the working environment are ensured.
5. Animal fat enters an impurity removal tank from an oil inlet pipe, the impurity removal tank removes impurities from crude oil, and a steam pipe removes water from the crude oil; the impurity is discharged from the slag discharge pipe below the impurity removal tank, and the refined oil is pumped out from the oil pumping pipe, so that the refining quality is greatly improved, and the purity of the refined oil is higher.
6. The oil enters the re-decoloring area through the second feed pipe, the adsorption balance is established again in the re-decoloring area and the decolorant entering the re-decoloring area from the second feed pipe, most of pigments in the oil are removed, and the decolored oil is extracted through the oil extraction pipe.
7. The re-decoloring area is provided with a heating rod and an exhaust valve, the exhaust valve penetrates through the tank body, and the heating rod is fixed on the inner wall of the tank body and is connected with an external power supply. By adopting the preferable technical scheme, the air in the re-decoloring area can be firstly exhausted through the exhaust valve, so that the re-decoloring area reaches a vacuum state, and at the moment, the grease cannot be oxidized by the air; then the grease is stirred vigorously by a stirrer and the temperature of the grease is controlled by a heating rod, so that the decolorizing agent can exert the decolorizing effect to the maximum extent.

Detailed Description
All of the features disclosed in this specification, or all of the steps in any method or process so disclosed, may be combined in any combination, except combinations of features and/or steps that are mutually exclusive.
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
The first embodiment is as follows:
a process for refining animal fat and oil, comprising:
step A: introducing an animal fat raw material into superheated oil through a gear pump, and filtering liquid oil through bag type filtration and impurity removal;
and B: introducing the oil after impurity removal into a vacuum drying tower to remove water and gas contained in the oil;
and C: introducing the oil subjected to water and gas removal into a decoloring tank, adding argil for decoloring, and performing oil-residue separation by using a centrifuge after decoloring is completed to obtain decolored animal oil and waste argil;
step D: introducing the decolorized animal fat into a deacidification and deodorization tower for treatment to obtain refined animal fat;
step E: introducing the refined animal fat into a kneading machine for quenching and kneading to obtain a finished refined animal fat;
step F: and packaging the finished refined animal fat by a filling machine, and warehousing the finished product after inspection.
An apparatus for refining production process using animal fat, comprising: the primary refining system is connected with a filtering system, the filtering system is connected with a purifying system, and the purifying system is connected with a quenching kneading device.
The primary refining system comprises a gear pump 1, wherein the gear pump 1 is connected with an oil melting pot 2.
The filtering system comprises a bag type filtering machine 3, and one side of the bag type filtering machine 3, which is far away from the oil melting pot 2, is fixedly connected with a vacuum drying tower 4.
The purification system includes decoloration jar 5, one side of decoloration jar is connected vacuum drying tower 4, and the opposite side is connected with disc filter 6, disc filter 6 is kept away from one side of decoloration jar 5 is connected with takes off acid tank 7, it keeps away from to take off acid tank one side of disc filter 6 is connected with deodorization jar 8.
The quench kneading apparatus was rotated at 7.5kw and the temperature was set at 20 ℃.
In the first embodiment, the animal fat is thrown into the fat melting pot 2 through the gear pump 1 for primary refining, when the gear rotates, the volume of the space on the gear disengagement side is increased from small to large to form vacuum, the animal fat is sucked in, the volume of the space on the gear engagement side is decreased from large to small, the animal fat is squeezed into the pipeline to be refined from semisolid into liquid fat for convenient subsequent treatment, the primarily refined animal fat is thrown into the bag filter 3 for filtration, then the bag filter is fed into the vacuum drying tower 4 to remove the moisture in the fat, the dried animal fat is fed into the decolorizing tank 5, white clay is added for animal fat decolorization, the output material in the decolorizing tank is fed into the disc filter 6 for filtration to obtain decolorized animal fat and waste white clay, the decolorized animal fat is sequentially fed into the deacidification tank 7 and the deodorization tank 8 for deodorization to obtain refined animal fat, the refining animal oil is introduced into the quenching and kneading device to be quenched and kneaded, the rotating speed of the quenching and kneading device is set to be 7.5wk, the temperature is set to be 20 ℃, the parameters of the device can increase the solid fat quantity in the stirring process, the stirring effect is improved, the stability and the ductility of the animal fat are greatly improved, and the refining efficiency is increased.
The carburetion pot is including smelting groove 10, the fixed supporting box 11 that is provided with in both ends of smelting groove 10, the fixed generator 12 that is provided with in inside of supporting box 11, generator 12 is connected with transmission 13, transmission 13 fixedly connected with pivot, pivot fixedly connected with agitating unit 14, the fixed heating oil layer 15 that is provided with in the outside of smelting groove 10, the fixed heating piece 16 that is provided with in inside of heating oil layer 15, heating piece 16 with generator 12 electric connection, the top of smelting groove is provided with smoke absorption device 17.
In the above embodiment, when refining, the generator 12 is started, the generator 12 heats the heating block 16 and makes the heating oil layer 15 continuously heat the refining tank 10, meanwhile, the generator 12 directly supplies power to the transmission device 13, the transmission device 13 drives the stirring device 14 to rotate through the rotating shaft, heating and stirring of animal fat are completed, in the refining process, the smoke absorbing device 17 above the refining tank 10 is started, smoke generated in the refining process of the animal fat is absorbed, and diffusion of the smoke is avoided.
The refining tank 10 with the semicircular structure can better fit with the stirring device 14 which does circular motion, the stirring device 14 is designed into a hollow rectangle, firstly, the material waste and the stirring efficiency reduction caused by the attachment of animal fat on the surface of a solid structure are avoided, secondly, the manufacturing material and the manufacturing cost are saved, and the scheme that a plurality of stirring plates fixedly arranged on the stirring tank are of a compensation hollow structure can ensure the basic stirring function, realize the material saving and avoid the hollow structure stirring device 14 with the material attachment; the strengthening rib that sets up in agitating unit 14 corner can guarantee agitating unit 14's structural strength, because animal fat is comparatively thick liquid, agitating unit 14 is great at the resistance that wherein stirring meets, and its hollow structure is difficult for exempting from not enough intensity, so sets up the strengthening rib at its corner to complement its intensity, guarantee life.
Example three: the vacuum drying tower comprises a tank body 18, an impurity removal tank 19 is arranged in the tank body, an oil inlet pipe 20 is arranged at the top of the tank body 18, the oil inlet pipe 20 is positioned right above the impurity removal tank 19, a slag discharge pipe 21 is arranged at the bottom of the tank body 18, the slag discharge pipe 21 is communicated with the bottom end of the impurity removal tank 19, a spiral steam pipe 22 is arranged in the impurity removal tank 19, two ends of the steam pipe (22) are fixedly penetrated on the tank body 18, an oil pumping pipe 23 is arranged on the tank body 18, one end of the oil pumping pipe 23 is inserted into the impurity removal tank (19), and the other end of the oil pumping pipe.
In the embodiment, crude oil enters the impurity removal tank from the oil inlet pipe, the impurity removal tank removes impurities from the crude oil, and the steam pipe removes water from the crude oil; discharging impurities from a slag discharge pipe below the impurity removal tank, and pumping refined oil out from the oil pumping pipe.
Example four: the decoloring tank comprises a decoloring tank body 24, and a pre-decoloring area 25 and a re-decoloring area 26 are arranged in the decoloring tank body 24; a decoloring oil inlet pipe 27 is arranged on the decoloring tank body 24, the decoloring oil inlet pipe 27 penetrates through the decoloring tank body 24 to be communicated with the pre-decoloring area 25, the decoloring tank body 24 is also provided with a first inlet pipe 8 and a second inlet pipe 9, and the first inlet pipe 28 is communicated with the pre-decoloring area 25; the second feeding pipe 29 is communicated with the re-decoloring area 26, the pre-decoloring area 25 is communicated with the re-decoloring area 26 through a first oil conveying pipe 30, the lower part of the decoloring tank body 24 is provided with an oil pumping pipe 31, and the oil pumping pipe 31 is communicated with the re-decoloring area 26.
The pre-decoloring area 25 and the re-decoloring area 26 are provided with a stirrer 100, the stirrer 100 comprises a driving device 103, a connecting rod 102 and stirring blades 101, the stirring blades 101 are connected to the connecting rod 102, the connecting rod 102 is connected with the driving device 103, and the driving device 103 is fixed on the decoloring tank body 24 and is connected with an external power supply of the decoloring tank body 24.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express the specific embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present application. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the technical idea of the present application, several changes and modifications can be made, which are all within the protection scope of the present application.
Claims (10)
1. A process for refining animal fat, comprising:
step A: introducing an animal fat raw material into an oil dissolving pot through a gear pump to heat and dissolve the animal fat raw material into oil, and filtering liquid animal fat through bag type filtration and impurity removal;
and B: introducing the animal fat subjected to impurity removal into a vacuum drying tower to remove water and gas contained in the animal fat;
and C: introducing the oil subjected to water and gas removal into a decoloring tank, adding argil for decoloring, and performing oil-residue separation by using a centrifuge after decoloring is completed to obtain decolored animal oil and waste argil;
step D: introducing the decolorized animal fat into a deacidification and deodorization tower for treatment to obtain refined animal fat;
step E: introducing the refined animal fat into a kneading machine for quenching and kneading to obtain a finished refined animal fat;
step F: and packaging the finished refined animal fat by a filling machine, and warehousing the finished product after inspection.
2. An apparatus for applying a refining process of animal fat and oil according to claim 1, characterized by comprising a primary refining system, wherein the primary refining system is connected with a filtering system, the filtering system is connected with a purifying system, and the purifying system is connected with a quenching kneading device (9).
3. A refining apparatus for animal fat and oil according to claim 2, characterized in that the primary refining system comprises a gear pump (1), and the gear pump (1) is connected with a melting oil pan (2).
4. The animal fat refining equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein the filtering system comprises a bag filter (3), and a vacuum drying tower (4) is fixedly connected to one side of the bag filter (3) far away from the oil melting pot (2).
5. The animal fat refining equipment according to claim 2, characterized by comprising a decoloring tank (5), wherein one side of the decoloring tank (5) is connected with the vacuum drying tower (4), the other side of the decoloring tank is connected with a disc filter (6), one side of the disc filter (6) far away from the decoloring tank (5) is connected with an acid removal tank (7), and one side of the acid removal tank far away from the disc filter (6) is connected with a deodorization tank (8).
6. An animal fat refining apparatus as defined in claim 2, wherein the speed of rotation of said quenching and kneading device (9) is 7.5kw and the temperature is set at 20 ℃.

The refining equipment of animal fat according to claim 3, characterized in that, the oil melting pot includes a melting tank (10), both ends of the melting tank (10) are fixedly provided with a support box (11), the inside of the support box (11) is fixedly provided with a generator (12), the generator (12) is connected with a transmission device (13), the transmission device (13) is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a stirring device (14), the outside of the melting tank (10) is fixedly provided with a heating oil layer (15), the inside of the heating oil layer (15) is fixedly provided with a heating block (16), the heating block (16) and the generator (12) are electrically connected, and a smoking device (17) is arranged above the melting tank.
8. A refining equipment for animal fat according to claim 4, characterized in that the vacuum drying tower comprises a tank body (18), an impurity removal tank (19) is arranged in the tank body, an oil inlet pipe (20) is arranged at the top of the tank body (18), the oil inlet pipe (20) is positioned right above the impurity removal tank (19), a deslagging pipe (21) is arranged at the bottom of the tank body (18), the deslagging pipe (21) is communicated with the bottom end of the impurity removal tank (19), a spiral steam pipe (22) is arranged in the impurity removal tank (19), two ends of the steam pipe (22) are fixed on the tank body (18) in a penetrating manner, an oil pumping pipe (23) is arranged on the tank body (18), one end of the oil pumping pipe (23) is inserted into the impurity removal tank (19), and the other end of the oil pumping pipe penetrates out of the tank.
9. A refining equipment of animal fat and oil according to claim 5, characterized in that the decolorizing tank (5) comprises a decolorizing tank body (24), and a pre-decolorizing zone (25) and a re-decolorizing zone (26) are arranged in the decolorizing tank body (24); a decoloring oil inlet pipe (27) is arranged on the decoloring tank body (24), the decoloring oil inlet pipe (27) penetrates through the tank body (24) to be communicated with the pre-decoloring area (25), the decoloring tank body (24) is also provided with a first inlet pipe (8) and a second inlet pipe (9), and the first inlet pipe (28) is communicated with the pre-decoloring area (25); the second feeding pipe (29) is communicated with the re-decolorizing zone (26), the pre-decolorizing zone (25) is communicated with the re-decolorizing zone (26) through a first oil conveying pipe (30), the lower part of the tank body (24) is provided with an oil pumping pipe (31), and the oil pumping pipe (31) is communicated with the re-decolorizing zone (26).
10. The animal fat refining equipment according to claim 9, wherein a stirrer (100) is arranged in the pre-decolorizing zone (25) and the re-decolorizing zone (26), the stirrer (100) comprises a driving device (103), a connecting rod (102) and stirring blades (101), the stirring blades (101) are connected to the connecting rod (102), the connecting rod (102) is connected with the driving device (103), and the driving device (103) is fixed on the decolorizing tank body (24) and is connected with an external power supply of the decolorizing tank body (24).
