Generally, a hole-punching machine is widely used to punch a hole in a paper document, and the punch is driven by pressing a pressing handle to penetrate the paper document to form a through hole. However, when a large amount of paper documents are punched, since the punch rod penetrates through the large amount of paper documents, the outer peripheral surface of the punch rod is in large-area contact with the hole walls of the large amount of paper documents, so that the punch rod and the pressing handle are restrained by friction force and cannot be automatically reset, and the punch rod and the pressing handle need to be manually pulled up to reset after each punching, which is very inconvenient, time-consuming and labor-consuming.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a novel and advanced hole-punching machine to solve the above-mentioned problems.

Detailed Description
The following description is given by way of example only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, which illustrate a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a hole-punching machine 1 of the present invention includes a frame 10, an operating handle 20 and at least one punch 30.
The frame 10 includes a base 11 and a guide 12, the base 11 includes at least one punched hole 111, the guide 12 includes at least one guide hole 121 opposite to the at least one punched hole 111, and a distance d1 is provided between an opposite punched hole 111 and the guide hole 121 for placing at least one object P to be punched (such as paper, sheet or plate-like object, or the like). The operating handle 20 is movably connected (e.g., pivotally connected) to the frame 10; the at least one punch 30 is driven by the handle 20 to move relatively in the at least one guide hole 121 and enter and exit the at least one punched hole 111, each punch 30 includes a first straight section 31, a second straight section 32 and a tapered section 33 tapering from the first straight section 31 to the second straight section 32, preferably the first straight section 31 has an extension d2 larger than the distance d 1. Therefore, when the first straight section 31 punches the at least one object P to be punched and enters the punched hole 111, the first straight section 31 can be limited and guided by the guide hole 121 and the punched hole 111 (as shown in fig. 6), and the first straight section 31 does not skew and impact the edge of the punched hole 111. Preferably, when the second straight section 32 is located in the guide hole 121, the first straight section 31 extends into the punched hole 111, ensuring alignment and non-deflection of the punch 30. In addition, the tapered section 33 can reduce the contact with the at least one object P to be punched (especially in the case of the larger number of the at least one object P to be punched, as shown in fig. 7), and the punch 30 can be retracted without being caught by the at least one object P to be punched after punching.
In detail, the frame 10 includes a plurality of the guiding portions 12 and a plurality of the punches 30, each of the punches 30 further includes a gradually expanding section 34 gradually expanding from the gradually expanding section 33 to the second straight section 32, so as to avoid the object P to be punched from being caught and to guide and disperse the stress generated when the punch 30 punches. The first straight section 31 and the second straight section 32 are cylindrical and have the same outer diameter, however, the first straight section 31 and the second straight section 32 can have other shapes. At least one elastic member 40 is preferably further disposed between the handle 20 and the frame 10, and is automatically restored after the handle 20 is operated. The tapered section 33 is movable to be located between the opposite punch 111 and a guide hole 121, and the tapered section 33 is preferably tapered, so that after at least one object P to be punched is passed through the first straight section 31 to form a through hole P1, the tapered section 33 is located in the through hole P1, reducing friction and facilitating the retraction of the punch 30 (fig. 7). Preferably, the tapered section 33 forms an inclination angle θ with respect to the first straight section 31, and the inclination angle θ is 5 degrees to 30 degrees; the tapered section 33 includes a maximum outer diameter and a minimum outer diameter, the minimum outer diameter being 0.05mm to 3.00mm smaller than the maximum outer diameter. In addition, each guide hole 121 may include a flared end 122 that tapers toward a punch hole 111, which preferably guides the punch 30.
In the present embodiment, the first straight section 31 of each punch 30 includes a long blade 311 and a short blade 312 that can completely pass through one of the punch holes 111, so as to completely penetrate through the at least one object P to be punched; the long blade 311 is closer to the punch hole 111 than the short blade 312, and the long blade 311 and the short blade 312 are disposed at a higher level relative to the base 11, so as to effectively penetrate through the at least one object P to be punched in a labor-saving manner; the guiding portion 12 further comprises at least a pair of side portions 123, each side portion 123 is provided with a guiding groove 124, the at least one plunger 30 is slidably disposed in the guiding grooves 124 of the at least a pair of side portions 123 through at least one shaft 50, thereby stabilizing the actuation of each plunger 30; the bottom ends of the guiding slots 124 of each of the pair of side portions 123 are disposed at a high position relative to the base 11, and further, the bottom ends of the guiding slots 124 of each of the pair of side portions 123 have enlarged portions 125 with different radial dimensions, respectively, which is suitable for matching shaft members with different structural types.
