Abstract

A hole punching machine comprises a base, a hole punching unit and a ruler unit. The ruler unit comprises a ruler which is arranged on the base and can move between a storage position and a maximum positioning position along the extension direction of a first straight line, and a positioning plate which is arranged at one end of the ruler and is provided with a positioning surface against which an object to be punched is abutted. Therefore, the positioning device has the functions of positioning and not limiting the size of the object to be punched.

Background
The puncher is common stationery in offices at present, punches a through hole on the document paper through the puncher, and can be used for filing and storing documents in a loose-leaf mode.
However, when a user wants to perform a punching operation, the user needs to adjust the positions of the sheets to visually position the sheets, and the manual positioning method causes a positional difference between the punching positions of each batch of sheets, which may cause a discrepancy when a large number of sheets are to be bound.
In order to solve the above problem, there is a hole punching machine as shown in fig. 1, which comprises a base 11, a hole punching unit 12, and a ruler 13 located at the hole punching side of the base 11, wherein when the paper is placed in the placing groove 111 of the base 11, the edge of the paper can be positioned against the abutting wall 131 of the ruler 13, thereby making the hole punching position the same each time.
However, the hole-punching machine of fig. 1 provides a positioning effect, but also restricts the size of the sheet, and when the sheet size is large, it is restricted by the extended length of the gauge 13 and it is impossible to arbitrarily punch a hole at a desired position.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to provide a hole-piercing punch that can solve the above problems.
The perforating machine comprises a base, a perforating unit and a ruler unit.
The punching unit is arranged on the base and used for punching at least one object to be punched.
The base defines a first straight line passing through the base, forms a placing groove suitable for placing the object to be punched on one side of the first straight line, and comprises a supporting wall which extends along the first straight line and defines the side boundary of the placing groove and is used for inwards supporting the object to be punched.
The ruler and gauge unit comprises a ruler and a positioning plate, wherein the ruler and gauge unit is arranged on the base and can move between a storage position and a maximum positioning position along the extension direction of the first straight line, the positioning plate is arranged at one end of the ruler and is provided with a positioning surface against which the object to be punched is abutted, when the ruler and gauge unit is in the storage position, the ruler and gauge are stored in the base, the positioning plate is close to the base, the positioning surface is located on one side, opposite to the placement groove, of the first straight line, when the ruler and gauge unit is in the maximum positioning position, the ruler and gauge protrude out of the base, the positioning plate is far away from the base, and at least part of the positioning surface is located on one side, same as the placement groove, of the first straight line and can be used for the object to be punched to.
In the hole punching machine, the ruler is arranged on the base in a penetrating mode and is located on one side, opposite to the placing groove, of the first straight line when the ruler is located at the containing position, and the extending line of the ruler and the extending plane of the abutting wall form an intersection point.
The ruler is arranged between the accommodating position and the maximum positioning position, and at least one positioning position is arranged.
In the hole punching machine, one of the ruler and the base is provided with a clamping part, and the other one is provided with a plurality of limiting parts arranged along the moving path of the ruler, and the ruler is respectively limited at the accommodating position, the positioning position and the maximum positioning position by clamping the clamping part and different limiting parts.
In the punching machine, the clamping part is a convex point, and the limiting part is a groove corresponding to the convex point.
The punching machine also comprises an ejecting unit arranged on the base, and the ejecting unit provides a first elastic force for the ruler to protrude out of the base.
The pop-up unit comprises a rotating shaft pivoted on the base, a pressing plate extending from one side of the rotating shaft, a clamping piece extending from the other side of the rotating shaft and capable of being clamped with the ruler, and a first elastic piece arranged between the ruler and the base and constantly providing the first elastic force, wherein the ruler is provided with a first limiting part and a second limiting part which are respectively positioned at two ends.
When the ruler gauge is located at the accommodating position, the clamping piece is clamped at the first limiting part, the first elastic piece is compressed between the ruler gauge and the base, when the pressing plate is pressed, the rotating shaft is linked to rotate so that the clamping piece is not clamped at the first limiting part, the ruler gauge protrudes out of the base to the maximum positioning position under the action of the first elastic force, and at the moment, the clamping piece is clamped at the second limiting part.
In the hole puncher of the invention, the pop-up unit further comprises a second elastic part arranged between the pressing plate and the base, and the second elastic part constantly provides a second elastic force for the pressing plate to be far away from the base, so that the pressing plate can return to the original position after the pressure is lost.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the ruler can be contained and pulled out through design, and the positioning face can be driven by the ruler to move on two sides of the first straight line, when the object to be punched with general size is punched, the ruler can be pulled out, the positioning face is used for supporting the object to be punched to provide a positioning effect, when the object to be punched with large size is punched, the ruler can be contained without causing the positioning plate to interfere punching, and therefore the effects of having a positioning function and not limiting the size of the object to be punched are achieved.

Detailed Description
Before the present invention is described in detail, it should be noted that in the following description, like elements are represented by like reference numerals.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, a first embodiment of the hole-punching machine of the present invention comprises a base 2, a hole-punching unit 3, and a ruler unit 4.
Defining a first line L1 passing through the base 2, the base 2 forms a placing slot 21 on one side of the first line L1 for placing at least one object 9 to be punched, and includes an abutting wall 22 extending along the first line L1 and defining the side boundary 211 of the placing slot 21 for abutting the object 9 to be punched inwards.
The punching unit 3 is disposed on the base 2 and used for punching the object 9 to be punched, and the operation manner of the punching unit 3 is well known in the art and will not be described herein.
The object 9 to be punched is generally paper, but may be any object that can be placed into the placing slot 21 from the outside to the inside and has a hardness that can be punched by the punching unit 3.
The ruler unit 4 comprises a ruler 41 disposed on the base 2 and capable of moving between a storage position and a maximum positioning position substantially along the extending direction of the first straight line L1, and a positioning plate 42 disposed at one end of the ruler 41 and having a positioning surface 421 against which the object 9 to be punched can abut.
It should be noted that the positioning plate 42 is a square with a narrow top and a wide bottom (as shown in fig. 2), and the positioning surface 421 indicates a place where the object 9 to be punched abuts, that is, a smaller square place above the positioning plate 42, so that when the ruler 41 is located at the accommodating position, the positioning plate 42 does not block the object 9 to be punched, and the positioning plate 42 has the structural strength of the positioning plate 42 itself.
The ruler 41 is disposed through the base 2 and located on a side of the first straight line L1 opposite to the placement groove 21 in the accommodating position, the extending line L2 of the ruler 41 has an intersection with the extending plane of the abutting wall 22 (as shown in fig. 3), where the extending plane refers to a vertical plane including the abutting wall 22, that is, the extending plane refers to a vertical plane where the first straight line L1 is located in fig. 2 and 3, and the intersection between the extending line of the ruler 41 and the extending plane of the abutting wall 22 means that the ruler 41 is not parallel to the first straight line L1 when viewed from the top of fig. 3.
In the embodiment, the ruler 41 further has three positioning positions between the storage position and the maximum positioning position for supporting and positioning different sizes of paper, but the ruler 41 may also include one, two or more than four positioning positions, and is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, in the storage position, the ruler 41 is stored in the base 2, the positioning plate 42 is close to the base 2, and the positioning surface 421 is located on a side of the first straight line L1 opposite to the placing slot 21, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, in the maximum positioning position, the ruler 41 protrudes from the base 2, the positioning plate 42 is far away from the base 2, and the positioning surface 421 is at least partially located on a side of the first straight line L1 identical to the placing slot 21 and can be used for abutting against the object to be punched 9.
In this embodiment, the ruler 41 has a protruding engaging portion 411, the base 2 includes a plurality of limiting portions 23 disposed along the moving path of the ruler 41, which are respectively labeled as 23a 23e for convenience of description, the limiting portions 23a 23e are matched with the engaging portion 411 to be a through-slot-shaped groove, and the engaging portion 411 is engaged with different limiting portions 23a 23e to respectively limit the ruler 41 at the accommodating position, the positioning position, and the maximum positioning position, but the engaging portion 411 may also be disposed on the base 2, and the limiting portion 23 is matched with the ruler 41, and is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 5, in the embodiment, the paper size suitable for the ruler 41 can be respectively marked at the position corresponding to the positioning position and the maximum positioning position, so that the user can see the paper size at a glance, and the use convenience is improved.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in general use, taking a paper sheet with a size of a4 commonly used in offices at present as an example, when a user wants to use the present embodiment, the user can manually pull out the ruler 41 to the position marked by a mark a4-E (a4 paper is straight), and engage the engaging portion 411 with the limiting portion 23c, thereby limiting the ruler 41 from moving freely, at this time, the ruler 41 partially protrudes from the base 2, the positioning plate 42 is away from the base 2, and the positioning surface 421 is at least partially located on a side of the first straight line L1 that is the same as the placing slot 21 and can be used for the object 9 to be punched to abut against, whereby, when the object 9 to be punched is placed in the placing slot 21, the edge of the object 9 to be punched can be positioned against the positioning surface 421 of the ruler 41, and the punching position of each time is the same.
When the size of the object 9 to be punched is larger than the size defined by the maximum positioning position, the ruler 41 can be accommodated to the accommodating position shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, at this time, the ruler 41 is accommodated in the base 2, the positioning plate 42 abuts against the base 2, and the positioning surface 421 is located on the side of the first straight line L1 opposite to the placing slot 21, at this time, when the object 9 to be punched is placed in the placing slot 21, the limitation is not at all blocked by the positioning surface 421, and therefore, the object 9 to be punched with any size can be placed for punching.
Through the above description, the advantages of the present embodiment can be summarized as follows:
firstly, the ruler 41 can be designed to move between the storage position and the maximum positioning position, and the positioning surface 421 is designed to be located on the side of the first straight line L1 opposite to the placing groove 21 when in the storage position, and is at least partially located on the side of the first straight line L1 same as the placing groove 21 when in the maximum positioning position, so that when the object 9 to be punched with the general size is punched, the ruler 41 can be pulled out, and the positioning surface 421 can be abutted against the object 9 to be punched to provide the positioning effect, when the object 9 to be punched with the large size is punched, the ruler 41 can be stored into the storage position, and the positioning plate 42 does not interfere with punching, thereby achieving the efficacy of having the positioning function and not limiting the size of the object 9 to be punched.
Secondly, by arranging the ruler 41 on the side of the base 2 opposite to the placing groove 21 and making the extension line of the ruler 41 and the extension plane of the abutting wall 22 have an intersection point, the object 9 to be punched can be abutted when being pulled out and the object 9 to be punched can not be blocked when being pushed in under the operation mode of keeping the ruler 41 to be pulled out and pushed in linearly.
Thirdly, the positioning position is set, and the clamping part 411 and the limiting parts 23a to 23e are matched, so that the positioning of the object 9 to be punched with various sizes can be provided, and the convenience in use is improved.
Referring to fig. 9, 10 and 11, a second embodiment of the hole punch of the present invention is shown, which is similar to the first embodiment, and the difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is:
the second embodiment also comprises an ejecting unit 5.
The ejecting unit 5 is disposed on the base 2 and provides a first elastic force for the ruler 41 to protrude out of the base 2. The pop-up unit 5 includes a rotating shaft 51 with two ends pivotally disposed at the bottom of the base 2, a pressing plate 52 extending from one side of the rotating shaft 51, a fastening member 53 extending from the other side of the rotating shaft 51 and capable of fastening to the ruler 41, a first elastic member 54 disposed between the ruler 41 and the base 2 and constantly providing the first elastic force, and a second elastic member 55 disposed between the pressing plate 52 and the base 2.
The second elastic member 55 constantly provides a second elastic force for the pressing plate 52 to move away from the base 2, so that the pressing plate 52 returns to the original position after the pressure is removed.
The ruler 41 has a first position-limiting portion 412 and a second position-limiting portion 413 at two ends, respectively.
As shown in fig. 9, 10 and 11, when the ruler 41 is located at the accommodating position, the engaging member 53 is engaged with the first position-limiting portion 412, the first elastic member 54 is compressed between the ruler 41 and the base 2, when a user wants to use a positioning function, the user only needs to press the pressing plate 52, and then the rotating shaft 51 is linked to rotate so that the engaging member 53 is not engaged with the first position-limiting portion 412, so that the ruler 41 protrudes out of the base 2 to the maximum positioning position shown in fig. 12 and 13 under the action of the first elastic force, and the second elastic force pushes the pressing plate 52 outwards to enable the engaging member 53 to be automatically engaged with the second position-limiting portion 413 inwards.
Thus, the second embodiment can achieve the same purpose and effect as the first embodiment, and by providing the ejecting unit 5, the user only needs to press the pressing plate 52 lightly, the ruler 41 will drive the positioning plate 42 to eject to the maximum positioning position, and the positioning plate is automatically positioned by the engaging member 53, so that the convenience in use can be greatly increased.
