the exhaust pipe 7 is positioned below the filter 14, and the filter 14 is positioned above the heating inner container 1.
The filter 14 is fitted in the recess 22, an input port 24 of the filter 14 is connected to the exhaust port 23, and an output port 25 of the filter 14 faces the outside of the case 21;
the recess 22 is provided for guiding the installation of the filter 14, and the filter 14 is detachably arranged on the recess 22 of the housing 21, so that the filter 14 is convenient to be detached and installed by a user, and the filter 14 is convenient to clean and maintain.
The filter 14 comprises a filter main body 26 arranged in the concave part 22, a filter screen 27 arranged in the filter main body 26 and a surface cover 28 arranged at the upper part of the filter main body 26;
the filter screen 27 is fully distributed with through holes;
when the face cover 28 is removed, the filter net 27 can be taken out, and the filter 14 is convenient to clean and maintain.
The inlet 24 is arranged at the bottom of the filtering main body 26, and the outlet 25 is arranged on the face cover 28;
the number of the output ports 25 is a plurality and the output ports are uniformly distributed on the surface cover 28 along the circumferential direction;
the output end of the exhaust pipe 7 is sleeved with a sealing ring 32;
the inlet 24 of the filter 14 extends into the exhaust pipe 7 and is positioned on the inner side of the sealing ring 32;
the input port 24 of the filter 14 protrudes downwards, and the sealing ring 32 is arranged to ensure that the input port 24 of the filter 14 is in sealed connection with the output end of the exhaust pipe 7, so that smoke is prevented from leaking into the cooking heater from the connection part of the input port 24 of the filter 14 and the output end of the exhaust pipe 7.
The projections of the input port 24 and the output port 25 on the horizontal plane are not overlapped, so that the output of the smoke in the filter 14 is slowed down, and water drops and oil drops are favorably accumulated in the filter 14 and attached to the inside of the filter 14 so as to realize backflow.
The bottom of the face cover 28 is provided with a coaming 33 which abuts against the inner side of the filter body 26.
Furthermore, the filter screen 27 is flat, a step part 62 is arranged on the filter main body 26 corresponding to the filter screen 27, and the filter screen 27 is arranged on the step part 62 to realize the placement and positioning of the filter screen 27;
a step groove 63 is formed on the inner side surface of the concave part 22 corresponding to the step part 62, and the step part 62 is embedded on the step groove 63 to realize the positioning of the step part 62;
the bottom surface of the surface cover 28 is provided with a positioning column 64 which is arranged on the filter screen 27 in a downward pressing manner, so that the filter screen 27 is positioned;
the number of the filter screens 27 is two, the filter screens 27 are arranged at intervals up and down, and the positioning columns 64 penetrate through the upper filter screen 27 and are arranged on the lower filter screen 27 in a downward pressing mode;
the number of the positioning columns 64 is three, and the positioning columns are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction;
the enclosure 33 is arranged on the upper filter screen 27;
the surface cover 28 and the filter screen 27 of the filter 14 are convenient to disassemble and assemble, and cleaning and maintenance are facilitated.
As an alternative technical scheme, the filter screen 27 is cylindrical, and a channel penetrating through the upper part and the lower part of the filter screen 27 is arranged in the filter screen 27;
a plurality of through holes which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction and the vertical direction are distributed on the filter screen 27.
The filter net 27 is located between the inner bottom surface of the filter main body 26 and the inner top surface of the bottom cover 28, and the filter net 27 is vertically positioned.
The inner bottom surface of the filtering main body 26 is provided with a lower limiting plate 29 positioned outside the filtering net 27, the inner top surface of the surface cover 28 is provided with an upper limiting plate 30 positioned inside the filtering net 27, the lower limiting plate 29 and the upper limiting plate 30 are respectively matched with the filtering net 27 to realize the positioning of the filtering net 27 in the horizontal direction, and the structure mode is convenient for directly taking out the filtering net 27 from the main body 26 after the surface cover 28 is detached;
the number of the filter screens 27 is at least two and is coaxially arranged from inside to outside at intervals, the filter screens 27 are positioned on the outer side above the input port 24, and the output port 25 is positioned on the outer side above the filter screens 27.
This arrangement slows the output of smoke in the filter 14, facilitating the accumulation of water and oil droplets in the filter 14 and their adherence to the filter 14 and back flow.
In this embodiment, the number of the filter screens 27 is two.

Claims (8)

1. A cooking heater is characterized by comprising a heating inner container (1) with an exhaust hole (40), a water tank (2), a steam generator (4) with an output end communicated with the heating inner container (1) and an input end connected with the output end of the water tank (2), an exhaust pipe (7) positioned outside the heating inner container (1) and connected with the exhaust hole (40), and an adjusting component arranged between the heating inner container (1) and the exhaust pipe (7) and used for changing the ventilation area of the exhaust pipe (7);
the adjusting assembly comprises a baffle plate (41) and a temperature sensing elastic sheet (42) which deforms according to the temperature and is arranged on the heating inner container (1) to exchange heat with the heating inner container (1), and the first end of the baffle plate (41) is connected with the temperature sensing elastic sheet (42);
when the temperature of the temperature sensing elastic sheet (42) is lower than the deformation temperature of the temperature sensing elastic sheet (42), the second end of the baffle (41) extends into the exhaust pipe (7) so as to reduce the ventilation area of the exhaust pipe (7);
when the temperature of the temperature sensing elastic sheet (42) is greater than or equal to the deformation temperature of the temperature sensing elastic sheet (42), the temperature sensing elastic sheet (42) deforms towards the direction far away from the exhaust pipe (7) to drive the baffle plate (41) to move towards the direction far away from the exhaust pipe (7) so as to increase the ventilation area of the exhaust pipe (7);
the exhaust pipe (7) is provided with a through hole (43) corresponding to the baffle plate (41), and the baffle plate (41) extends into the exhaust pipe (7) through the through hole (43);
a sealing sleeve (44) sleeved on the baffle (41) is arranged on the outer side of the through hole (43);
seal cover (44) including set up on blast pipe (7) and lie in face (45) of perforation (43) outside, connect pars contractilis (46) on face (45) and set up in face (45) and pars contractilis (46) and link up to the holding chamber (47) of perforation (43), baffle (41) set up in holding chamber (47).
2. The cooking heater according to claim 1, wherein the exhaust pipe (7) is provided with a pressure plate (48) for pressing the face portion (45) against the exhaust pipe (7), the face portion (45) being located between the exhaust pipe (7) and the pressure plate (48);
the sealing sleeve (44) comprises a sleeving part (49) which is connected to the telescopic part (46) and is opposite to the temperature sensing elastic sheet (42);
a column part (50) is arranged at the first end of the baffle (41), and the sleeving part (49) is fixedly connected to the outer side of the column part (50) in a sealing manner;
the column part (50) is provided with an installation column (51) extending into the temperature sensing elastic sheet (42), and the installation column (51) is provided with a limit table (52) abutting against the inner side surface of the temperature sensing elastic sheet (42).
3. The cooking heater according to claim 1, wherein the temperature sensing dome (42) comprises a plate-shaped body (53) and a deformation portion (54) provided on the plate-shaped body (53);
the deformation part (54) is formed by protruding a plate-shaped main body (53), the deformation part (54) is arranged in a protruding mode towards the baffle (41), and the deformation part (54) is connected with the first end of the baffle (41);
an inner concave part (55) opposite to the deformation part (54) is arranged on the heating inner container (1);
the deformation part (54) is provided with a plurality of groups of through grooves (56) which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction;
a mounting bracket (57) is arranged on the outer side of the heating inner container (1);
the mounting bracket (57) is provided with an insertion groove (58) positioned between the heating inner container (1) and the mounting bracket (57), the plate-shaped main body (53) is arranged in the insertion groove (58), and the mounting bracket (57) is provided with a notch (59) opposite to the deformation part (54).
4. The cooking heater according to claim 1, wherein the side of the exhaust pipe (7) is sleeved with a water pipe (9) positioned outside the adjusting component, and the output end of the exhaust pipe (7) is communicated with the atmosphere outside the cooking heater;
a gas channel (5) is arranged in the exhaust pipe (7), and a water channel (6) for exchanging heat with the gas channel (5) is formed between the outer side of the exhaust pipe (7) and the inner side of the water pipe (9);
the output end of the water tank (2) is connected with the input end of the waterway channel (6), and the output end of the waterway channel (6) is connected with the input end of the water tank (2).
5. The cooking heater according to claim 4, characterised in that a first duct (8) connecting the input of the air channel (5) and the heating inner container (1) is provided between the heating inner container (1) and the exhaust duct (7);
a second pipeline (12) for connecting the output end of the water tank (2) and the input end of the waterway channel (6) is arranged between the water tank (2) and the water pipe (9);
a third pipeline (13) for connecting the input end of the water tank (2) and the output end of the waterway channel (6) is arranged between the water tank (2) and the water pipe (9);
a fourth pipeline (61) is arranged between the output end of the water tank (2) and the input end of the steam generator (4);
the exhaust pipe (7) is in a fishhook shape, a U-shaped shape, a straight rod shape or a tortuous shape;
the side part of the exhaust pipe (7) is provided with a plurality of groups of annular grooves (15) which are distributed along the axial direction and are positioned at the inner side of the water through pipe (9); or the side part of the exhaust pipe (7) is provided with a thread groove wound along the axial direction of the exhaust pipe;
a drain pipe (10) penetrating through the water pipe (9) is arranged at the bottom of the exhaust pipe (7), and a water receiving disc (11) is arranged below the drain pipe (10);
the two ends of the water pipe (9) are arranged on the exhaust pipe (7) in a sealed mode, and the input end and the output end of the waterway channel (6) are located on the side portion of the water pipe (9).
6. The cooking heater according to claim 4, characterised in that a first water pump (70) is provided between the output of the water tank (2) and the input of the steam generator (4);
a second water pump (71) is arranged between the output end of the water tank (2) and the input end of the waterway channel (6);
the steam generator (4) is arranged at the side part or the upper part or the bottom of the heating inner container (1);
the exhaust pipe (7) is positioned at the outer side of the steam generator (4) and is arranged at the side part or the upper part or the bottom of the heating inner container (1);
the water tank (2) is positioned at the outer sides of the steam generator (4) and the exhaust pipe (7) and is arranged at the side part or the upper part or the bottom of the heating inner container (1).
7. The cooking heater according to claim 1, comprising a housing (21) provided outside the heating inner container (1) and a filter (14) detachably provided on the housing (21);
a concave part (22) is arranged on the shell (21), and an exhaust port (23) connected with the output end of the exhaust pipe (7) is arranged on the bottom surface of the concave part (22);
the filter (14) is embedded in the concave part (22), an input port (24) of the filter (14) is connected with the exhaust port (23), and an output port (25) of the filter (14) faces the outer side of the shell (21);
the filter (14) comprises a filter main body (26) arranged in the concave part (22), a filter screen (27) arranged in the filter main body (26) and a surface cover (28) arranged at the upper part of the filter main body (26);
the inlet (24) is arranged at the bottom of the filtering main body (26), and the outlet (25) is arranged on the face cover (28);
the number of the output ports (25) is a plurality, and the output ports are uniformly distributed on the surface cover (28) along the circumferential direction;
the output end of the exhaust pipe (7) is sleeved with a sealing ring (32);
the inlet (24) of the filter (14) extends into the exhaust pipe (7) and is positioned on the inner side of the sealing ring (32);
the projections of the input port (24) and the output port (25) on the horizontal plane are not overlapped;
the bottom of the face cover (28) is provided with a coaming (33) which is propped against the inner side face of the filtering main body (26).

The cooking heater as claimed in claim 7, wherein the strainer (27) is in a flat plate shape, the filter body (26) is provided with a step portion (62) corresponding to the strainer (27), the strainer (27) is disposed on the step portion (62), the inner side surface of the recess (22) is provided with a step groove (63) corresponding to the step portion (62), the step portion (62) is fitted in the step groove (63), the bottom surface of the cover (28) is provided with positioning posts (64) pressed down on the strainer (27), the strainers (27) are provided in two groups and arranged at intervals up and down, the positioning posts (64) penetrate through the upper strainer (27) and are pressed down on the lower strainer (27), and the surrounding plate (33) is disposed on the upper strainer (27);
or, filter screen (27) are the tube-shape, be equipped with the passageway that link up its upper portion and lower part in filter screen (27), filter screen (27) are located between the interior top surface of the interior bottom surface of filtering main part (26) and face lid (28), be equipped with lower limiting plate (29) that are located the filter screen (27) outside on the interior bottom surface of filtering main part (26), be equipped with upper limiting plate (30) that are located filter screen (27) inboard on the interior top surface of face lid (28), the quantity of filter screen (27) is two sets of at least and arranges from inside to outside coaxial interval, filter screen (27) are located the outside of input port (24) top, delivery outlet (25) are located the outside of filter screen (27) top.
