导电端子
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种导电端子,尤其是一种安装于电连接器的导电端子。
【背景技术】
中国实用新型专利公告第CN208157699U号揭示了一种安装于电连接器的导电端子,所述导电端子用于电性连接一芯片模组至一电路板,所述导电端子包括主体部以及分别连接主体部上下两端的上弹臂与下弹臂,当芯片模组下压时,所述导电端子被挤压以使得上弹臂与下弹臂彼此抵接,从而实现从而实现导电端子的多个导电路径,改善信号传输性能。上述导电端子通常使用一种材料制成,例如铜材,并且需要同时提供一定的弹性以用于形变以及提供良好导电性以确保电性连接的可靠性,然而,强度越高的铜材其导电性越差,难以满足导电端子的上述同时具备高弹性与高导电性的需求。
基于所述的现有技术,确有必要对现有的导电端子进行改进。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种兼具高导电性与高强度的导电端子。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种导电端子,包括分开设置的导电部与弹性部,所述导电部包括导电主体部、自所述导电主体部向上倾斜延伸的上导电臂以及自所述导电主体部向下倾斜延伸的下导电臂,所述弹性部包括弹性主体部、自所述弹性主体部向上弯折延伸的上弹性臂以及自所述弹性主体部向下弯折延伸的下弹性臂,所述导电主体部与所述弹性主体部贴合在一起,且所述上弹性臂以先远离所述上导电臂再靠近所述上导电臂的方式延伸,所述下弹性臂以先远离所述下导电臂再靠近所述下导电臂的方式延伸。
进一步地,所述导电部采用高导电率材料制成,所述弹性部采用高强度材料制成。
进一步地,所述上导电臂设有上接触部,所述上弹性臂搭接于所述上接触部的下表面,所述下导电臂设有下接触部,所述下弹性臂搭接于所述下接触部的上表面。
进一步地,所述导电端子设有相对的第一侧与第二侧,所述导电部位于弹性部的第一侧,所述导电主体部竖直延伸,所述上导电臂包括自所述导电主体部朝所述第一侧向上倾斜延伸的上倾斜部以及自上倾斜部向所述第二侧反向弯折的所述上接触部,所述下导电臂包括自所述导电主体部朝所述第一侧向下倾斜延伸的下倾斜部以及自下倾斜部向所述第二侧反向弯折的所述下接触部。
进一步地,所述弹性主体部竖直延伸,所述上弹性臂包括自所述弹性主体部朝所述第二侧向上弯折延伸的第一段以及自所述第一段再朝所述第一侧反向弯折并向上倾斜延伸的第二段,所述下弹性臂包括自所述弹性主体部朝所述第二侧向下弯折延伸的第三段以及自所述第三段再朝所述第一侧反向弯折并向下倾斜延伸的第四段。
进一步地,所述上弹性臂的长度大于所述上倾斜部的长度,所述下弹性臂的长度大于所述下倾斜部的长度,在竖直方向上,所述弹性主体部的长度小于所述导电主体部的长度。
进一步地,所述弹性主体部包括向所述第一侧凸伸的卡持块,所述导电主体部设有卡持孔,所述卡持块对应地固持于所述卡持中。
进一步地,所述导电主体部设有一个或多个V型槽,所述V型槽沿着与所述导电部的延伸方向垂直的方向延伸。
进一步地,所述V型槽自所述导电主体部的第一侧向内凹陷。
进一步地,所述V型槽分别设置于所述导电主体部与所述上、下导电臂的交界处。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明导电端子采用两种材料制成,可兼备高导电性与高强度的特点,有利于提升端子的传输性能以及使用寿命,同时,所述弹性部主体部与导电部主体部贴合在一起,且所述上、下弹性臂的长度分别长于上、下倾斜部的长度,有利于进一步提升导电端子的弹性。

【具体实施方式】
以下,将结合图1至图10介绍本发明的导电端子的具体实施方式。
本发明提供了一种导电端子100,用于安装至一电连接器(未图示)以在一芯片模组(未图示)与电路板(未图示)之间建立电性连接,所述导电端子100包括分开设置的导电部1与弹性部2,所述导电部1包括导电主体部10、自所述导电主体部10向上倾斜延伸的上导电臂11以及自所述导电主体部10向下倾斜延伸的下导电臂12。所述弹性部2包括弹性主体部20、自所述弹性主体部20向上弯折延伸的上弹性臂21以及自所述弹性主体部 20向下弯折延伸的下弹性臂22。所述导电主体部10与所述弹性主体部20 贴合在一起,且所述上弹性臂21以先远离所述上导电臂11再靠近所述上导电臂11的方式延伸,所述下弹性臂22以先远离所述下导电臂12再靠近所述下导电臂12的方式延伸,从而使所述弹性部2的延伸长度大于所述导电部1的延伸长度,有利于让所述弹性部2保持良好的弹性。
图1至图6为本发明导电端子的第一实施例,以下将结合图1至图6介绍本发明之导电端子。所述导电部1采用高导电率材料制成,如铜材,所述弹性部2采用高强度材料制成,所述高强度材料的弹性较佳。所述上导电臂 11设有上接触部110,所述上弹性臂21搭接于所述上接触部110的下表面,所述下导电臂12设有下接触部120,所述下弹性臂22搭接于所述下接触部 120的上表面,从而将所述弹性部2卡持于所述上、下接触部110、120之间。在本实施例中,所述弹性主体部20的两侧设有倒刺结构201,所述倒刺结构201用于将所述导电端子100固定至所述电连接器,当所述芯片模组下压所述导电端子100时,所述芯片模组接触所述上接触部110,所述电连接器接触所述下接触部120,所述导电端子100在上下方向上被压缩,所述上、下弹性臂21、22因具有良好的弹性而比所述上、下导电臂的形变程度大,可有效承载所述导电端子100被压缩变形时的弹力,不易被折断,同时,因所述导电部1的材料为高导电率材料,可保证导电端子100在具有良好的弹性的同时还具有良好的导电性,有利于提升端子的传输性能以及使用寿命。
参阅图3至图5,所述导电端子100设有相对的第一侧与第二侧,所述导电部1位于弹性部2的第一侧,所述导电主体部10竖直延伸,所述上导电臂11包括自所述导电主体部10朝所述第一侧向上倾斜延伸的上倾斜部 111以及自上倾斜部111向所述第二侧反向弯折的所述上接触部110,所述下导电臂12包括自所述导电主体部10朝所述第一侧向下倾斜延伸的下倾斜部121以及自下倾斜部121向所述第二侧反向弯折的所述下接触部120。所述弹性主体部20竖直延伸,所述上弹性臂21包括自所述弹性主体部20朝所述第二侧向上弯折延伸的第一段211以及自所述第一段211再朝所述第一侧反向弯折并向上倾斜延伸的第二段212,所述下弹性臂22包括自所述弹性主体部20朝所述第二侧向下弯折延伸的第三段221以及自所述第三段221 再朝所述第一侧反向弯折并向下倾斜延伸的第四段222。所述上弹性臂21 的长度大于所述上倾斜部111的长度,所述下弹性臂22的长度大于所述下倾斜部121的长度,在竖直方向上,所述弹性主体部20的长度小于所述导电主体部10的长度。如此设置,有利于使所述上、下弹性臂21、22设置为较长的长度,以确保所述导电端子100具有良好的弹性,不易在使用的过程中由于压力过大而损坏。
结合图6,所述弹性主体部20包括向所述第一侧凸伸的卡持块202,所述导电主体部10设有卡持孔101,所述卡持块202对应地固持于所述卡持中101,以将所述导电部1与所述弹性部2组装在一起。所述导电主体部10设有一个或多个V型槽102,所述V型槽102沿着与所述导电部1的延伸方向垂直的方向延伸,所述V型槽102可减小所述导电部1的刚性,有利于所述导电部1在被压缩时能够顺利地发生弹性形变。所述V型槽102 自所述导电主体部10的第一侧向内凹陷。所述V型槽102可选择性地设置于所述导电主体部10上,在本发明的导电端子的第一实施例中,设置有两个所述V型槽102,两个所述V型槽102分别设置于所述导电主体部10与所述上、下导电臂11、12的交界处。图8至图10为本发明导电端子的第二实施例,第二实施例的其他技术特征与第一实施例大致相同,此处便不再赘述,不同的是,在第二实施例中,所述V型槽102设置于所述导电主体部 10的中间位置。
本发明导电端子通过采用两种材料制成,所述导电部1为导电率材料,所述弹性部2为高弹性材料,因此所述导电端子100可兼备高导电性与高强度的特点,不易折断,有利于提升端子的传输性能以及使用寿命,同时,所述弹性部主体部20与导电部主体部10贴合在一起,且所述上、下弹性臂 21、22的长度分别长于上、下倾斜部111、121的长度,有利于进一步提升导电端子100的弹性。

Claims (10)

1.一种导电端子,包括分开设置的导电部与弹性部,所述导电部包括导电主体部、自所述导电主体部向上倾斜延伸的上导电臂以及自所述导电主体部向下倾斜延伸的下导电臂,所述弹性部包括弹性主体部、自所述弹性主体部向上弯折延伸的上弹性臂以及自所述弹性主体部向下弯折延伸的下弹性臂,所述上导电臂设有上接触部,所述下导电臂设有下接触部,其特征在于:所述导电主体部与所述弹性主体部均呈竖直延伸且贴合在一起,且所述上弹性臂自所述弹性主体部以先远离所述上导电臂再靠近所述上导电臂的方式延伸,所述下弹性臂自所述弹性主体部以先远离所述下导电臂再靠近所述下导电臂的方式延伸,所述上弹性臂搭接于所述上接触部,所述下弹性臂搭接于所述下接触部。
2.如权利要求1所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述导电部采用高导电率材料制成,所述弹性部采用高强度材料制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述上弹性臂搭接于所述上接触部的下表面,所述下弹性臂搭接于所述下接触部的上表面。
4.如权利要求3所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述导电端子设有相对的第一侧与第二侧,所述导电部位于弹性部的第一侧,所述上导电臂包括自所述导电主体部朝所述第一侧向上倾斜延伸的上倾斜部以及自上倾斜部向所述第二侧反向弯折的所述上接触部,所述下导电臂包括自所述导电主体部朝所述第一侧向下倾斜延伸的下倾斜部以及自下倾斜部向所述第二侧反向弯折的所述下接触部。
5.如权利要求4所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述上弹性臂包括自所述弹性主体部朝所述第二侧向上弯折延伸的第一段以及自所述第一段再朝所述第一侧反向弯折并向上倾斜延伸的第二段,所述下弹性臂包括自所述弹性主体部朝所述第二侧向下弯折延伸的第三段以及自所述第三段再朝所述第一侧反向弯折并向下倾斜延伸的第四段。
6.如权利要求5所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述上弹性臂的长度大于所述上倾斜部的长度,所述下弹性臂的长度大于所述下倾斜部的长度,在竖直方向上,所述弹性主体部的长度小于所述导电主体部的长度。
7.如权利要求5所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述弹性主体部包括向所述第一侧凸伸的卡持块,所述导电主体部设有卡持孔,所述卡持块对应地固持于所述卡持孔中。
8.如权利要求5-7中任一项所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述导电主体部设有一个或多个V型槽,所述V型槽沿着与所述导电部的延伸方向垂直的方向延伸。
9.如权利要求8所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述V型槽自所述导电主体部的第一侧向内凹陷。
10.如权利要求9所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述V型槽分别设置于所述导电主体部与所述上、下导电臂的交界处。
