Abstract
The invention discloses a system and a method for sequencing online voices of automobile parts, belonging to the technical field of automobiles, and comprising a voice interaction module and a data processing module, wherein the voice interaction module and the data processing module perform data interaction through a wireless local area network; the voice interaction module is used for converting the voice instruction signal into a digital signal for controlling sequencing, and the data processing module is used for receiving the signal of the voice interaction module and carrying out sequencing processing or stopping processing. The invention provides a system and a method for sorting automobile parts by-line voice, which can improve the sorting work accuracy of a supermarket sorting area of a main engine factory assembly workshop, reduce economic loss and service quality reduction caused by production stop, reduce the difficulty of part number and part identification, optimize the operation time of 5S/station, reduce the operation load of staff from 98% to 90%, and improve the accuracy of voice sorting to more than 99.99%.

Background
To ensure that the production line of the mainframe plant produces at high efficiency, the parts need to be sent to the production line via a sorting operation. The traditional paper work flow comprises the following steps: 1. reading a stock list, 2, confirming serial number continuity, 3, checking identification part information according to the part number, 4, checking billboard part number information, 5, confirming that the part number corresponds to an engine appearance difference model, 6, checking FIS single-collar key information, 7, confirming that the part appearance is matched with the part number, and 8, flapping a release button;
the existing sorting mode depends on the traditional manual work and paper sorting list, and due to the working characteristics of people, the part sorting accuracy is limited; or paper is taken as a carrier, other work cannot be carried out each time information is acquired, the information which is just acquired needs to be remembered in the process of goods taking so as to distinguish goods, and no verification measure is taken. The whole process has the defects of large paper consumption, long waiting time, easy forgetting of information and no verification.

In order to overcome the defects of limited part sorting accuracy and the like due to the working characteristics of people in the prior art, the invention provides the automobile part online voice sorting system and the method, which can improve the sorting work accuracy of the supermarket sorting area of the main engine plant assembly workshop, reduce the economic loss and the reduction of the service quality caused by production stop, reduce the identification difficulty of part numbers and parts, optimize the operation time of 5S/station, reduce the operation load of staff from 98% to 90%, and improve the accuracy of voice sorting to more than 99.99%.

The library position corresponding to the unique identifying code and the serial number corresponding to the unique chassis number are in mutual verification relationship.
For example, the engine of the stock position 1 verification 3352 serial number 3429 chassis number 7638 needs to be sequenced, the voice interaction module receives the latest engine information called by the data processing module to prompt the employee to stock position 1, the employee speaks the verification code "3352" after getting the goods to the correct stock position, the data processing module compares the database, the voice interaction module sends out a prompt sound "serial number 3429" after verification is correct, and the employee speaks the chassis number "7638" and finishes the operation after verification is carried out by the data processing module again. During the period, if the verification code or the chassis number does not accord with the database information, the voice interaction module prompts an error.
