Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a service prompting method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to a situation where a driver cannot handle important telephone, email, and information services during driving. The service prompting method can be executed by a service prompting device, the service prompting device can be realized in a software and/or hardware mode, and the service prompting device can be integrated on any vehicle-mounted terminal with a network communication function. As shown in fig. 1, the service method may include:
step 101, when the current service of the mobile terminal is detected, determining the service priority corresponding to the current service; wherein, the current service comprises: voice traffic or data traffic.
In the embodiment of the application, when a user is in a vehicle driving process, the mobile terminal such as a mobile phone or a computer of the user can receive only one mobile terminal service at the same time, and can also receive at least two mobile terminal services at the same time. Optionally, for a situation that a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone or a computer of a user only receives one mobile terminal service at the same time, the mobile terminal received at the same time may be directly used as the current service of the embodiment. For the situation that the mobile terminal such as a mobile phone or a computer of the user receives at least two mobile terminal services at the same time, each of the received at least two mobile terminal services can be used as the current service of the embodiment. At this time, each of the at least two received mobile terminal services may be respectively used as a current service to successively execute the method of the embodiment.
In the embodiment of the application, the mobile terminal service may include telephone information, mail information, communication software call information, or the like. According to the service processing mode of the mobile terminal service, the telephone information, the mail information or the communication software call information in the mobile terminal can be divided into a voice service and a data service. The voice service can be a service for information processing by a user in a voice mode; the data service may be a service in which a user performs information processing in a text manner or a picture manner. Optionally, the telephone information in the mobile terminal service and the voice information in the communication software call information may be collectively referred to as a voice service; mail information in mobile terminal services and text information in communication software call information may be collectively referred to as data services. The communication software of the mobile terminal such as a mobile phone or a computer may transmit text information, voice telephone information, and video telephone information, and the communication software may be WeChat, QQ, or the like. Therefore, the information processing service executed by sending the text message in the communication software call information can be used as a data service; and the information processing service executed by sending voice, making voice call and video call in the communication software call information can be used as the voice service.
In the embodiment of the application, when the user is in the process of driving the vehicle, the service priorities of the mobile terminal industry received by the mobile terminal such as a mobile phone or a computer of the user are different each time, that is, the service priorities of the current services of the mobile terminal detected by the service prompting device each time may not be the same. Therefore, when the service prompting device detects the current service of the mobile terminal each time, the service priority corresponding to the current service can be determined.
And 102, when the service priority of the current service is higher than a preset priority threshold, prompting the current service to a user.
In the embodiment of the present application, the service priority may reflect a degree of whether the current service needs to be preferentially processed. In order to better judge whether the current traffic needs to be processed immediately during driving, a priority threshold value can be preset. When the priority of the current business is higher than the preset priority threshold, the current business is required to be processed immediately in the driving process, and the processing cannot be delayed, and at the moment, the current business can be prompted to the user, so that the user can process the current business immediately in the driving process. When the priority of the current service is lower than or equal to the preset priority threshold, it may indicate that the current service does not need to be processed immediately during driving, and may choose to process the current service after driving is finished, and at this time, the current service may not be prompted to the user. Alternatively, the service priority may be represented by numerical ordering. When the numerical value is larger, the service priority is higher, and the degree that the current service needs to be immediately processed in the driving process is higher; and the smaller the value, the lower the traffic priority, indicating that the current traffic needs to be handled immediately during driving.
On the basis of the above embodiment of the present application, before determining the service priority corresponding to the current service, the method further includes: when a mobile terminal needing to be connected is detected, a connection request for establishing connection with the mobile terminal is sent to a user; and when response information that the user agrees to establish connection with the mobile terminal is received, acquiring the configuration information of the mobile terminal, and determining to establish connection with the mobile terminal according to the configuration information.
In the embodiment of the application, after the user enters the automobile, the service prompt device can detect whether the mobile terminal needing to be connected exists. When detecting that there is a mobile terminal that requires a connection, a connection request to establish a network connection with the mobile terminal may be sent to the user. The connection request may be to inquire whether the user establishes a connection with the mobile terminal in a voice inquiry manner, and take over the voice information of the mobile terminal. The service prompting device can detect the response to the connection request sent by the user in real time, and can acquire the configuration information of the mobile terminal when receiving the response information that the user agrees to establish the connection with the mobile terminal. If the mobile terminal is selected to be connected with the bluetooth mode, the configuration information of the mobile terminal may include identity information, password information and the like of the mobile terminal; if the mobile terminal is connected with the wireless WIFI mode, the configuration information of the mobile terminal can include identity information, password information, interface address information and the like of the mobile terminal. After obtaining the configuration information of the mobile terminal, it may be determined to establish a connection with the mobile terminal according to the configuration information. After the connection with the mobile terminal is established, the mobile terminal such as a mobile phone or a computer connected with the mobile terminal can be directly taken over through the service prompting device.
The service prompting method provided by the embodiment of the invention determines the service priority corresponding to the current service when the current service of the mobile terminal is detected, and prompts the current service to a user when the service priority of the current service is higher than the preset priority threshold. The embodiment of the invention solves the problems that when a user receives services such as telephone, short message or mail in the driving process, the user needs to analyze which services need to be processed immediately and which services can be processed later, and the attention of a driver is influenced to a greater or lesser extent, so that potential safety hazards are caused, and the important telephone, mail and communication software information services are processed under the condition that the safe driving of the driver is not influenced.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a service prompting method provided in the second embodiment of the present invention, and the second embodiment of the present invention performs specific optimization based on the above-described embodiments. As shown in fig. 2, the service alerting method may include:
step 201, when the current service of the mobile terminal is detected, obtaining a current service identifier corresponding to the current service and a current contact corresponding to the current service.
In the embodiment of the present application, the current service may include a voice service or a data service. The telephone information in the mobile terminal service and the voice information in the communication software call information can be collectively called as voice service; mail information in mobile terminal services and text information in communication software call information may be collectively referred to as data services. When the service prompting device detects the current service of the mobile terminal, the current service identifier of the current service of the mobile terminal and the current contact corresponding to the current service can be acquired. The current service identity may be used to distinguish the type of current service of the mobile terminal. For example, whether the current service belongs to a voice service or a data service is judged through the current service identifier; and further judging whether the current service belongs to the service to which the voice information in the telephone information or the communication software call information in the voice service belongs or the service to which the mail information in the data service and the text information in the communication software call information belong. The current contact may currently send the contact of the current service to the mobile terminal of the user. For example, the current contact may be a person who is currently making a call to the user's mobile terminal, a person who is currently sending an email to the user's mobile terminal, or a person who is sending a message to the user through some system communication software.
In the embodiment of the present application, the current service may be a telephone voice service, a mail data service, a communication software information voice service, or a communication software information data service. The telephone voice service, the mail data service, the communication software information voice service or the communication software information data service can carry identification information which is consistent with the service types of the respective services. Optionally, while obtaining the current service identifier corresponding to the current service and the current contact corresponding to the current service, the service information content of the current service may also be obtained. For example, when the current service is a telephone voice service, the service information content of the current service may include a telephone number in the current telephone voice service; when the current service is a mail data service, the service information content of the current service may include mail subject content and mail body content in the mail data service; when the current service is a communication software information voice service or a communication software information data service, the service information content of the current service may include communication software information content in the communication software information voice service or the communication software information data service.
Step 202, determining a current priority database corresponding to the current service according to the current service identifier corresponding to the current service.
In the embodiment of the application, the telephone voice service, the mail data service, the communication software information voice service or the communication software information data service can be provided with corresponding service priority databases. The service priority database corresponding to the telephone voice service can be collectively called as a telephone priority database; the service priority database corresponding to the mail data service can be collectively called as a mail priority database; the communication software information voice service or the communication software information data service shares one service priority database, which may be collectively referred to as a communication software priority database. The telephone priority database, the mail priority database and the communication software priority database can respectively carry identification information of telephone voice service, mail data service, communication software information voice service or communication software information data service. Because the mapping relation is established between each service and each service priority database through the identification information, the current priority database corresponding to the current service can be determined according to the current service identification corresponding to the current service.
In the embodiment of the application, as for the telephone priority database, optionally, the service prompting device may directly pull the contact address list, the driving office telephone white list and the crank call black list in the mobile terminal when initially establishing a connection with the mobile terminal such as a mobile phone or a computer of the user. And then storing the contact address list, the white list of the driving office calls and the black list of the crank calls in a telephone priority database. For the mail priority database, optionally, the service prompting device may directly pull the white list of the driving office mail and the key word list of the important mail in the mobile terminal when initially establishing a connection with the mobile terminal such as a mobile phone or a computer of the user. The driving office mail white list and the important mail keyword name list are then stored in a mail priority database. For the communication software information priority database, optionally, the service prompting device may directly pull the driving office communication software information white list and the important information content keyword list in the mobile terminal when initially establishing a connection with the mobile terminal such as a mobile phone or a computer of the user. And then storing the driving office communication software information white list and the important information content keyword list in a communication software information priority database.
Step 203, determining the service priority of the current service corresponding to the current contact in the current priority database corresponding to the current service.
In the embodiment of the application, the telephone priority database, the mail priority database and the communication software priority database may all include a plurality of contacts and service priorities of current services corresponding to the contacts. And mapping relations exist between each contact person and the service priority of the current service corresponding to the contact person. After the current contact corresponding to the current service is obtained, the current contact can be searched in the current priority database corresponding to the current service, and the service priority corresponding to the current service is determined according to the mapping relation between the current contact and the service priority of the current service corresponding to the current contact. The service priority may reflect a degree of whether the current service needs to be preferentially processed.
In this embodiment of the present application, when the current service is a telephone voice service, optionally, determining, in the current priority database corresponding to the current service, a service priority of the current service corresponding to the current contact may specifically be: and if the current contact is in the contact address list and is also in a white list of the driving office telephone, determining that the current service corresponding to the current contact belongs to the first-level service. And if the current contact is in the contact address list but not in the driving office telephone white list, determining that the current service corresponding to the current contact belongs to the second-level service. And if the current contact person is not in the contact person address list but in the crank call blacklist, determining that the current service corresponding to the current contact person belongs to the third-level service. And if the current contact person is not in the contact person address list and is not in the crank call blacklist, determining that the current service corresponding to the current contact person belongs to the fourth-level service. The first-level service, the second-level service, the third-level service and the fourth-level service are all provided with corresponding service priorities, and the priority of the first-level service is greater than that of the fourth-level service, the priority of the second-level service is greater than that of the third-level service. For example, the priority of the first level service is 9, the priority of the fourth level service is 7, the priority of the second level service is 5, and the priority of the third level service is 3. It should be noted that the priorities set for the first-level service, the second-level service, the third-level service, and the fourth-level service are different. The contact address book can comprise contact information of the user in a telephone directory of the mobile terminal; the driving office telephone white list can comprise important contact information screened by the user in the contact address list; the crank call blacklist can be crank call contact information marked by the user or marked by a network.
In this embodiment of the present application, when the current service is a mail data service, optionally, determining, in a current priority database corresponding to the current service, a service priority of the current service corresponding to the current contact may specifically be: and if the current contact is in the white list of the driving office mails, determining that the current service corresponding to the current contact belongs to the first-level service. And if the current contact is not in the driving office mail white list, determining that the current service corresponding to the current contact belongs to the second-level service. The first-level service and the second-level service are both provided with corresponding service priorities, and the priority of the first-level service is greater than that of the second-level service. For example, the priority of the first level of traffic is 9 and the priority of the second level of traffic is 3. It should be noted that the priority set between the first-level service and the second-level service is different. The driving office mail white list may include user tagged important office mail contact information.
In addition, when the driving office mail white list is used for determining the service priority of the current service corresponding to the current contact, the service priority of the current service can be determined according to the mail content of the current service and the key word name of the important mail, namely the service priority of the current service can be determined by adopting the combination of the driving office mail white list and the key word list of the important mail. The mail content of the current service may include a mail header and a mail body content.
In this embodiment of the present application, when the current service is a communication software information voice service or a communication software information data service, optionally, determining the service priority of the current service corresponding to the current contact in the current priority database corresponding to the current service may specifically be: and if the current contact is in the white list of the driving office communication software information, determining that the current service corresponding to the current contact belongs to the first-level service. And if the current contact is not in the driving office communication software information white list, determining that the current service corresponding to the current contact belongs to the second-level service. The driving office communication software information white list may include important contact information corresponding to each communication software marked by the user.
In addition, when the current service corresponding to the current contact is determined by using the driving office communication software information white list, the service priority of the current service can be determined according to the communication software information content of the current service in combination with the important information content keyword list, that is, the service priority of the current service can be determined by adopting the combination of the driving office communication software information white list and the important information content keyword list. The communication software information content of the current service may include information content sent by a current contact in the communication software information.
And step 204, when the service priority of the current service is higher than a preset priority threshold, prompting the current service to a user.
In this embodiment, for the phone voice service, the priority of the current service may be divided into four levels, which are the first level service priority, the second level service priority, the third level service priority and the fourth level service priority, respectively, and the priority of the first level service > the priority of the fourth level service > the priority of the second level service > the priority of the third level service. Optionally, the priority of the first-level service and the priority of the fourth-level service are higher than the preset priority threshold, and the priority of the second-level service and the priority of the third-level service are lower than or equal to the preset priority threshold.
In this embodiment, for the mail data service, the priority of the current service may be divided into two levels, which are the priority of the first-level service and the priority of the second-level service, respectively, and the priority of the first-level service is greater than the priority of the second-level service. Optionally, the priority of the first-level service is higher than a preset priority threshold, and the priority of the second-level service is lower than or equal to the preset priority threshold.
In this embodiment of the present application, for a communication software information voice service or a communication software information data service, the priority of the current service may be divided into two levels, which are the priority of the first-level service and the priority of the second-level service respectively, and the priority of the first-level service is greater than the priority of the second-level service. Optionally, the priority of the first-level service is higher than a preset priority threshold, and the priority of the second-level service is lower than or equal to the preset priority threshold.
On the basis of the above embodiment of the present application, optionally, while determining the service priority of the current service corresponding to the current contact, the current driving information may also be obtained, and the current service and the current driving information are simultaneously prompted to the user.
In this embodiment, the current driving information may include link information of a link where the user is located during driving and speed information of the driving. For example, the link information may include information for prompting the user whether the link is clear, whether the link is an accident-dangerous link, whether the link has a monitoring device, and the like. The speed information includes information on the current driving speed of the user and whether the user is speeding or not. By simultaneously prompting the current business and the current driving information to the user, the user can be helped to make more rational guidance on whether to process the current business.
The service prompting method provided by the embodiment of the invention determines whether the current service needs to be prompted to the user by screening the current service, and prompts the current service to the user when determining that the current service can be prompted to the user.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a service prompting method provided by the third embodiment of the present invention, and the third embodiment of the present invention performs specific optimization based on the above embodiments. As shown in fig. 3, the service alerting method may include:
step 301, when the current service of the mobile terminal is detected, obtaining a current service identifier corresponding to the current service and a current contact corresponding to the current service.
Step 302, determining a current priority database corresponding to the current service according to the current service identifier corresponding to the current service.
Step 303, determining the service priority of the current service corresponding to the current contact in the current priority database corresponding to the current service.
Step 304, when the service priority of the current service is higher than the preset priority threshold, determining a prompting mode corresponding to the current service according to the current service identifier corresponding to the current service; wherein, the suggestion mode includes: a voice prompt mode, a ring prompt mode or a vibration prompt mode.
In the embodiment of the application, a current service identifier corresponding to a current service may carry a corresponding prompting mode, and when the service priority of the current service is higher than the preset priority threshold, the prompting mode selected when the previous service is prompted to a user may be determined to be a voice prompting mode, a ring prompting mode or a vibration prompting mode through the carried prompting mode. And when the service priority of the current service is lower than or equal to the preset priority threshold, the prompt mode corresponding to the current service is not determined any more.
And 305, prompting the current service to the user according to a prompting mode corresponding to the current service.
In the embodiment of the application, when the service priority of the current service is higher than the preset priority threshold, the current service is prompted to a user according to a prompting mode corresponding to the current service; and when the service priority of the current service is higher than the preset priority threshold, prompting the current service to the user according to a prompting mode corresponding to the current service. Optionally, the prompting the current service to the user according to the prompting mode corresponding to the current service may include: determining voice prompt information corresponding to the current service, and prompting the voice prompt information corresponding to the current service to a user in a voice prompt mode; or determining ringing prompt information corresponding to the current service, and prompting the ringing prompt information corresponding to the current service to a user in a ringing prompt mode; or determining vibration prompting information corresponding to the current service, and prompting the vibration prompting information corresponding to the current service to a user in a vibration prompting mode.
In the embodiment of the application, for the phone voice service, if the service priority of the current service is higher than the preset priority threshold, that is, if the current service belongs to the first-level service or the fourth-level service, one or more of the current contact, the phone number and the current driving information to which the current phone voice service belongs are played in a voice broadcasting manner, and the user is asked whether to answer the call. If the service priority of the current service is lower than or equal to the preset priority threshold, namely if the current service belongs to the second-level service or the third-level service, the call is directly hung up or the mute state is kept.
Illustratively, if the current service belongs to the first-level service, the current contact, the telephone number and the current driving information to which the current telephone voice service belongs are played in a voice broadcasting mode, and the user is asked whether to answer the call. And if the fact that the user agrees to answer the call is detected, controlling a mobile terminal of the user, such as a mobile phone or a computer, to connect the call, prompting the user to slow down in a voice broadcasting mode, and automatically opening a hands-free mode to carry out the call. If the user does not agree to answer the call, the mobile terminal such as a mobile phone or a computer of the user is not controlled to be connected with the call and keep a mute state, and preset information is sent to the current contact person.
For example, if the current service belongs to the second-level service, the mobile terminal such as a mobile phone or a computer of the user is not controlled to be connected, and the mute state is maintained, and meanwhile, preset information is sent to the current contact.
Illustratively, if the current service belongs to the third-level service, the mobile terminal such as a mobile phone or a computer of the user is controlled to directly hang up the phone.
For example, if the current service belongs to the fourth-level service, the current unfamiliar telephone number and the current driving information of the current telephone voice service are played in a voice broadcast mode, and the user is asked whether to answer the call. And if the fact that the user agrees to answer the call is detected, controlling a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone or a computer of the user to call, and inquiring whether a driver adds an unfamiliar number to a contact address list of the mobile terminal or not when the user answers the call and the call is finished. If the fact that the user agrees to add the strange telephone number is detected, the strange telephone number is transmitted to a mobile terminal of a mobile phone or a computer and the like of the user and is added into a corresponding contact address book, and meanwhile, the name of the strange telephone number needing to be stored in the contact address book is inquired; otherwise, the strange telephone number is not saved.
