According to the embodiment, when the vehicle-mounted camera module receives a camera request, a preset traffic violation behavior is captured to obtain a corresponding graph library, and the graph library is sent to the intelligent cabin control module; the intelligent cabin control module receives the atlas, stores the atlas, and uploads the stored atlas to the data management module; the data management module receives the stored atlas and synchronizes the stored atlas to the data verification module; the data verification module receives the stored gallery set, acquires preset violation rules, verifies image information in the gallery set according to the preset violation rules, and achieves processing of preset traffic violation behaviors according to verification results; the image information in the gallery is verified by the verification module through synchronizing the gallery set obtained by the snapshot of the preset traffic violation behaviors to the data verification module, so that the uploading of the traffic violation snapshots is realized, and compared with the prior art, the reality of the snapshot gallery set can be effectively improved through shooting and uploading through the independent controller built in the vehicle.
