In this embodiment, the national traffic violation system server is a system for traffic police to record and process national violations.
The traffic police nationwide violation system server is used for sending violation image information and corresponding violation vehicle information sent by the traffic management server to the first terminal, wherein the first terminal is used for the traffic police to verify whether the violation image information and the corresponding position vehicle information belong to the fact, and if the traffic police judges that the violation behavior belongs to the fact according to the violation image information and the corresponding violation vehicle information, the traffic police sends violation punishment results to the traffic police nationwide violation system server through the first terminal.
In this embodiment, the user terminal and the first terminal are both smart mobile terminals, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, and the like.
The intersection national violation system server is also used for receiving violation punishment results from the first terminal and sending the violation punishment results to the traffic management server;
and the traffic management server is also used for carrying out deep learning on the identification of the violation image information according to the violation punishment result.
In this embodiment, after receiving the violation image information and the corresponding violation vehicle information from the traffic management server, the traffic police national violation system server needs to log in the traffic police national violation system server for auditing, if the violation behavior in the violation image information is confirmed, a violation penalty result is generated according to the violation vehicle information, and the violation penalty result is synchronously transmitted to the traffic management service platform, and both an owner of the violation vehicle and an owner of the monitoring vehicle can check the violation penalty result on the traffic management service platform.
In addition, after receiving the violation punishment result sent by the national traffic violation system server, the traffic management server combines the driving image information and the corresponding violation image information to perform the deep learning of violation image/video identification.
The traffic management server is also used for generating a software upgrading package and sending the software upgrading package to the camera, and the software upgrading package is used for upgrading the software of the camera for identifying the violation image information. The traffic management server sends the software upgrading package to a processor chip of the camera through the wireless cellular module to upgrade the software.
In this embodiment, after receiving the violation image information and the corresponding violation vehicle information, the traffic police national violation system server needs to log in the traffic police national violation system server for auditing, if the violation behavior in the violation image information is confirmed to be in fact, a violation penalty result is generated according to the violation vehicle information, the violation penalty result is synchronously transmitted to the traffic management service platform, and both an owner of the violation vehicle and an owner of the monitoring vehicle can view the violation penalty result on the traffic management service platform.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a vehicle violation management method according to another embodiment, where the method includes steps S101 to S108.
In step S101, a camera on a running vehicle captures running image information of a vehicle around the vehicle.
Step S102, judging whether the driving image information of the surrounding vehicle comprises violation image information; and if the traffic control information comprises the violation image information, extracting the violation image information from the running image information, analyzing the violation image information to obtain the violation vehicle information corresponding to the violation image information, and sending the violation image information and the corresponding violation vehicle information to the traffic management server.
And step S103, the traffic management server sends the violation image information and the corresponding violation vehicle information to a preset database, generates a violation request to be confirmed, and sends the violation request to be confirmed to the user terminal.
And step S104, the user terminal receives the violation request to be confirmed from the traffic management server, and reads the violation image information and the corresponding violation vehicle information in the preset database for the vehicle driver to check and confirm.
And step S105, after the vehicle driver confirms the violation vehicle information, the user terminal sends the violation confirmation request to the traffic management server.
And step S106, after receiving the violation confirmation request of the user terminal, the traffic management server calls the violation image information and the corresponding violation vehicle information in the preset database and sends the violation image information and the corresponding violation vehicle information to the national violation system server of the traffic police.
Step S107, after receiving the violation image information and the corresponding violation vehicle information from the traffic management server, the traffic police national violation system server needs to log in the traffic police national violation system server for auditing, if the violation behaviors in the violation image information are confirmed, a violation punishment result is generated according to the violation vehicle information, the violation punishment result is synchronously transmitted to the traffic management server, and both an owner of the violation vehicle and an owner of the monitored vehicle can view the violation punishment result on the traffic management service platform.
And step S108, the traffic management server performs deep learning on the identification of the violation image information according to the violation punishment result.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the functions of the various methods in the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by computer programs. When all or part of the functions of the above embodiments are implemented by a computer program, the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the storage medium may include: a read only memory, a random access memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a hard disk, etc., and the program is executed by a computer to realize the above functions. For example, the program may be stored in a memory of the device, and when the program in the memory is executed by the processor, all or part of the functions described above may be implemented. Claims (10)

1. A vehicle violation management system is characterized by comprising a camera, a user terminal and a traffic management server;
the camera is arranged in the vehicle and used for acquiring running image information of vehicles around the running vehicle and judging whether the running image information of the vehicles around comprises violation image information or not; if the traffic control information comprises the violation image information, extracting the violation image information from the driving image information, analyzing the violation image information to obtain violation vehicle information corresponding to the violation image information, and sending the violation image information and the corresponding violation vehicle information to a traffic management server;
the traffic management server is used for sending the received violation image information and the corresponding violation vehicle information to a preset database, generating a violation request to be confirmed, and sending the violation request to be confirmed to the user terminal;
the user terminal is used for receiving the violation request to be confirmed from the traffic management server, and reading the violation image information and the corresponding violation vehicle information in the preset database according to the violation request to be confirmed so as to be checked and confirmed by a user of the user terminal;
the traffic management server is also used for calling the violation image information and the corresponding violation vehicle information in a preset database after receiving a violation confirmation request of the user terminal, and sending the violation image information and the corresponding violation vehicle information to the national violation system server of the traffic police;
the traffic police nationwide violation system server is used for sending the violation image information and the corresponding violation vehicle information to the first terminal, the first terminal is used for the traffic police to verify whether the violation image information and the corresponding position vehicle information belong to the real or not, and if the violation image information and the corresponding position vehicle information belong to the real, the first terminal sends a violation punishment result to the traffic police nationwide violation system server;
the intersection national violation system server is also used for receiving violation punishment results from the first terminal and sending the violation punishment results to the traffic management server;
and the traffic management server is also used for carrying out deep learning on the identification of the violation image information according to the violation punishment result.
2. The vehicle violation management system of claim 1 wherein said camera for determining whether said travel image information of a surrounding vehicle includes violation image information comprises:
and judging whether the driving image information of the peripheral vehicle comprises violation image information or not according to a preset violation rule, wherein the preset violation rule comprises at least one of line pressing driving and traffic signal violation.
3. The vehicle violation management system of claim 1 wherein extracting said violation image information from said travel image information comprises:
and automatically intercepting the violation image information in the driving image information through a picture video stream clipping tool.
4. The vehicle violation management system of claim 1 wherein the traffic management server is further configured to generate a software upgrade package based on the deep learning results and send the software upgrade package to the camera, the software upgrade package configured to upgrade software for identifying violation image information by the camera.
5. The vehicle violation management system of claim 4 wherein said camera sends said violation image information and its corresponding violation vehicle information to a traffic management server via a wireless cellular module;
and the traffic management server sends the software upgrading package to the camera through the wireless cellular module.
6. The vehicle violation management system of any one of claims 1-5 wherein said violation vehicle information is a vehicle license plate number.
7. A vehicle violation management method, comprising:
acquiring driving image information of a vehicle around the vehicle, which is acquired by the vehicle in driving; the running image information of the surrounding vehicle is acquired by a camera arranged on the running vehicle;
judging whether the driving image information of the surrounding vehicle comprises violation image information or not; if the traffic control information comprises the violation image information, extracting the violation image information from the driving image information, analyzing the violation image information to obtain violation vehicle information corresponding to the violation image information, and sending the violation image information and the corresponding violation vehicle information to a traffic management server;
the traffic management server sends the received violation image information and the corresponding violation vehicle information to a preset database, generates a violation request to be confirmed, and sends the violation request to be confirmed to the user terminal; the user terminal is used for receiving the violation request to be confirmed and reading violation image information and corresponding violation vehicle information in the preset database so as to be checked and confirmed by a user of the user terminal;
after receiving a violation confirmation request of a user terminal, the traffic management server calls violation image information and corresponding violation vehicle information in a preset database and sends the violation image information and the corresponding violation vehicle information to a national traffic police violation system server; the traffic police nationwide violation system server is used for sending the violation image information and the corresponding violation vehicle information to the first terminal, the first terminal is used for the traffic police to verify whether the violation image information and the corresponding position vehicle information belong to the real or not, and if the violation image information and the corresponding position vehicle information belong to the real, the first terminal sends a violation punishment result to the traffic police nationwide violation system server; the intersection national violation system server is further used for receiving violation punishment results from the first terminal and sending the violation punishment results to the traffic management server, so that the traffic management server can carry out deep learning on the identification of violation image information according to the violation punishment results.
8. The vehicle violation management method of claim 7 wherein said determining whether the travel image information of the nearby vehicle includes violation image information comprises:
and judging whether the driving image information of the peripheral vehicle comprises violation image information or not according to a preset violation rule, wherein the preset violation rule comprises at least one of line pressing driving and traffic signal violation.
9. The vehicle violation management method of claim 7 wherein the traffic management server is further configured to generate a software upgrade package and send the software upgrade package to the camera, the software upgrade package configured to upgrade software identifying violation image information for the camera.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized by comprising a program executable by a processor to implement the method of any one of claims 7 to 9.
