3. The monitoring method according to claim 1, wherein the record information includes an encrypted character string; the method further comprises the following steps after the recording information in the radio frequency chip in the license plate of the non-motor vehicle is obtained:
and decrypting the recorded information to obtain a decrypted character string.
4. The monitoring method of claim 1, wherein the determining violation information and/or authentication information for the non-motor vehicle based at least on the non-motor vehicle information and the recorded information comprises:
searching non-motor vehicle information corresponding to the record information in a database according to the record information to serve as standard information, wherein the database stores a plurality of record information and a plurality of non-motor vehicle information, and each record information corresponds to at least one non-motor vehicle information;
comparing the standard information with the non-motor vehicle information to obtain a comparison result;
and determining the violation information and/or the identity verification information of the non-motor vehicle according to the comparison result.
5. The monitoring method according to claim 4, wherein the non-motor vehicle information and the standard information comprise a non-motor vehicle license plate number and a non-motor vehicle owner characteristic, and the determining violation information and/or identity verification information of the non-motor vehicle according to the comparison result comprises:
if the comparison result shows that the license plate number of the non-motor vehicle in the standard information is not consistent with the license plate number of the non-motor vehicle in the non-motor vehicle information, determining that the violation information represents violation;
and if the comparison result shows that the non-motor vehicle owner characteristic in the standard information is inconsistent with the non-motor vehicle owner characteristic in the non-motor vehicle information, determining that the authentication information shows that the authentication is abnormal.
6. The monitoring method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the recorded information comprises an electronic product code of a radio frequency chip.
7. A monitoring server for a non-motor vehicle, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon computer instructions executable on the processor, wherein the processor, when executing the computer instructions, performs the steps of the monitoring method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. A monitoring system for a non-motor vehicle, comprising:
the camera shooting device is used for shooting a monitoring picture of the non-motor vehicle;
the radio frequency antenna is used for communicating with a radio frequency chip in a license plate of the non-motor vehicle;
the monitoring server of claim 7.
9. The monitoring system of claim 8, wherein the camera device comprises a first camera and a second camera, and the monitoring pictures comprise a front picture of the front side of the non-motor vehicle and a back picture of the back side of the non-motor vehicle;
the first camera is used for shooting a front picture of the non-motor vehicle, and the first camera is used for shooting a back picture.
10. A storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions, wherein the computer instructions when executed perform the steps of the monitoring method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
