Preferably, the violation identification system further comprises an active triggering device for actively triggering the backtracking module to automatically backtrack and extract the violation behavior process file recorded by the video acquisition device of the automobile data recorder, and the active triggering device comprises a voice triggering module and/or a manual triggering module. The voice triggering module can trigger the backtracking module through a voice instruction or trigger the driving record to directly acquire and transmit the process file of the violation behaviors, so that the intelligent module of the traffic violation monitor can prevent the traffic violation monitor from missing the acquisition of the violation behaviors (such as the condition that other vehicles use a far-off lamp in violation of regulations), and the driving safety of a user of the traffic violation monitor can be guaranteed.

The remote data center comprises a violation behavior checking module for checking the received process file, a pre-storage module for automatically numbering and registering and storing the process file for confirming that real violation behaviors exist, and a data transmission module for uploading the process file in the pre-storage module to a traffic management department. The vehicle-mounted intelligent networking real-time traffic violation monitoring device is characterized in that violation behaviors of vehicles (other vehicles and self vehicles) are identified by adopting each artificial intelligent module and unit of the vehicle-mounted intelligent networking real-time traffic violation monitoring device, when the violation behaviors are detected, equipment can automatically backtrack and record violation processes, and pack the violation processes into process files, upload the process files to a remote data center through a communication module for filing, verify the received violation records by a server of the remote data center, automatically number and register the violation records through a pre-storage module after confirming the violation behaviors, upload the vehicle violation process files to a traffic management department, and enter a violation processing flow.
Preferably, the remote data center further comprises a task issuing module, the corresponding violation identification system further comprises an emergency task processing module, the task issuing module issues a vehicle and/or pedestrian and/or behavior capturing task issued by a traffic management department to the emergency task processing module of the violation identification system of one or more vehicles through the data communication module, the emergency task processing module marks the vehicle and/or pedestrian and/or behavior capturing task as a violation behavior in the violation behavior identification module and records the violation behavior in a violation behavior comparison library, and the positions where the vehicle and/or pedestrian and/or behavior in the captured vehicle and/or pedestrian and/or behavior capturing task are located and process files are sent to the traffic management department in real time; and/or the video and/or the picture in the process file determined by each traffic management department to be penalized are/is required to be recorded into a violation behavior comparison library of the violation behavior identification module. So as to identify the information of a certain escaping vehicle and report the position of the escaping vehicle.
Preferably, the remote data center further comprises a reward module connected with an ETC (electronic toll collection) or bank account number of a vehicle owner or other collection modes, once the violation behavior process file uploaded by the vehicle owner is confirmed and authorized by a traffic management department, the reward module sends a part of penalty of the illegal behavior vehicle to the vehicle owner in a reward money mode so as to encourage the popularization of the traffic violation monitoring instrument. The traffic law enforcement frightening force is increased, and if the road user installs the equipment, the risk of the driver being penalized is increased, so that the driver can not suddenly and randomly drive against the rules and regulations, and the final purposes of improving the traffic order and reducing traffic accidents are achieved. The system has a particularly important significance for fully playing the role of the self-adaptive traffic signal control system. In addition, popularization and application of automatic traffic violation monitoring can improve the quality and safety awareness of drivers and can support smart cities and smart traffic infrastructures.
As preferred, remote data center and/or vehicular intelligence networking real-time traffic violation monitoring device links to each other like cell-phone or panel computer etc. with mobile terminal through communication module, mobile terminal includes intelligent networking real-time traffic violation monitoring application APP, intelligent networking real-time traffic violation monitoring application APP is including realizing the vehicle event data recorder video data transfer module of transferring to the control data, and in addition, the user also can pass through the violation of regulations action of cell-phone APP snap shot (vehicle and passenger), uploads to data center and records. The intelligent networking real-time traffic violation monitoring application APP can also comprise a user own illegal behavior query module, an illegal behavior penalty handling module and a navigation module for carrying out line navigation according to data provided by the traffic violation monitoring information center, and has the functions of user self-checking violation information, payment violation penalty, real-time road condition, destination line navigation and the like. Claims (10)

1. A vehicle-mounted intelligent networking real-time traffic violation monitoring device is characterized by comprising a vehicle event data recorder and a violation identification system arranged in the vehicle event data recorder, the violation identification system comprises a violation behavior identification module, a data backtracking module and a data communication module, the violation behavior recognition module receives the real-time picture acquired by the video acquisition device of the automobile data recorder, and judging whether the real violation behaviors exist on the real-time picture according to the speed and road conditions of the vehicle, if the violation behavior identification module identifies the real violation behaviors, triggering the backtracking module to automatically backtrack and pick up the real violation behavior process file recorded by the video acquisition device of the automobile data recorder, and the data communication module transmits the process file to the remote data center for filing through the data communication module.
2. The vehicle-mounted intelligent networking real-time traffic violation monitoring device according to claim 1, wherein the violation identification system further comprises an emergency task receiving and processing module, the emergency task processing module receives a vehicle and/or pedestrian and/or behavior capturing task issued by the traffic management department through the data communication module, and sends the position of the vehicle and/or pedestrian and/or behavior in the captured vehicle and/or pedestrian and/or behavior capturing task and a process file to the traffic management department in real time; the emergency task processing module comprises a voice interaction module, vehicle and/or pedestrian and/or behavior capturing tasks issued by the traffic management department are broadcasted to vehicle owners in real time through the voice interaction module, and the vehicle owners perform voice interaction with the traffic management department through the voice interaction module; and/or the vehicle-mounted intelligent networking real-time traffic violation monitoring device further comprises an SOS emergency processing device and a dangerous case identification module, the violation behavior identification module identifies the violation behaviors of the vehicle, and when the dangerous case identification module identifies that the vehicle has a dangerous case, the SOS emergency processing device calls a remote data center and/or an emergency center through voice and/or keys, or the dangerous case identification module triggers the SOS emergency processing device to automatically call the remote data center and/or the emergency center.
3. The vehicle-mounted intelligent networking real-time traffic violation monitoring device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the violation identification system further comprises an active triggering device for actively triggering the backtracking module to automatically backtrack and extract violation behavior process files recorded by a video acquisition device of the automobile data recorder, and the active triggering device comprises a voice triggering module and/or a manual triggering module.
4. The vehicle-mounted intelligent networked real-time traffic violation monitoring device according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein said process file comprises video and/or picture, and time, place, road condition and real-time vehicle speed information of video and/or picture acquisition.

The vehicle-mounted intelligent networking real-time traffic violation monitoring device according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the violation identification module comprises a violation comparison library updated in real time, the violations in the violation comparison library comprise one or more of illegal merging of the vehicle or other vehicles, illegal occupation of non-motorized lanes, illegal occupation of emergency lanes, retrograde motion, driving speed exceeding road limit speed, signal surging, illegal steering and illegal turning around, and each violation exists in the violation comparison library with various comparison logics.

An intelligent networking real-time traffic violation monitoring system, which is characterized by comprising a remote data center and the vehicle-mounted intelligent networking real-time traffic violation monitoring device of one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the remote data center comprises a violation behavior checking module for checking the received process file, a pre-storage module for automatically numbering, registering and storing the process file confirming that the real violation behavior exists, and a data transmission module for uploading the process file in the pre-storage module to a traffic management department.

The intelligent networked real-time traffic violation monitoring system of claim 6 wherein said remote data center further comprises a task issuing module, the corresponding violation identification system also comprises an emergency task processing module, the task issuing module issues a vehicle and/or pedestrian and/or behavior capturing task issued by a traffic management department to the emergency task processing module through the data communication module, the emergency task processing module marks the vehicle and/or pedestrian and/or behavior capturing task as the violation behavior in the violation behavior identification module and records the violation behavior into a violation behavior comparison library, and the positions and process files of the captured vehicles and/or pedestrians and/or behaviors in the vehicle and/or pedestrian and/or behavior capturing task are sent to a traffic management department in real time; and/or the video and/or the picture in the process file determined by each traffic management department to be penalized are/is required to be recorded into a violation behavior comparison library of the violation behavior identification module.

The intelligent networked real-time traffic violation monitoring system according to claim 6, wherein the remote data center further comprises a reward module connected with the vehicle owner ETC or bank account or other collection methods, and once the violation process file uploaded by the vehicle owner is confirmed and authorized by the traffic management department, the reward module issues a part of the fine punished by the illegal vehicle to the vehicle owner in the form of reward money.

The intelligent networked real-time traffic violation monitoring system of claim 6 wherein the remote data center and/or the vehicle-mounted intelligent networked real-time traffic violation monitoring device is coupled to the mobile terminal via a communication module, the mobile terminal includes an intelligent networked real-time traffic violation monitoring application, and the intelligent networked real-time traffic violation monitoring application includes one or more of a tachograph video data retrieval module, a user's own violation inquiry module, a violation penalty handling module, a navigation module for performing line navigation based on data provided by a traffic violation monitoring information center, and the violation identification system.

The intelligent networked real-time traffic violation monitoring system according to claim 6, wherein the remote data center is connected with a plurality of vehicle-mounted intelligent networked real-time traffic violation monitoring devices and/or other fixed monitoring instruments, and jointly identifies and uploads the violation behaviors of multiple vehicle violation change lines through the comprehensive processing module; and/or the vehicle-mounted intelligent networking real-time traffic violation monitoring devices are interconnected through the data communication modules; and/or the vehicle-mounted intelligent networking real-time traffic violation monitoring device is interconnected with other fixed monitoring instruments and/or roadside base stations through the data communication module.
