The construction method of the wooden keel glass curtain wall system comprises the following steps.
Firstly, manufacturing a side keel 3, a vertical keel 4, a top keel 5, a bottom keel 6, a cross keel 40, an upper vertical support 48 and a lower vertical support 49;
step two, mounting a top keel 5 and a bottom keel 6;
step three, installing a side keel 3: connecting the edge keel 3 with the structural column 1 through the first connecting groove 10 and the first fastener 53;
step four, installing a vertical keel 4: the upper end of the vertical keel 4 is connected with a top plate 13 of the main structure through a first top connecting piece 12, and the lower end of the vertical keel 4 is connected with a concrete ground 14 through a first bottom connecting piece 15;
step five, installing the glass panel 2;
step six, checking and accepting; the vertical keel 4 is required to be inspected for welding seams after installation, whether welding leakage occurs or not is judged, whether deformation occurs or not is judged most importantly, and retreatment is required when deformation is serious.
Seventhly, performing secondary anti-corrosion treatment until the construction of the wood keel glass curtain wall system is finished; the range of the secondary anti-corrosion treatment is all places where corrosion is likely to occur, and the secondary anti-corrosion treatment is needed because the original zinc coating is damaged by electric welding; the position of welding seam can not be considered alone during anticorrosive treatment, whole structure should be considered simultaneously, and the position of each iron spare of inspection carries out comprehensive anticorrosive treatment, and the brush should be brushed 2~3 inorganic zinc-rich priming paint during the processing, still brush fire prevention paint that has the fire prevention requirement.
In the embodiment, the vertical keels 4 are immediately reinforced after being adjusted and positioned, so that the requirements on construction preparation are tighter, particularly, the requirements on time control are tighter, and the requirements on electric welding machines and welding electrodes are completely met.
In the embodiment, when the vertical keel 4 is reinforced, high temperature is generated during electric welding, and residual deformation after cooling can be generated at high temperature; to control the reinforcement deformation, a detailed construction plan must be made. The scheme comprises the following steps: starting and ending positions of spot welding, and taking measures for controlling deformation during spot welding and implementing the measures specifically; the reinforcement can be carried out by adopting a method of temporarily adding the transverse keel 40 under the general condition, particularly, the reinforcement of the arc broken line can be carried out by welding only by installing part of the transverse keel firstly, but the transverse keel 40 is not positioned at the moment, so that the transverse keel 40 for controlling the deformation is installed in an invisible range indoors and generally in the height range of the structural concrete beam for ensuring the quality.
In this embodiment, the installation cross keel 40: the cross keel 4 is temporary, the installation of the cross keel 40 before reinforcement is carried out by a specially-assigned person, the installation is carried out according to a normal method although the cross keel 4 is temporary, and the installation of the temporary cross keel 40 is required to be absolutely accurate.
