Description

Large-span curtain wall system and installation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of buildings, in particular to the field of building curtain walls, and particularly relates to a large-span curtain wall system.
Background
The curtain wall that current general glass curtain wall system can realize is span little, and the atress is weak, and the security performance is poor can not adapt to the shortcoming of large-span curtain wall. The conventional large-span aluminum-clad steel glass curtain wall has the problems that the upright column is deep, heavy and not attractive, occupies a large amount of indoor space, and has inconsistent beam and upright column proportion. Many large-span glass curtain walls, outdoor big moulding in addition still need set up the fixed big moulding of fossil fragments, and indoor outdoor can not compromise. In conclusion, the existing glass curtain wall system is weak in stress, cannot realize large span, can realize the large-span glass curtain wall system, is large in depth, occupies indoor space, is not attractive and harmonious, and is not economical.
Such as building structures with large sheets of large-cell large-span curtain wall systems. For example, the distance between the upright columns is 2160mm, the span of the upright columns is as high as 17m, and the steel structure at the top can only bear horizontal load, so the upright columns of the curtain wall are compression upright columns, and the stress form is very unfavorable. The architect considers the indoor effect and the actual use feeling and requires that the depth of the indoor curtain wall steel upright post is not more than 200 mm. Aiming at the glass curtain wall system, the traditional conventional glass curtain wall system can not meet the stress requirement, the traditional aluminum-clad steel system is adopted, the stress requirement can be met only by calculating the depth of the upright column by more than 600mm, the indoor depth is very large, and the glass curtain wall system is very heavy. And the curtain wall occupies a large amount of indoor space, wastes indoor area, is large in indoor upright post and small in cross beam, is not harmonious, is not economical and attractive, and cannot meet the requirement of architects on lightness and attractiveness of the curtain wall.
