With the improvement of living standard of people, people also continuously put forward new requirements on wearing clothes, and the clothes not only need to show beautiful shape, but also need to keep comfort and warmth retention. The fabric is one of three elements of the clothes as a material for manufacturing the clothes, can explain the style and the characteristics of the clothes, and directly controls the expression effects of the color and the shape of the clothes.
Taking the wool-like fabric as an example, the acrylic fiber is usually used as a raw material and is subjected to special process treatment, so that the acrylic fiber has smoothness and softness similar to those of natural wool, is comfortable in hand feeling, has excellent dyeing performance, is convenient to manufacture various clothes, and has a good market prospect.
However, as shown in fig. 1, the root of the yarn of the face yarn layer 2 is connected with only one connection point of the ground yarn layer 1, and two yarns share one connection point, so that not only is the density of the yarn higher, but also the connection strength between the yarn and the ground yarn layer 1 is poorer, and the problem of easy hair falling exists.

The first warp, the first weft, the second warp, the second weft and the yarn in the step S1 are silk threads made of terylene. In this structure, through the silk thread that adopts the dacron to make, stability is better, and feel is better, and the restoring force is better.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that the yarns are woven on the first bottom net and the second bottom net according to a specific weaving mode, after the yarns are cut, two connection points are respectively arranged between each yarn on the first bottom net and between each yarn on the second bottom net and the second bottom net, compared with the conventional weaving mode, the yarn connection strength is better, the hair is not easy to fall off, and the yarn density is reduced.

In this embodiment, the first warp threads 11, the first weft threads 12, the second warp threads, the second weft threads, and the yarns 21 in the step S1 are respectively silk threads made of terylene.
Note that, the broken line in fig. 4 is a cut line, and after knitting of the two base nets and the yarn 21 connected between the two base nets is completed, the yarn 21 is cut from the broken line.
The tensile capacity of the wool-like fabric obtained by the processing method is measured by a pointer type push-pull dynamometer, and the tensile capacity of 1 square centimeter can reach 5N.
