Description

Green and environment-friendly washing powder and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to green and environment-friendly washing powder and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of daily chemical washing products.
Background
Anionic surfactants are a very important class of surfactants and have a very high market share. A significant portion of the surfactants currently consumed by industrialized countries are produced from petrochemical feedstocks, which are a limited resource. Natural fats and oils are considered one of the cheapest, most abundant bio-renewable resources. Natural oils and fats and oil chemical products extracted therefrom can become a substitute resource for petroleum. The modified grease-based ethoxylate sulfonate is prepared by modifying natural grease and then sulfonating, is a surfactant with good performance, has excellent calcium soap dispersing capacity, low irritation and good biodegradability, has advantages in cost performance compared with the currently used surfactant, is green and environment-friendly, can be used for replacing petroleum-based alkyl benzene sulfonic acid in the development and application of detergents, can solve the common problem that the industry depends on petroleum for a long time, and has important significance and wide prospect in the application of washing industry.
The fatty acid methyl ester sodium sulfonate (MES) is also an environment-friendly grease-based surfactant, but the MES has the problems of easy caking, difficult dissolution and poor slurry fluidity, and is a great problem for the production of washing powder.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a green and environment-friendly washing powder and a preparation method thereof, aiming at the rapid consumption of petroleum resources and the gradual improvement of environmental awareness of people, a novel green surfactant, namely modified oil-based ethoxylate sulfonate, is adopted in the formula of the washing powder to replace a petroleum-based surfactant, namely sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.
In the invention, the sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate and the modified grease-based ethoxylate sulfonate are compounded, so that the problems of easy caking, difficult dissolution and poor slurry fluidity are improved to a certain extent.
The invention provides a green and environment-friendly washing powder which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
1-15 parts of modified grease ethoxylate sulfonate
0-15 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate
1-10 parts of fatty acid methyl ester sodium sulfonate
80-90 parts of washing assistant
Anti-redeposition agent 1 part
3 parts of an anti-caking agent.
The anti-caking agent is selected from at least one of amorphous sodium aluminosilicate and montmorillonite;
the washing auxiliary agent is selected from at least one of sodium sulfate, sodium carbonate, sodium silicate and 4A zeolite;
the anti-redeposition agent is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
The LAS content of the washing powder is replaced by a gradient of modified grease-based ethoxylate sulfonate.
The invention provides a preparation method of the washing powder containing the modified grease-based ethoxylate sulfonate, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing slurry and spray drying: firstly, adding 1-15 parts of modified grease ethoxylate sulfonate and 0-15 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, then adding 80-90 parts of washing assistant while uniformly stirring, adding 200 parts of water into a batching kettle, heating to 50-70 ℃, and finally adding 1-10 parts of fatty acid methyl ester sodium sulfonate; after uniformly stirring, completing spray drying of the slurry to obtain washing powder base powder;
(2) post-compounding: and 3 parts of an anti-caking agent and 1 part of an anti-redeposition agent are added into the base powder, and the washing powder containing the modified grease-based ethoxylate sulfonate is obtained after uniform mixing.
Further, in the spray drying process, the hot air inlet temperature of the spray drying tower is 250-350 ℃, and the outlet temperature of the spray drying tower is 90-120 ℃.
Further, the preparation method of the modified grease-based ethoxylate sulfonate comprises the following steps: modified grease ethoxylate is used as a raw material, and gas sulfur trioxide sulfonation or sulfation reaction is carried out on a membrane reactor to obtain modified grease base ethoxylate sulfonate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the washing powder raw material is green and pure natural, the modified grease-based ethoxylate sulfonate can completely replace petroleum surfactant LAS, and the problems of caking and poor flowability of fatty acid methyl ester sodium sulfonate in slurry can be improved to a certain extent.
Detailed Description
