技术领域
本发明属于石油添加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
石油添加剂是一类加入到石油中用以加强某些性能或者弥补某些缺陷的添加剂。石油添加剂分为多种,包括分散剂、抗磨剂、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、防锈剂和抗泡剂等,其中抗泡剂的作用十分重要,抗泡剂是一类加入到石油或润滑油中用以消除气泡或者避免起泡的添加剂。润滑油在使用过程中受到来回的摩擦,在有空气存在时就会产生很多小气泡,形成泡沫,而泡沫的存在会严重降低润滑剂的润滑效果,为了避免泡沫的产生并且为了及时消除产生的泡沫,需要在油品中加入抗泡剂,但是单一抗泡剂的加入不能满足对油品的性能的提升,还需要加入一定量的具有防腐、抗氧化或防锈的添加剂,此外现有技术中单一使用硅氧烷或非硅油型抗泡剂,性能单一,缺少对复合型抗泡剂的技术方案。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中抗泡剂功能性单一问题,本发明提供一种含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂及其制备方法和应用。
本发明采用的方案如下:
一种含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂,按照质量份数配比由7-10份抗泡剂、5-8份防腐剂、2-3份抗磨剂、2-3份抗氧化剂、1-2份防锈剂和60-75份溶剂油组成;
所述抗泡剂是氟硅氧烷聚合物和非硅油型抗泡剂按照质量比为1:0.8-1.2混合得到的复合型抗泡剂,所述防腐剂是硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐和硫磷丁辛基锌盐按质量比为1:0.5-0.8混合得到的复合型防腐剂,所述抗磨剂按质量份数配比由0.1-0.3份二(N,N-二戊基二硫代氨基甲酸)锌、0.2-0.3份亚磷酸二丁酯和7-8份PAO4组成,所述溶剂油是PAO4、酯类合成基础油和聚醚合成基础油按照体积比为1:0.3-0.5:0.5-0.7混合得到的复合型合成基础油。

作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述抗磨剂按质量份数配比由0.2份二(N,N-二戊基二硫代氨基甲酸)锌、0.3份亚磷酸二丁酯和8份PAO4组成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述酯类合成基础油至少包括新戊二醇酯、三油酸三羟甲基丙烷酯或季戊四醇酯其中的一种。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述聚醚合成基础油至少包括环氧乙烷均聚醚、环氧丙烷均聚醚或环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚醚其中的一种。
一种含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、按照所述质量份数配比将抗泡剂、防腐剂和溶剂油加入至调和釜中混合均匀,控制温度在 50-80℃,并以200-300rpm的搅拌速率搅拌2-3h;
B、将抗磨剂、抗氧化剂和防锈剂加入到步骤A得到的混合溶液中,调节温度至60-70℃,调节搅拌速率至150-180rpm,继续搅拌2-5h;
C、将步骤B得到的混合溶液在室温下自然冷却;
D、过滤即得所述含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果是:
(1)本发明提供了一种含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂,含有氟硅氧烷聚合物和非硅油型抗泡剂,能够同时应用两种抗泡剂的优点,拓宽了应用场景,并且所述防腐石油添加剂的制备方法简单高效,便于大量生产;
(2)将复合型抗泡剂与防腐剂结合使用,同时具有抗泡剂作用和防腐剂作用,并且复配得到的添加剂运动粘度有了明显的提高;
(3)采用本发明提供的制备方法制备得到的含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂经试验证明,当选择二甲基硅油抗泡剂作为对比例时,100℃下运动粘度为405mm2/s,而选用实施例1-5制备得到的添加剂运动粘度在386-392mm2/s之间,表明增强了流动性,此外,二甲基硅油抗泡剂在24℃时83s 消除气泡,在93.5℃时56s消除气泡,而实施例1-5制备得到的添加剂在同等测试条件下未产生气泡,表明具有良好的抗泡性能。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述,实施例仅用于对本发明进行说明,并不构成对权利要求范围的限制,本领域技术人员可以想到的其他替代手段,均在本发明权利要求范围内。
实施例1
一种含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂,按照质量份数配比由7份抗泡剂、5份防腐剂、2份抗磨剂、2份抗氧化剂、1份防锈剂和60份溶剂油组成;
所述抗泡剂是癸基-甲基(硅氧烷与聚硅氧烷)和丙烯酸甲酯按照质量比为1:0.8混合得到的复合型抗泡剂,所述防腐剂是硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐和硫磷丁辛基锌盐按质量比为1:0.5混合得到的复合型防腐剂,所述抗磨剂按质量份数配比由0.1份二(N,N-二戊基二硫代氨基甲酸)锌、0.2份亚磷酸二丁酯和7份PAO4组成,所述溶剂油是PAO4、酯类合成基础油和聚醚合成基础油按照体积比为 1:0.3:0.5混合得到的复合型合成基础油。
具体地,所述抗氧化剂是二辛基二苯胺。
具体地,所述防锈剂是十二烯基丁二酸。
具体地,所述酯类合成基础油是新戊二醇二(乙基己酸)酯。
具体地,所述聚醚合成基础油是十八醇环氧乙烷聚醚。
上述含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、按照所述质量份数配比将抗泡剂、防腐剂和溶剂油加入至调和釜中混合均匀,控制温度在 50℃,并以200rpm的搅拌速率搅拌2h;
B、将抗磨剂、抗氧化剂和防锈剂加入到步骤A得到的混合溶液中,调节温度至60℃,调节搅拌速率至150rpm,继续搅拌2h;
C、将步骤B得到的混合溶液在室温下自然冷却;
D、过滤即得所述含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂。
上述含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂加入到石油中,防止气泡产生,提高石油分解效率。
实施例2
一种含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂,按照质量份数配比由10份抗泡剂、8份防腐剂、3份抗磨剂、 3份抗氧化剂、2份防锈剂和75份溶剂油组成;
所述抗泡剂是双(九氟己基)四甲基二硅氧烷和聚丙烯酸乙酯按照质量比为1:1.2混合得到的复合型抗泡剂,所述防腐剂是硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐和硫磷丁辛基锌盐按质量比为1:0.8混合得到的复合型防腐剂,所述抗磨剂按质量份数配比由0.3份二(N,N-二戊基二硫代氨基甲酸)锌、0.3份亚磷酸二丁酯和8份PAO4组成,所述溶剂油是PAO4、酯类合成基础油和聚醚合成基础油按照体积比为 1:0.5:0.7混合得到的复合型合成基础油。
具体地,所述抗氧化剂是二辛基二苯胺。
具体地,所述防锈剂是十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐。
具体地,所述酯类合成基础油是三油酸三羟甲基丙烷酯。
具体地,所述聚醚合成基础油是十八醇环氧乙烷聚醚。
上述含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、按照所述质量份数配比将抗泡剂、防腐剂和溶剂油加入至调和釜中混合均匀,控制温度在 80℃,并以300rpm的搅拌速率搅拌3h;
B、将抗磨剂、抗氧化剂和防锈剂加入到步骤A得到的混合溶液中,调节温度至70℃,调节搅拌速率至180rpm,继续搅拌5h;
C、将步骤B得到的混合溶液在室温下自然冷却;
D、过滤即得所述含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂。
上述含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂加入到润滑油中,防止气泡,提高润滑性能。
实施例3
一种含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂,按照质量份数配比由8份抗泡剂、6份防腐剂、2.5份抗磨剂、2.5份抗氧化剂、1.5份防锈剂和70份溶剂油组成;
所述抗泡剂是双(九氟己基)四甲基二硅氧烷和丙烯酸甲酯按照质量比为1:1混合得到的复合型抗泡剂,所述防腐剂是硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐和硫磷丁辛基锌盐按质量比为1:0.6混合得到的复合型防腐剂,所述抗磨剂按质量份数配比由0.2份二(N,N-二戊基二硫代氨基甲酸)锌、0.25份亚磷酸二丁酯和7.5份PAO4组成,所述溶剂油是PAO4、酯类合成基础油和聚醚合成基础油按照体积比为 1:0.4:0.6混合得到的复合型合成基础油。
具体地,所述抗氧化剂是二壬基二苯胺。
具体地,所述防锈剂是十二烯基丁二酸。
具体地,所述酯类合成基础油是(Z)-9-十八烯酸季戊四(醇)酯。
具体地,所述聚醚合成基础油是十八醇环氧乙烷聚醚。
上述含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、按照所述质量份数配比将抗泡剂、防腐剂和溶剂油加入至调和釜中混合均匀,控制温度在 60℃,并以250rpm的搅拌速率搅拌2.5h;
B、将抗磨剂、抗氧化剂和防锈剂加入到步骤A得到的混合溶液中,调节温度至65℃,调节搅拌速率至170rpm,继续搅拌4h;
C、将步骤B得到的混合溶液在室温下自然冷却;
D、过滤即得所述含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂。
上述含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂加入到润滑油中,防止气泡,提高润滑性能。
实施例4
一种含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂,按照质量份数配比由7份抗泡剂、8份防腐剂、2份抗磨剂、3份抗氧化剂、2份防锈剂和60份溶剂油组成;
所述抗泡剂是聚三氟丙基甲基硅氧烷和聚丙烯酸乙酯按照质量比为1:0.8混合得到的复合型抗泡剂,所述防腐剂是硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐和硫磷丁辛基锌盐按质量比为1:0.8混合得到的复合型防腐剂,所述抗磨剂按质量份数配比由0.3份二(N,N-二戊基二硫代氨基甲酸)锌、0.2份亚磷酸二丁酯和7份PAO4组成,所述溶剂油是PAO4、酯类合成基础油和聚醚合成基础油按照体积比为1:0.3:0.7 混合得到的复合型合成基础油。
具体地,所述抗氧化剂是二辛基二苯胺。
具体地,所述防锈剂是十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐。

实施例5
一种含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂,按照质量份数配比由9份抗泡剂、7份防腐剂、2份抗磨剂、 3份抗氧化剂、2份防锈剂和65份溶剂油组成;
所述抗泡剂是癸基-甲基(硅氧烷与聚硅氧烷)和丙烯酸甲酯按照质量比为1:0.8混合得到的复合型抗泡剂,所述防腐剂是硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐和硫磷丁辛基锌盐按质量比为1:0.5混合得到的复合型防腐剂,所述抗磨剂按质量份数配比由0.2份二(N,N-二戊基二硫代氨基甲酸)锌、0.3份亚磷酸二丁酯和8份PAO4组成,所述溶剂油是PAO4、酯类合成基础油和聚醚合成基础油按照体积比为 1:0.5:0.5混合得到的复合型合成基础油。
具体地,所述抗氧化剂是二壬基二苯胺。
具体地,所述防锈剂是十二烯基丁二酸。
具体地,所述酯类合成基础油是(Z)-9-十八烯酸季戊四(醇)酯。
具体地,所述聚醚合成基础油是十八醇环氧乙烷聚醚。
上述含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、按照所述质量份数配比将抗泡剂、防腐剂和溶剂油加入至调和釜中混合均匀,控制温度在 70℃,并以300rpm的搅拌速率搅拌3h;
B、将抗磨剂、抗氧化剂和防锈剂加入到步骤A得到的混合溶液中,调节温度至60℃,调节搅拌速率至180rpm,继续搅拌2h;
C、将步骤B得到的混合溶液在室温下自然冷却;
D、过滤即得所述含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂。
上述含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂加入到润滑油中,防止气泡,提高润滑性能。
按照GB/T 12579-2002润滑油泡沫特性测定法对实施例1-5进行24℃、93.5℃泡沫倾向实验,结果如下表1。

由上表可见,二甲基硅油抗泡剂作为对比例,100℃时的运动粘度是405mm2/s,实施例1-5的运动粘度在386-392mm2/s之间,表明增强了流动性,此外,二甲基硅油抗泡剂在24℃时83s消除气泡,在93.5℃时56s消除气泡,而实施例1-5在同等测试条件下未产生气泡,表明良好的抗泡性能。
上述实施例涉及到的部分原料来源如下:
硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐、硫磷丁辛基锌盐购买于辽宁嘉志化学制品制造有限公司;二(N,N-二戊基二硫代氨基甲酸)锌购买于烟台恒诺新材料有限公司;PAO4的CAS号为68037-01-4,购买于攀花化学(上海)有限公司;双(九氟己基)四甲基二硅氧烷购买于安徽硅创新材料科技有限公司;聚三氟丙基甲基硅氧烷的CAS号为63148-56-1,购买于上海迈瑞尔化学技术有限公司;癸基-甲基(硅氧烷与聚硅氧烷)的CAS号为68607-71-6,购买于金锦乐化学有限公司;十二烯基丁二酸的CAS 号为11059-31-7,购买于武汉江心宇生物科技有限公司;新戊二醇二(乙基己酸)酯的CAS号为 28510-23-8,购买于武汉荣灿生物科技有限公司;十八醇环氧乙烷聚醚的CAS号为9005-00-9,购买于湖北万得化工有限公司;三油酸三羟甲基丙烷酯的CAS号为57675-44-2,购买于湖北麦凯斯精化科技有限责任公司;(Z)-9-十八烯酸季戊四(醇)酯的CAS号为12772-47-3,购买于湖北恒景瑞化工有限公司;新戊二醇二(乙基己酸)酯的CAS号为28510-23-8,购买于武汉荣灿生物科技有限公司。

Claims (8)
1.一种含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂,其特征在于:按照质量份数配比由7-10份抗泡剂、5-8份防腐剂、2-3份抗磨剂、2-3份抗氧化剂、1-2份防锈剂和60-75份溶剂油组成;
所述抗泡剂是氟硅氧烷聚合物和非硅油型抗泡剂按照质量比为1:0.8-1.2混合得到的复合型抗泡剂,所述防腐剂是硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐和硫磷丁辛基锌盐按质量比为1:0.5-0.8混合得到的复合型防腐剂,所述抗磨剂按质量份数配比由0.1-0.3份二(N,N-二戊基二硫代氨基甲酸)锌、0.2-0.3份亚磷酸二丁酯和7-8份PAO4组成,所述溶剂油是PAO4、酯类合成基础油和聚醚合成基础油按照体积比为1:0.3-0.5:0.5-0.7混合得到的复合型合成基础油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂至少包含二辛基二苯胺或二壬基二苯胺中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂,其特征在于:所述防锈剂是烯基丁二酸或烯基丁二酸盐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂,其特征在于:所述抗磨剂按质量份数配比由0.2份二(N,N-二戊基二硫代氨基甲酸)锌、0.3份亚磷酸二丁酯和8份PAO4组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂,其特征在于:所述酯类合成基础油至少包括新戊二醇酯、三油酸三羟甲基丙烷酯或季戊四醇酯中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂,其特征在于:所述聚醚合成基础油至少包括环氧乙烷均聚醚、环氧丙烷均聚醚或环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚醚中的一种。
7.一种权利要求1所述的含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
A、按照所述质量份数配比将抗泡剂、防腐剂和溶剂油加入至调和釜中混合均匀,控制温度在50-80℃,并以200-300rpm的搅拌速率搅拌2-3h;
B、将抗磨剂、抗氧化剂和防锈剂加入到步骤A得到的混合溶液中,调节温度至60-70℃,调节搅拌速率至150-180rpm,继续搅拌2-5h;
C、将步骤B得到的混合溶液在室温下自然冷却;
D、过滤即得所述含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂。
8.一种权利要求1所述的含抗泡剂的防腐石油添加剂在石油或润滑油中的应用。
