two ear plates 208 are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the lower surface of the supporting plate 205; one side surface of one ear plate 208 is fixedly provided with a third motor 209; one end of an output shaft of the third motor 209 is fixedly connected with a one-way threaded rod 210; the circumferential side surface of the one-way threaded rod 210 is in threaded fit with the inner wall of the internal thread plate 310; when the second motor 305 is started to rotate the polishing wheel 304, the third motor 209 is started to drive the one-way threaded rod 210 to rotate, the polishing component 3 horizontally slides along the limiting sliding groove 206 by utilizing the thread matching action between the one-way threaded rod 210 and the inner thread plate 310 on the polishing component 3, thereby polishing the side wall of the mainframe box in the horizontal direction, when the polishing component 3 finishes polishing the position at a certain height of the side wall of the mainframe box, the second motor 305 and the third motor 209 automatically pause, then the third motor 209 rotates reversely, the polishing component 3 is moved to the initial polishing position by utilizing the reverse rotation of the one-way threaded rod 210, at the moment, the electric telescopic component 204 automatically runs to push the support plate 205 to move up and down, when the polishing component 3 moves up and down to the required position, the electric telescopic component 204 automatically pauses, and the second motor 305 and the third motor 209 automatically start, and the third motor 209 is in forward rotation, so that the rapid grinding of the whole side wall of the mainframe box can be realized in a repeated operation mode.

Wherein, the lower surface of the U-shaped fixing frame 101 is symmetrically and fixedly connected with two upright posts 106; the lower end of the upright rod 106 is fixedly connected with a pressing plate 107 for pressing and limiting the top of the mainframe box;
the lateral wall of splint 104, which is far away from second telescopic part 103, and the lower surface of pressure plate 107 are all provided with non-slip mat 108, increase the fixed frictional force of mainframe box centre gripping, and then improve the fixed stability of mainframe box centre gripping.

the upper surface of the transverse plate 109 is fixedly provided with a gas control system 5; the gas control system 5 is provided with a gas guide tube 501; one end of the air duct 501 penetrates through the inner wall of the hollow upright post 102; through the gas control system 5, air can be continuously conveyed into the cavity of the U-shaped fixing frame 101 along the gas guide pipe 501 to pressurize the interior of the U-shaped fixing frame, and the air in the cavity of the U-shaped fixing frame 101 can also be pumped out by the gas control system 5 to reduce the air pressure in the cavity of the U-shaped fixing frame 101.

after polishing the relative both sides wall of mainframe box and accomplishing, it is fixed to remove the centre gripping to the mainframe box, utilizes hydraulic stem 110 to promote whole grinding machanism up, then utilizes carousel 111 rotatory 90, and the same operating means realizes the processing of polishing of two other lateral walls of mainframe box, and then has improved the efficiency of polishing greatly.

1. An adjustable polishing mechanism special for a computer case comprises a fixing component (1) and a polishing support component (2); the fixing component (1) and the polishing support component (2) are arranged in a cross manner; the method is characterized in that:
the grinding support assembly (2) comprises a support table (201); two opposite side surfaces of the support table (201) are fixedly connected with first telescopic parts (202); one end of the first telescopic component (202) is fixedly connected with a moving plate (203); the lower surface of the moving plate (203) is fixedly connected with an electric telescopic piece (204); the lower end of the electric telescopic piece (204) is fixedly connected with a supporting plate (205);
wherein, a side surface of the supporting plate (205) close to the supporting platform (201) is provided with a limit sliding chute (206); the limiting sliding groove (206) is internally and slidably connected with a polishing assembly (3);
the fixing component (1) comprises a U-shaped fixing frame (101); a hollow upright post (102) is arranged at the center of the upper surface of the U-shaped fixing frame (101);
wherein, a cavity is arranged in the U-shaped fixing frame (101), and the cavity is communicated with the inside of the hollow upright post (102);
two opposite inner side walls of the U-shaped fixing frame (101) are fixedly connected with second telescopic parts (103); one end of the second telescopic component (103) is fixedly connected with a clamping plate (104);
wherein, a plurality of hollow elastic pieces (105) are fixedly connected between the clamping plate (104) and the inner side wall of the U-shaped fixing frame (101); the interior of the hollow elastic piece (105) is communicated with the cavity in the U-shaped fixing frame (101);
the upper surface of the support table (201) is provided with a mounting groove (207); the inner wall of the mounting groove (207) is fixedly connected with the peripheral side surface of the U-shaped fixing frame (101);
the grinding assembly (3) comprises a mounting frame (301); and a scrap suction box (4) is fixedly mounted on one side surface, far away from the limiting sliding groove (206), of the mounting frame (301).
2. The adjustable grinding mechanism special for the computer case as claimed in claim 1, wherein a storage chamber (401) and a chip suction channel (402) are respectively arranged inside the chip suction box (4); the storage chamber (401) is communicated with the chip suction channel (402);
wherein, an air exhaust fan (403) is arranged on one side surface of the chip suction box (4) far away from the chip suction channel (402);
the inner side wall of the storage chamber (401) far away from the chip suction channel (402) is fixedly connected with a hollow dust filtering column (404); the hollow dust filtering column (404) and the air extracting fan (403) are coaxial;
a first motor (405) is fixedly installed on the inner side wall, close to the storage chamber (401), of the chip suction channel (402); one end of an output shaft of the first motor (405) is fixedly connected with a connecting plate (406); two arc-shaped scrapers (407) are symmetrically and fixedly connected to one side surface of the connecting plate (406); the inner wall of the arc-shaped scraper (407) is attached to the outer wall of the hollow dust filtering column (404).

The adjustable grinding mechanism special for the computer case as claimed in claim 2, wherein a plurality of first rotating shafts (302) are fixedly connected to the bottom in the mounting rack (301) through bearings; the upper end of the first rotating shaft (302) is fixedly connected with a first bevel gear (303);
the lower end of the first rotating shaft (302) is fixedly connected with a grinding wheel (304);
a second motor (305) is fixedly arranged on one outer side wall of the mounting frame (301); the output end of the second motor (305) is fixedly connected with a second rotating shaft (306); one end of the second rotating shaft (306) is rotatably connected with an inner side wall of the mounting rack (301);
a plurality of second bevel gears (307) are fixedly connected to the peripheral side surface of the second rotating shaft (306); the peripheral side surface of the second bevel gear (307) is meshed with the peripheral side surface of the first bevel gear (303).

The adjustable grinding mechanism special for the computer case as claimed in claim 3, wherein an L-shaped connecting rod (308) is fixedly connected to the top of the mounting frame (301); one end of the L-shaped connecting rod (308) is fixedly connected with a limiting sliding block (309); the peripheral side surface of the limiting sliding block (309) is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the limiting sliding groove (206);
the side wall of the L-shaped connecting rod (308) close to the scrap suction box (4) is fixedly connected with an inner threaded plate (310);
two ear plates (208) are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the lower surface of the supporting plate (205); one side surface of one of the ear plates (208) is fixedly provided with a third motor (209); one end of an output shaft of the third motor (209) is fixedly connected with a one-way threaded rod (210); the peripheral side surface of the one-way threaded rod (210) is in threaded fit with the inner wall of the inner threaded plate (310).
5. The adjustable grinding mechanism special for the computer case as claimed in claim 4, wherein a motor mounting table (211) is fixedly connected to one side of the supporting table (201);
a fourth motor (212) is fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the motor mounting table (211); one end of an output shaft of the fourth motor (212) is fixedly connected with a driving gear (213).
6. The adjustable polishing mechanism special for the computer case as claimed in claim 5, wherein a positioning plate (214) is fixedly connected to one side surface of each of the two opposite moving plates (203);
one side surface of the positioning plate (214) is provided with a threaded hole, and a bidirectional threaded rod (215) is connected to the inner part of the threaded hole in a threaded manner; a driven gear (216) is fixedly connected to the peripheral side surface of the bidirectional threaded rod (215); the peripheral side surface of the driven gear (216) is meshed with the peripheral side surface of the driving gear (213).
