Four convex columns are welded in the recycling box 14, a filter screen 22 is placed on each convex column, a pointed cone of the pressing plate 21 can be abutted to the filter screen 22, the stirring blades 20 are located below the filter screen 22, and the pressing plate 21 is located above the filter screen 22.
The part of the stirring shaft 19 penetrating out of the recycling bin 14 is fixedly connected with a rotary table 23 through a screw, a connecting rod is welded on the rotary table 23, and the free end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with a push column 24 through a screw; the push rod 24 can be pressed against the disk 18 fixedly connected to the end of the displacement rod 15.
The specific implementation process is as follows:
when in spray coating, a coating pump is started and pumps the coating into the spray coating matrix 2, and the coating is sprayed out through the knife edge 13 of the spray coating knife; when no plate passes below the knife edge 13 of the curtain coating knife, the coating is directly sprayed on the spring 16 of the reflux groove 12, and the spiral shape of the spring 16 blocks the coating impacting into the reflux groove 12, so that the coating is prevented from splashing; meanwhile, the coating automatically flows to the recovery tank 14 under the action of the inclination of the return tank 12, so that the excess coating is timely recovered.
During the process of paint flowing into the recycling bin 14, the motor is started, the stirring shaft 19 rotates continuously, large paint flowing into the recycling bin 14 is blocked by the filter screen 22, and the residual paint passes through the filter screen 22 and is stirred continuously by the stirring blade 20, so that the paint is prevented from hardening and caking.
The large paint left on the filter screen 22 is crushed by the pointed cone at the bottom of the pressing plate 21 in the process that the pressing plate 21 rotates along with the stirring shaft 19, and the crushed paint passes through the filter screen 22 along with other small paint continuously entering the recycling bin 14 and falls to the bottom of the recycling bin 14, and is continuously stirred by the stirring blade 20.
In addition, in the rotating process of the stirring shaft 19, the stirring shaft 19 drives the rotating disc 23 to rotate, the connecting rod on the rotating disc 23 drives the pushing column 24 to push the moving rod 15 to move back and forth, one of the two springs 16 is compressed and stretched in the moving process of the moving rod 15, and in the stretching and compressing processes of the springs 16, the springs 16 rub the inner wall of the reflux groove 12, so that the paint attached to the reflux groove 12 is scraped off, and the situation that the paint is adhered to the reflux groove 12 and is hardened in the reflux groove 12 is avoided.
