The marine section primer treatment device is characterized by comprising a storage rack (1) for placing a section (01) to be treated, wherein two longitudinal guide rails (2) are oppositely arranged at the top of the storage rack (1), the two longitudinal guide rails (2) are respectively positioned at two sides of the section (01) to be treated, and stand columns (3) are arranged on the two longitudinal guide rails (2) in a sliding manner; the two upright posts (3) are connected through a transverse supporting plate (31); the upright post (3) is provided with a movable seat (4), and the transverse supporting plate (31) is provided with a lifting device for driving the movable seat (4) to move up and down; two mounting seats (6) are arranged on the movable seat (4), and the transverse positions of the mounting seats (6) on the movable seat (4) are adjustable; each mounting seat (6) is provided with a laser polishing head (8), and the laser polishing heads (8) are connected with the mounting seats (6) through angle adjusting devices (7) so as to polish three surfaces of the section bar (01) to be processed; the angle adjusting device (7) comprises a fixed seat (71) and a pitching adjusting seat (72); the fixed seat (71) is rotatably connected with the pitching adjusting seat (72) through a horizontal rotating shaft (73); the fixed seat (71) is connected with the mounting seat (6), and the pitching adjusting seat (72) is connected with the laser polishing head (8); a first flange plate (81) is arranged on the laser polishing head (8), and a second flange plate (721) which is in butt joint with the first flange plate (81) is arranged on the pitching adjusting seat (72); first fixing holes are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the first flange plate (81), and second fixing holes are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the second flange plate (721); an adjusting bolt is arranged in the first fixing hole, sequentially penetrates through the first fixing hole and the second fixing hole, and is screwed with an adjusting nut so as to realize the butt joint matching of the first flange plate (81) and the second flange plate (721) at different angles; a third flange plate (61) is arranged on the mounting seat (6), and a fourth flange plate (711) in butt joint fit with the third flange plate (61) is arranged on the fixed seat (71); third fixing holes are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the third flange plate (61), and fourth fixing holes are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the fourth flange plate (711); an adjusting bolt is arranged in the third fixing hole, sequentially penetrates through the third fixing hole and the fourth fixing hole and is screwed with an adjusting nut so as to realize the butt joint matching of the third flange plate (61) and the fourth flange plate (711) at different angles; when three surfaces of the section bar (01) need to be polished, the section bar (01) is firstly placed on the storage rack (1), two polished surfaces of the section bar (01) are positioned at the left side and the right side, and one polished surface is positioned at the top surface; then adjust two laser sanding heads (8) lateral position on sliding seat (4) and make two laser sanding heads (8) be located the left and right sides of section bar (01) respectively, then adjust the height and the every single move angle of two laser sanding heads (8) through elevating gear and angle adjusting device, make the left side of left side laser sanding head (8) transmission cover the left side surface of polishing and the top surface of polishing of section bar (01), the right side of laser sanding head (8) transmission on right side covers the right side surface of polishing and the top surface of polishing of section bar (01), finally, start laser sanding head (8), and through promoting stand (3) along longitudinal (2) longitudinal movement, accomplish trilateral simultaneous polishing operation.

The marine section primer treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the lifting device comprises a lifting screw (51) and a lifting driving source for driving the lifting screw (51) to rotate, the top end of the lifting screw (51) passes through the transverse support plate (31) to be connected with the lifting driving source, and the movable seat (4) is mounted on the lifting screw (51) through a lifting nut; the lifting driving source is a rotating handle (52) or a driving motor.
3. The marine section primer treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the lifting device is an electric push rod, a linear air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder.

Marine profile primer treatment device according to claim 1, characterised in that a roller mounting bracket (32) is fixed to the bottom end of the upright (3), the roller mounting bracket (32) being rotatably provided with a plurality of rollers (33) cooperating with the corresponding longitudinal guide (2).
5. Marine profile primer treatment device according to claim 1, characterised in that the uprights (3) are arranged on the respective longitudinal guides (2) by means of longitudinal translation blocks.

Marine profile primer treatment device according to claim 1, characterised in that two of said longitudinal rails (2) are connected by means of transverse stiffeners (21), two of the transverse stiffeners (21); the longitudinal guide rail (2) and the transverse reinforcing piece (21) are sequentially connected end to form a square frame.

The marine section primer treatment device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of first mounting holes (4 a) are sequentially arranged on the movable seat (4) along the transverse direction of the movable seat (4), a second mounting hole (6 a) matched with the first mounting hole (4 a) is arranged on the mounting seat (6), and a fixing bolt is arranged in the first mounting hole (4 a) and passes through the second mounting hole (6 a) of the mounting seat (6) and the first mounting hole (4 a) of the movable seat (4) to be screwed with a fixing nut.
