Description

Fragrance-expanding and peculiar smell-removing aromatherapy oil and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily-use chemical industry, in particular to fragrance-expanding and peculiar smell-removing aromatherapy oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The fireless aromatherapy uses an aromatherapy article, and adopts the temperature heating volatilization principle or a carrier of water mist to diffuse an aromatherapy solvent into the air, so as to achieve the effects of diffusing fragrance, removing odor, purifying and the like of the air.
The fragrance spreading articles include, but are not limited to, rattan, fragrance lamp, fragrance burner, fragrance machine, humidifier, sprayer, fragrance spreading stone, fragrance spreading wood, fragrance spreading paper, fragrance spreading fiber, etc. The aromatherapy solvent is formed by compounding three parts of spice (essential oil/essence), volatile solvent and dissolving assisting solvent, and can be divided into aqueous aromatherapy liquid and oily aromatherapy oil.
The fragrance oil belongs to oily volatile fragrance liquid, takes oily spice, DPM, DPG and the like as main raw materials, focuses on fragrance spreading effect, and is suitable for most fragrance spreading products in the market. The fragrance liquid belongs to aqueous volatile fragrance liquid, the raw materials mainly comprise aqueous perfume, alcohol, water, solubilizer and the like, the odor removing and sterilizing functions are emphasized, and the fragrance liquid is only suitable for fragrance spreading articles added with water, such as a humidifier, a sprayer and the like.
For a common user, fragrance emission is the primary requirement, the fragrance is long in fragrance holding time and durable, the function of removing and decomposing peculiar smell is considered, and the fragrance box is not covered by simple smell, and is also suitable for various fragrance spreading products; the common aromatherapy solvents in the market at present hardly meet the special and multifunctional requirements.
For manufacturers, aromatherapy solvents with the same taste or function in the traditional technical mode need to adopt two completely different formulas and raw materials and production processes only according to the water and oil. If the perfume spreading device is also used for various perfume spreading articles, good practical use effect is achieved, and the problems of raw material waste, complicated production and low efficiency are particularly obvious.
Therefore, the development of the aromatherapy oil is urgently needed in the market, so that the requirements of users on single or multiple functions of fragrance expansion, deodorization and mosquito prevention can be met, and the practical requirements of manufacturers on multiple purposes and simple and convenient production can be met. The method is one of the technical problems to be solved urgently at present, wherein the safety, compatibility and effectiveness of the aromatherapy oil volatile solvent are particularly important.
Based on the fragrance-spreading peculiar smell-removing aromatherapy oil and the preparation method thereof, the invention designs the fragrance-spreading peculiar smell-removing aromatherapy oil.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide fragrance-expanding and peculiar smell-removing aromatherapy oil and a preparation method thereof, which improve fragrance emission effect, prolong service time, really remove peculiar smell instead of covering the smell, achieve good balance of fragrance expansion, peculiar smell removal and environmental protection, and are suitable for various fragrance-expanding articles; meanwhile, the water-oil universality of the formula and the raw materials is considered, the batch production is facilitated, the efficiency is saved, and the method is safe and environment-friendly.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the fragrance-expanding and odor-removing aromatherapy oil comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight:
50-70 parts of acetone glycidol;
30-50 parts of 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol (MMB solvent);
15-20 parts of perfume;
4-5 parts of persimmon tannin extract;
2-4 parts of fendortin essential oil;
1-3 parts of 4-ethyl-4-soyabean ethyl sulfate morpholine;
0.06-0.1 part of Ethylene Glycol Diacetate (EGDA).
A preparation method of fragrance-expanding and odor-removing aromatherapy oil comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: mixing the acetone condensed glycerol, the MMB solvent and the ethylene glycol diacetate, and uniformly stirring to obtain a basic solvent;
the second step is that: mixing essence, persimmon tannin extract and fendorin essential oil, adding into the basic solvent in the first step, stirring to transparent liquid state, and filtering;
the third step: drying in the shade, sealing, standing and aging for 24-72 hours to obtain the fragrance-expanding and odor-removing aromatherapy oil.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the acetone condensed glycerin and the MMB solvent which are selected as the main components of the aromatherapy oil have the characteristic of oil-water compatibility, and are convenient for manufacturers to match different types of solvent raw materials. The two solvents have strong temperature and humidity resistance interference capability and stable and uniform volatilization rate, and have better fragrance diffusion effect and durability compared with the common materials of the aromatherapy solvents, such as DPM, DPG, DPMA, IPM, ISOPARL, isododecane, ethanol, isopropanol and the like. The aromatherapy oil is volatile, has no residue, has no flammable and explosive hidden danger, is also suitable for the aromatherapy in vehicles except indoors, and particularly, the MMB solvent can be photodegraded in the air, so that the aromatherapy oil is more green, environment-friendly and safe;
(2) the 4-ethyl-4-soyabean ethyl sulfate morpholine and the persimmon tannin extracting solution added into the aromatherapy oil have long effect on different peculiar smell substances, and can be used for eliminating more peculiar smell. Both the odor removal function and the fragrance expansion function are synchronously realized by automatically distinguishing odor and fragrance substances and only generating effects on the odor substances without reacting with carbonyl of the fragrance;
(3) because mosquitoes tend to have a characteristic of phototaxis and fragrance, the mosquitoes like to gather around fragrance-spreading products and adhere to products such as rattans, fragrance lamps, fragrance stoves, fragrance-spreading wood, fragrance-spreading stones and the like, the use feeling of users is seriously influenced, and the problems basically exist in the similar fragrance solvents sold in the market at present. If the solvent such as the deet, the anophelifuge, the eucalyptus citriodora leaf oil, the citronella, the eucalyptus oil and the like is adopted, the obvious smell of the solvent can cause the fragrance oil to generate foreign flavor, and the fragrance texture is influenced. The fragrant oil provided by the invention is added with the fendorin essential oil, so that the problem can be solved, and the fragrant oil is derived from a defense system of the conifer plant, has the functions of killing bacteria and removing odor, driving mosquitoes in a small range and is harmless to human bodies; the fragrance oil is almost tasteless or weak in wood smell, and no foreign flavor is generated, so that the purity of fragrance emitted by the fragrance oil is ensured;
(4) the smell of the MMB solvent in the prior aromatherapy oil can influence the pure fragrance of the aromatherapy oil, and the high-quality standard cannot be reached. In the technical field of aromatherapy solvents, there is almost no relevant technical information and solution about eliminating the odor of MMB solvents, and similar products can only reduce the foreign odor by reducing the dosage, so that the advantages of MMB solvents cannot be brought into play. EGDA can solve the contradiction, the performance and the advantages of the MMB solvent are not influenced, the odor and the foreign flavor of the solvent can be reduced by more than 50 percent, no foreign flavor can be basically felt, and the aging time is shortened to be within 24 hours;
(5) the aromatherapy oil realizes the function of one edition with multiple purposes, and simultaneously solves four problems: the problems of compatibility and universality of oily and aqueous solvent raw materials, synchronous realization of fragrance-expanding and odor-removing functions, peculiar smell and foreign taste of the solvent, flammable and explosive hidden troubles and environmental protection. Compared with the traditional production mode of the aromatherapy solvent, even solvent raw materials with different flavors, functions and types can be widely used in production, and the dosage can be flexibly adjusted. The problem that various types of fragrance, functions and types correspond to various versions is not considered, and the problem that the fragrance solvent is matched with fragrance-spreading products is not considered too much. The production of the aqueous aromatherapy liquid is only added with a flow compared with the aromatherapy oil, namely, the aromatherapy oil, the solubilizer and the water are mixed according to a fixed proportion, so that the batch production is facilitated. When manufacturers, distributors and consumers face various types of fragrance spreading products, absorption materials, volatilization principles and functional effects do not need to be distinguished, and only the fragrance spreading products need to be added with water, namely fragrance liquid (also called water-soluble essential oil) added with water and fragrance oil not added with water.

From the test experiments of the above three to eight embodiments, it can be seen that the main function of the combination of the acetonide and the MMB solvent is diffusion, wherein three indexes of diffusion aging, range distribution and duration are in the trade-off relationship. When the ratio of the acetone condensed glycerol to the total mass is 38% -58% (in the embodiment, four to six) and the ratio of the MMB solvent to the total mass is 25% -38% (in the embodiment, four to six), the dispersion performance is good; especially when the relative mass ratio of the acetonide to the MMB solvent reaches or approaches 6: 4 (implementation cases five and six), each diffusion index is at the most reasonable balance point, and the excellent expression effect is presented.
The perfume accounts for 10% -18% of the total mass (four to seven of the embodiments), and has good fragrance concentration. Wherein, the perfume accounts for 12-15% of the total mass (five and six embodiments), which is the best range of cost performance, and more than 20% (eight embodiments) has too strong fragrance, which can increase unnecessary cost.
From the experiments of the third to the eighth examples, the EGDA can obviously reduce the odor of the MMB solvent, wherein the EGDA accounts for 1.5-2 per mill of the mass of the MMB solvent, the effect is ideal (the fifth and the sixth examples), and the aromatherapy oil has little unpleasant odor. The EGDA accounts for more than 2.5 per mill of the mass of the MMB solvent (seven and eight implementation cases), and the odor removing effect is not obviously increased.
Experiments of the fourth to eighth embodiment examples show that the total composition of the persimmon tannin extracting solution, the fendorin essential oil and the 4-ethyl-4-soyabean ethyl sulfate morpholine accounts for 6 to 9 percent of the total mass, and the peculiar smell in the air can be removed to different degrees. When the total proportion of the three solvents is 8-9% of the total mass (the fifth and the sixth embodiments), and meanwhile, the relative mass proportion reaches or approaches to 5: 3: when the proportion is 3, the effect is ideal. In addition, the presence of acetonide with MMB solvent only affected the duration, range and duration of odor removal (examples three to eight), and did not affect the effectiveness of odor removal.
As can be seen from the experiments of the fourth, fifth, sixth and eighth embodiment examples, the fendorin essential oil can effectively prevent the mosquito from climbing, and the dosage of the fendorin essential oil and the dosage of the perfume component are in the same growth relationship. When the relative mass ratio of the two reaches or approaches 5: the proportion of 1 (the five and six embodiments) has obvious effect, which is more than 7: after 1 ratio (examples three and seven), the effect was not significant.
The aromatherapy oil disclosed by the invention is free from residue after volatilization, free from flammable and explosive hidden troubles, and not only can be suitable for indoor aromatherapy but also can be suitable for interior of a vehicle, and particularly, the MMB solvent can be photodegraded in air, so that the aromatherapy oil is more green, environment-friendly and safe.
